We have stayed at this condo location many times over the past twenty years and this particular unit is certainly one of our favorites! It is beautifully and comfortably decorated, light and bright, and (perhaps most importantly in July), the AC units are top notch! We HIGHLY recommend this unit for your next stay on the North Short of Kauai!!

My husband, our two daughters and I spent 2 weeks in this amazing condo. There is no better way than to wake up to the crashing waves and surfers every morning. We have stayed at other units on this property, but this was the first that had the enclosed sunroom, instead of the second lanai. It ended up being my favorite space to read and watch the whales and rolling waves. We cooked most meals and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Having indoor and outdoor seating for meals allowed us to stay dry and watch the surfers in the morning then watch the sunsets outside at dinner. In the closets, there was a lovely small library of books and games, extra linens… The condo had everything to make you feel at home and be very comfortable. It was clean and although it has AC, we loved that there were ceiling fans in every room. The property itself is well maintained. The pool and tennis court is a short walk away and there was always plenty of parking. If you are not familiar with the area, this is a very safe and beautiful community with golf courses, and many sidewalks. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and a short drive takes you to shops and a grocery store. Everything about our stay was perfect! We look forward to coming back.

The condo size was great for my family of four. We had to use the pullout sofa bed and my daughter said it was comfortable (could use more pillows in the condo). Kitchen was adequate for cooking meals in which we did a lot since restaurants are sparse or operating hours are short. The pool was nice and hardly used by other guests. We do wish there was a hot tub though. That would be nice in the mornings and evenings. The views is what sells this place! Loved seeing the ocean out all the windows and watching surfers from the lanai. Charles was very good at communicating with us and making sure everything was going well. Great place would come back and stay again :)

We really enjoyed our time. We knew it was in a wonderful location and it was very relaxing. The condo was well appointed and it was located in one of our favorite places to visit.

Fabulous property and view. Wonderful sunsets every night. The condo was in very good condition and very clean. The was equipped and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. The air conditioning was lifesaver because it was very hot during my stay.

You will want to stock up on groceries and not plan on straying far from this gem. From Hideaways beach path below, the pool, and the patio with unparalleled sunset views, everything you need is right here. My partner was on the island for work, and I was working remotely, which I could do very comfortably. Charles was attentive and detail oriented. We would love to return.

Future guests - there are beach chairs and some snorkel gear in a tiny closet on the porch. We didn’t realize that and bought more to add to the collection. Thanks Charles for sharing your wonderful condo. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved staying in this apartment and plan on returning in the future. The home is very generously sized, has breathtaking views from nearly all the rooms, an oversized kitchen for family meals and multiple brand new air conditioning units throughout. Other reviewers mentioned these were missing previously so it was a very nice surprise. Outside of this unit, the complex itself is in a great location which allowed us to walk to both hideaway beach and pu’u poa beach. Overall, beautiful home and a wonderful base camp for exploring the north shore. If the space is open - book it!

Overall this was a delightful place to stay. We hope to be back soon!

Top floor ocean views that can’t be beat!

We had a great family vacation and besides the fact that the weather was hot and there was no air conditioning (well communicated in the details), we loved the size and furnishings of this condo. We cooked almost every night and ate on the back deck with beautiful views. They do probably need to invest in a new refrigerator. It really struggled to keep up and stay cool. Other than this, we had no complaints.

The property was awesome and we could not ask for a better location overlooking the ocean watching the sunset this summer! The weather was gorgeous, enjoyed the short walk to Hideaway Beach, great snorkeling location when the water is calm. Close to kayaking and multiple beaches. Such a relaxing time grilling out on the deck and watching the sunset as a family! The property management company sent notes all week long letting us know of local events. Enjoyed talking with Charles, the owner who called to check on us. Top notch! We have been visiting Kauai for 20 years and we would stay here again for sure! I read all the reviews before booking and the person that gave this place a bad review is obviously vindictive and does not represent this place at all. Thanks again Charles for renting this place to us, our family enjoyed it tremendously. Mahalo
