My husband and I really liked this cute, stylish, nicely decorated, comfortable home! The king bed was very comfortable. Todd was great to work with and made sure we were pleased with the property when we arrived. The back yard was perfect for our dog!

We had a little moms night away with some family and this was a perfect place to do it. It was close to everything we wanted to do and had things to do when we wanted to stay in.

Really enjoyed our experience and will keep this place on the short list for future get aways!

We really enjoyed the hot tub and sound system.Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the back yard which was very large. It was entirely enclosed with no gaps anywhere so we could let her run free. Todd is very friendly and welcoming as well.

Home is very clean. Beds are so comfortable especially after a long day driving...Backyard is wonderful - very large, fully fenced & great for your four legged children. Location is great. Safe neighborhood. Super communication with the owner! Thank you Todd!

Caution- house has spider issue and dirty. We were at this VRBO an hour, killed 8 spiders inside the house. Decided it was unsafe for us and dogs, so we went to a local local hotel for the night. We contacted VRBO host, inform him we left his house due to spiders. He stated the following, “ I might consider a partial refund however, in the VRBO communication email I would require you to message the following: Due to our early check out, would you consider giving us a refund?” You will also need to do the following: 1. State you will seek no further refund through VRBO or your credit card vender. 2. State you will not be leaving a review. If you do those things. I’ll give you a partial refund. I declined his requirements for partial refund as I do not wish my experience on anyone. Called VRBO, and was told that we had no proof because we did not take pictures or notify VRBO while in the house. Evidently, driving 6 hours to VRBO- leaving VRBO due to unsafe environment, checking into hotel for the night, cancelling vacation plans, and driving 6 hours back home the next day- is not proof enough that there was an issue with this VRBO. Contacted VRBO again on 09/29/23 to report this VRBO host sending the following threatening message via VRBO messaging site stating: “…I caution you on causing me any further headaches including a bad Review as will seek whatever remedy i have available to me.” So it was an expensive hour to kill 8 spiders! Lesson learned!!

Todd was great, he went through everything with us and we felt like this property was well kept, and though an older home, it was clean and offered plenty of space and amenities for a small group.

Cozy 2 bedroom house in established neighborhood. 2 awesome king beds that are sleep memory. Best sleeping ever. Large fenced backyard, shady on these extreme hot summer days. Good street/sidewalk biking near parks and Art Museum; restaurants, and grocery close by. Attentive landlord.
