We had a staff retreat at the house, and it was perfect, thanks so much!

We had a great time visiting the lake town of Sodus Point. Jonathan’s property had excellent space for family time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house is just minutes walk from restaurants, play spaces for kids, and the beach.

Spent most of our time in the garage. The only bad part in the garage is that fridge doesn’t really work well.

The property suited our needs, but could certainly use a little more TLC.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids especially loved our daily, short walks, to the beach. We had a great time and hope to return.

The property was in an excellent location for all of our venues. There was more than adequate parking for our group. I was very impressed with the communication with the owner. He was always there to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was in an awesome location, everything within walking distance. We had two large boats that was easily parked in driveway with trucks. Loved the man cave! Would absolutely rent again! The owners responded with any questions we had within the hour!

Had a wonderful time! Great place.

It wasn’t as clean as we hoped for but the property manager took care of it quickly. Playroom was a lot of fun. The pool table is coin operated.

Communication was good with the owner. Weather wasn’t great so we spent more time inside than we had hoped. The game room in the garage was a nice distraction from the high winds & frigid temps. Definitely more of a summer destination than spring time, too much of a gamble on the weather.

Great little house to stay in after a day out on the bay! Walking distance to good food and drinks.

Really enjoyed our stay - it was just right. The place was nice, clean, had everything we needed. Owner was kind and responsive. The area is nice and relaxing, fun to explore and the place had plenty of fun amenities to keep us busy even when the weather was bad. Will definitely be back.

The property was great, especially the game room for the kids! House had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Everything within walking distance. Easy walk to beautiful beach with lifeguards. Restaurants/bars, ice cream stands right up the street. Highly recommended!

Ok, so I absolutely feel that I should write a review on this amazing cottage. First impression when walking in was how welcoming and warm it was! I loved the sea decorations ( even the light switches we’re adorable! ) The kitchen was loaded with just about everything you could ever need and something that I have never seen in a rental was that the cupboards were filled with various spices, flour, coffee filters, oil.., just random things that will stay good for a long time that previous renters were kind enough to leave! This actually came in handy when I woke up and realized I forgot to pack sugar! It just made it seem more like home and left the “what did I forget “ thoughts behind! I loved the kitchen table with the wrap around bench for breakfast with the kids. The living room was very roomy with a cabinet of board game surprises! Bedrooms clean and very comfortable with plenty of bedding. The game room was a HUGE hit for the kids and adults and really kept them busy and happy. Few min drive to beaches.. nice little fire place outside for at night, just a really nice, relaxing place to be. Jonathan was nice enough to allow us extra time to check out when we asked him because we wanted to take the kids to lunch so we paid his kindness forward and the kindness of various items left by previous renters and put in a new propane tank for the grill when we seen it was empty. Kids already want to go back and we definitely will very soon!! Thank you!!
