This home is VERY CLEAN!! Huge Bedrooms, Stocked Kitchen. Owner very responsive. Well maintained grounds. And the view of Lake Erie is gorgeous. I would totally recommend this home..5+stars!!!

This property was a fantastic place for our group from Canada, MI, and my husband and me from Vermilion, OH to stay at during the week! Plenty of room for all 5 of us and the peace and quiet was nice after the hustle and bustle of downtown. Skip was just a text away if we needed anything. Great house, great view and great time!

If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the lake view on Put-in-Bay, this is it! The long lane entrance to the property provides a nice place to nature walk and is home to rabbits, chipmunks, and birds Our host, Skip met us at the house, showed us around and offered his assistance if we needed anything, so checking in was friendly and effortless. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with items you need, but bring ziplocks, foil and plastic wrap if you're staying a while. You can rent golf carts directly from Skip which is a real convenience. If the weather allows, open the windows to enjoy the breeze and soothing sound of the waves hitting the shore. We slept so well with that sound as background noise. Wonderful house, great host and beautiful location. We'll stay here again!

We were married on Put in Bay Island and needed accommodations for our newly blended family. Skip's house is situated on a beautiful lake front secluded and wooded property. It has very large bedrooms and is incredibly clean and spacious. Skip was very responsive if we needed anything and the house stocked with all essentials. It was a perfect location!

Wow, this property was awesome. It was so clean. Upon entering everything smelled so nice and fresh. The view of the lake was amazing. The house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. My entire group commented how we would not hesitate to book this property again. Skip was responsive and great to work with. Thanks for our amazing weekend!

Beautiful property, well supplied, very clean, Skip was right there if we needed him. A relaxing fun time was had by all.

John was the ultimate host. He made every part of our girls getaway easy. The house is immaculate. It has everything you would need from comfy beds to a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked and made cooking for six ladies seamless.The view of the coastline was spectacular.

We travel to PIB every year, and we have found this to be the best pet friendly option. There is plenty of space and privacy, the kitchen is well-stocked, and you can't beat the lakeside view.

Celebrated my parents’ 80th birthdays with lots of family - had plenty of room for everyone, everything you need in a kitchen, and it’s great to have the golf carts right there and not have to hassle with renting. Great, quiet location, so private, and the most beautiful view!

We dont take vacations much because of our crazy stressful work schedules. We stayed for five days and it was the best week. Weather was perfect. Skip was very friendly and was prompt to answer amy questions. Property is exactly as advertised. We hope to make it back up sometime.

Our group of 9 adults loved the house, the amenities, being just a golf cart ride away from everything and hanging on the beach at the house. What a beautiful property and views! The owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely go back.

It's just dreamy. Waking up to the sunset on the rock beach & having all that yard to play soccer was absolute perfection. The house was well cared for & thoughtfulness abounded. It is just my favorite hideaway ever. Owner was wonderful & kind.
