Ok, after a few reminders to add a review, I was hesitant to say much because I was disappointed in the property care/maintenance overall. So here goes... The property could use some upgrades. Our introduction to the property was a unkept front patio. Recycle bin overloaded next to entrance. The first level bathroom had knats or mosquitos, the tub has a big rust ring and some standing water, Noticed the the first floor sink was slow draining, but eventually drained. The last day, the drain was not draining at all. The rest of the place was nice, Sand present throughout the house. Some broken blinds, cobwebs from dining room lighting fixture, vacuum was a canister type vacuum that was not really needed as we spent more time out of the unit, than in it. The best part of this place was it's location. Good luck. In my opinion, this unit really could use some tic. Good luck.

Our group loved that this place was located just off the beach and just off the main road. Made it feel quiet but also so close to the things we wanted!

We enjoyed our trip. The location is very central so it made travel very easy. The living area is pretty small especially with this giant dining table in place. We would stay here again.

This was a family trip and it was a 3 level house with a nice view of the ocean from the top floor. The parking was in the garage and meant for smaller vehicles, he had an SUV and it barely fit. The location is great and close to the beach. The down sized is that the first floor smelled like mold/ mildew that did. It go away. Some If the towels did too. Also, there was a fruit gnats on the first evening. There anr smart TVs in 3 of the rooms Other than that, the space is nice with also every bedroom having an outdoor area.

Overall we had a fantastic stay, with just a few recommendations and one unfortunate event. The property is in a great location, literally a 30 second walk to the beach. They had a few beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys, and a ton of beach towels...bonus! The house was clean when we arrived, but it could use a serious deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. Areas of improvement: - The windows in the upstairs bedroom do not open. You can open the doors to the outside, but their is a staircase on the outside of the house with access to the bedrooms. - If you love to cook like us, bring everything. No cookie sheets, no oven mits, the crock pot is cracked. - The contractor/ designer that Ok'd that microwave placement should be fired. - There are fruit flies present as soon as you leave anything out. We stored all fruit in the cabinets and they still got to it. - Some lights don't work, including the one by the front door. - Never used the BBQ, but it looked pretty tattered Like I said, overall we had a great trip! Location is everything for me. With just a little investment and upkeep this place would be 5 stars. P.S. the unfortunate event was a city water shutoff for 6-8 hours which we were compensated for. I would definitely stay here again and bring my own cookie sheet.

We were a large group, planning a quick inexpensive spring break trip. Many previous reviews seem harsh. It’s a nice house SO close to the beach. Plenty of towels and toys to take to the 1 minute walk to the beach. The beds were all comfortable and we used them all, including the fold out sofa. The location is amazing, close to everything. Lots of outdoor areas, the kitchen was sufficient with many extras. You can’t beat the price!

The location and the number of rooms are what drew us to this property, as we were 2 families traveling together. Overall, the space is fine, but needs some updating. The bedding was clean and the beds comfortable.

House layout was perfect for our 8 guests. It had all the amenities we needed. Very clean and organized. We loved the patio with the grill, enjoted many nights woth our fsmily out there. The beach was a 1 minute walk from the house. House is located on a main street (but tucked away) and had convenient stores, restaurants, bars, shops etc., all within walking distance. Renter was quick to respond with any questions we had. We highly recommend this property and we look forward to renting in the near future.

The property was missing a double bed that was listed and the pull out bed is unacceptable. The service was horrible when we asked for more clean towels and clean sheets for a blow up bed. The floor was dirty when we arrived. The living area is MUCH smaller than pictured.

A stones throw from the beach. Very walkable area, lots of bars nearby. Great location for 8 adult friends to stay for a weekend fit us all comfortably and property was clean. Little issue with the circuit breaker for one bedroom, didn’t bother us due to the temperate fall weather. Could be tough in the warm summer months as there is no AC, you need the ceiling fans running and windows open. Property manager was receptive through phone call and text message which was convenient.

Location was great clean inside not so great park should be explained in detailed reasons there is no parking if you have a SUV. Garage is to small.

Overall this place accomodates a large party and is close to beach. For the price it works. It is dated and could use some upgrades. I stayed here for few years 17-20 years ago and it had not changed much. Parking is tight but with careful parking you can make it fit. We were able to get a late check out which was great for those on our party who had a flight and no where to be for a couple of hours, however we got there early and the cleaning crew were gone and we were told not to check in until checking time, but you made up for that with the late checkout and the cost for that was very reasonable.

The home is perfectly located within a few minutes walk to the beach, boardwalk and the bay, great for walking. We had a big truck that did not fit in the garage so street parking is very restricted and challenging due to posted signs for limited hours of parking. Home is great for a family and kids enjoyed all the levels and exploring connecting patios. Important to note that it’s 3 levels and requires stairs so older people or those with knee problems could find it challenging. When entering a car into the garage you must go in at an angle because the sloped pitch of the driveway will scratch and damage a sedan/compact car. House was very clean and neat with plenty of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. Bathroom fixtures are very outdated and bars do not hold towels well because they’re screwed into plaster and were flimsy. A few light bulbs around the house were out (dining chandelier, main level bathroom). Bathroom vent fans are extremely loud/old and unpleasant to use. The lights in all the bedrooms are connected to remotes that sit by the light switches. The ceiling fan and light in both top floor bedrooms for some reason turned on by themselves full speed and brightness in the middle of the night all 3 nights which was bizarre, despite the light remotes remaining in their holsters. It startled the kids and my husband and I. The beds are comfortable and sheets/comforters are white and very comfortable and clean which was appreciated.

So close to the beach! We had a few issues, but they were quickly resolved by the property management.

The location is great… beach is about a block away. Plenty of restaurants, bars and stores around. The house itself was really clean, it had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our group. No A/C but we opened the windows and doors and it was great. Would definitely stay again.

House was awesome and prefect for our group - 2 adults and 6 teenage boys. Location was prefect - everything in walking distance. Check in and check out was very smooth. House was clean and ready upon our arrival.

Overall, the location and property itself was really great. Plenty of space and bedrooms for our party which included my adult children and a toddler. However, the home itself was very dirty upon arrival. Dirt and sand on the floor, dust everywhere including the ceiling fans. The patio looks as if it has not been used in many weeks and was unusable until it was hosed down. The chairs were all stacked on top of each other and were covered in dirt, as well as the table and floor. There was also a giant piece of plywood leaning against the wall on the patio that we moved to the side of the property. The home description stated baby gates were present for use, however there were none. I sent a message to management to inquire if the gates could be provided due to having a toddler in the home and several flights of stairs. Management did respond and apologized, and stated the gates would be provided to us, but then they never were, and there was never any other replies about the gates. Again, the home itself was a great size for our party, but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home and upkeep in general, and the lack of follow up with management.

We did not receive any check In Information until we were in route. We do not access our email from our phones so we had a difficult time. I did email hostx2 before leaving home and they never responded. We could not get tv’s to work. There were no instructions to use TV’s. We did text host and no response

If you want to stay at a perfect place then stay home. Can’t make everyone happy. No place will have everything you need, but you make do with what you have. Plenty of room for our family. The beds were very comfortable in my opinion. 30 second walk to the boardwalk. Perfect spot for the littles wanting to go back and fourth to the beach. We hope to stay at this spot again in the near future.

The house was just as promised, close to the beach, shops, restaurants.

Hi there - spending time writing online reviews isn't really my thing, but I want to make sure folks understand what they are getting for the price. We paid more here than had we stayed at the Ritz or the Hotel del Coronado, so we expected NOT to see:
- Gnats everywhere (we covered our drinks in between sips)
- Greasy dust
- Sticky railings going down stairs
- Hairs in the towels
- Light fixtures not working or bulbs out
- Metal folding chairs for all the dining table chairs (not pictured on Vacasa site).
- A cleaning rag and hair straightener in the living room
- Almost no windows facing anything but the wall of another building - so a very dark experience.

When we would get back to the place, we'd sit in our car because we didn't want to go in. We left halfway through our vacation (16 hour drive round trip).

Had this been priced as a place to crash after surfing all day for a bunch of college-age friends - that's one thing. This was priced at about 6X that level.
