The house was exactly as described and so incredibly clean!! Very central location with great restaurants nearby. Snorkeling right off the back yard was really good; we brought our own floats and snorkel gear but there was plenty there to use if needed. The pool was so nice when the surf was a little rough from a windy day but very close to super nice beaches. Deborah was a very good host and we look forward to visiting her wonderful home again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Paradise Point. The house itself had everything we needed for our week there. The access to the sea was fantastic, and we were able to see all sorts of sea life without leaving the property. Being about 5 minutes from Governor's Harbour made it very easy to get anything we needed. Groceries, restaurants, gas, and any necessities for our day trips on Eleuthera. The location in the center of the island made it easy to check out anything we wanted to see, as everything was within a one hour drive, and there were many beautiful beaches anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes away. Deborah was a fantastic host, and was always available whenever we needed anything or had any questions. Romell was also very helpful and, both of them generally responded within minutes. Highlights for us, besides the property itself, were the Glass Window Bridge, Twin Coves Beach, Gaulding Cay Beach, and eating at Buccaneer Club in town. Eleuthera was even more beautiful than it looks in pictures, and Paradise Point is a perfect place to stay while seeing it for yourself. We can't wait to visit again!

This house and stay was my Christmas gift for my family and it was exactly as billed. Simple check-in and out and a lovely remote setting just right for some serious relaxation.

Love the view, the house, the location. The snorkeling is great. Didn't use the new pool much since the heater wasn't working.

Great property. Made good use of pool, and enjoyed our time snorkelling and paddle boarding. Our host, Deborah, was responsive and flexible.

Everything was awesome.... The whole place, island, owner, caretaker...all of it. Just go. Seriously. If not with Debra then go anywhere else on this island. Oh, and have the pool heated if you aren't there in mid summer. Rain cools it off real fast.

The property was amazing! We absolutely loved the house and the location was great! Our son is obsessed with snorkeling and diving, and this property was the best spot for both! Deborah and Rommel are amazing! We are already planning our return!

We had a great week. The house definitely had what we needed. It was nice after a day of sight seeing to come back and swim in the pool. The locations boasts really great snorkeling but the diving was also awesome. Lugging the dive gear up and down however not so much. LOL! The caves are really cool, the sunsets were amazing. Those that don't have a fear of heights you must see the view from the tower. This was our 2nd stay on Eleuthera. Next stop...Exuma!

We enjoyed our time at Deborah’s home. The views were fantastic. My kids loved the pool and exploring the grounds. I appreciated the extra supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. and soaps. She was also very responsive when we had any questions or needs.

We were lucky enough to stay in Eleuthera for a month for our vacation. The house did not disappoint. Every thing was as expected. We snorkeled a lot right off the property, and saw a lot of different marine life. We enjoyed watching all the sailboats go by, and the sunsets in the evening. The owner and manager were very responsive when any issue's came up, and took care of the problem immediately. If your looking for rest and relaxation, and importantly privacy this is the place to stay. Gorgeous!

We had an amazing stay at Paradise Pointe! It was just the two of us, but the home is very spacious and could have easily accommodated more people. It was very clean and stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The master bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. You need to bring an AUX cord and a computer or ipod to use the sound system, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we brought portable speakers. The location cannot be beat! Many beautiful beaches nearby. It was really nice being only 10 minutes from Governor's Harbor and 8 minutes from GHB airport. It made running to the store, going to the fish market, and getting covid tests super easy and convenient. There are a lot of restaurants in Governor's Harbor as well so it was great not having to drive far when we didn't feel like cooking. It is a very central location, so you can easily explore the northern & southern parts of the island (which we highly recommend doing). The property itself is well maintained and very private. The 3-story observation tower and caves on the property were really cool features. The heated pool was a treat when we had cooler weather for several days. Amazing views of the Caribbean from the house and even better from the waterfront. The entrance into the water is easy when the Caribbean is calm, but you should bring water shoes. The coral reefs in front of the property truly are the best we have seen on the island and exploring the coast line is a must! You’ll see a bunch of healthy reefs, marine life and really cool caves. A large SUP is provided along with 2 small kayaks but they have a weight limit of 130 pounds. I am 5’9 and 130 pounds, so I was able to use one of the kayaks but it wasn’t that comfortable or easy to use so I would rent a larger one if you want to kayak along the coast line a lot. The trail to the caves & waterfront is cleared and only takes 2-3 min. at most, but there are a lot of rocks & roots so you have to be somewhat careful. It is also uphill on the way back up both trails and you will definitely get winded bringing the SUP back up to the house from the waterfront. Lastly, Deborah is fantastic!! She is very responsive, super nice & easy to communicate with. When the WIFI went down (which only happened once), she immediately got on the phone with the service provider and had it back up quickly. Deborah was also super helpful when we had issues with the pool heater. She really is an incredible host!

Fantastic getaway. Especially so given COVID restrictions (it would be easy to stay here and avoid crowds). Deborah is wonderful and maintains her property really well.

Coffee on the veranda every morning overlooking the Caribbean was a great way to start the day. And of course, the pink sand!

This property is glorious! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the layout is perfect if you want the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep. The pool is private and the view is breathtaking! We loved snorkeling in the clear waters and exploring the cave, right there, on the property! It’s romantic too. The couple my husband and I were traveling with became engaged while staying there. This trip couldn’t have been better. We will be back. 💕

Our 6 night stay was just wonderful! It started with the communication prior to our stay with the owner Deborah and the caretaker Romell. I cannot say enough good things about Romell. He arranged a rental car for us had us picked up at the airport, which was great because on the way to the house they stopped at a grocery store and liquor store for us to pick up a few basic supplies and showed us the way to the house. The house was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. WhileSome may have been put off by the 50 minute drive from the airport to the house, We Enjoyed the ride and seeing the island. The house sits on 10 private acres and was so beautiful with breathtaking views. We loved having the pool swimming several times a day and a night swim. The path to the ocean was easy to navigate but you’ll need a flashlight at night to watch out for any creatures. We snorkeled daily rate from The house. There were so many beaches to explore several within five minutes lots of little bars and restaurants which we frequented and only 15 minutes from the grocery store at Governors Harbour and other restaurants. We flew with a small cooler packed with frozen items just a few like meat, steaks, bacon, but don’t know if we would do that again as groceries were easy to come by although a little more expensive than in the US. I packed a pound of my favorite coffee and found everything else we ever needed. The house was well stocked with spices We frequented the local bakery for meat pies and Bread. We also filledUp on local seafood, and cracked conch daily. We would definitely go back and choose the same location. A wonderful week!
