Came here for a family weekend, quiet neighborhood, close to town. Home is well stocked and host is great to communicate with. Would happily stay here again!

Plenty of space for our family of eight! House was cozy, well stocked, and had so much to offer for all ages. Great communication and check-in/out was a breeze! We had a memorable holiday stay. We did have a few issues outside of anyone's control but Mike, the host, resolved them professionally and in a very timely manner. We were very impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to assist to get the issues rectified. You'll enjoy building your family memories here!

Mike (the host) was great throughout the whole process, always super helpful and responsive. The house itself is even better in person than in the pictures. The decor is spot on, with great taste throughout. The bedrooms and living area have the perfect size for a large group (6 adults and 3 kids in our case) and the two decks were perfect for having outdoor meals and relaxing in the hot tub. My family loved this house. We brought our adult children with their families and all fit perfectly. The location was great, being close to Tahoe City. Having beach access was a huge perk. Michael was quick and friendly with responding to all our questions. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The house was exactly as described and depicted in pictures. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The owner was extremely accessible reaching out the morning of our check-in to offer to heat up the house upon our arrival and even passed along service outage updates on a timely basis. We would definitely rent this house again if ever in the Tahoe City/Palisades Tahoe area.

Enjoyed proximity to Tahoe City and all the things we wanted to do. House is just as shown and worked out great for our group of 7. Michael was very responsive to any issues or questions we had.

We stayed with another family for a long ski weekend and the house was great! We had everything needed to cook a proper dinner, the house was clean and spacious, and plenty of games, activities, etc. for all ages. We’d definitely stay again!

Rustic, but very nice home with a great kitchen and amenities. The kids loved their bunks and games, we enjoyed the audio video and games in garage! Michael was terrific and very responsive, couldn't ask for more!

This home was fabulous with very nice amenities and attention to detail. The location is great with the home set in a quiet neighborhood which is close to skiing, restaurants and shopping. Our host was always available for any and all questions. We will definitely visit again.

Our family spent a week at the property the week before Christmas and really enjoyed the space! Comfortable spaces, great kitchen, lovely neighborhood, great host, and many other pluses! Kids enjoyed the tv room and playstation, and the adults enjoyed the upstairs with fireplace and hot tub. Michael was very easy to work with and was a great host! We made lovely family memories during our stay and hope to return. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Beautiful home! Perfect for our group . Lower level living space great hang out for kids. Upper level living room - kitchen- dining room. Big enough for entire group. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub well maintained.

Loved all the outside seating - we were there during some warmer than normal weather, so house got a bit warm, but there were some fans there to help move the air around and plenty of space on 2 decks for just hanging out and socializing. Great location to lake & Tahoe City for shopping. Great communications from Host Michael.

We loved staying in this home, and was a perfect location close to town and activities. Ceiling fans would be helpful, as it was hot and stuffy in the house due to the warm weather. We did find some box fans, but there wasn’t enough circulation in the house. We would stay again!

This house is ideally setup for families or large groups. Great layout and separation of space. Beautiful decks, spacious kitchen and comfy accommodations. Will definitely come back here!

This was a new rental for us and it was perfect! Quiet neighborhood for relaxing on one of the two decks by the fire pit or in the hot tub and close to the lake with access to private association. The owner had great recommendations for food, trails and the perfect spot at the beach. We were able to reserve #4 picnic spot for two days and it was awesome. The lake association was friendly, super clean and entertained my teens with access to horseshoes, bocci, & basketball. The owner was easy to contact for questions. Beds were comfy and sheets were high end (a must for us!). Overall a great house and experience. Can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin. It was located near a park with great amenities. The park had a tennis court, 4 pickle ball courts, a basketball court, and a playground. It is also close to a bike path. We enjoyed riding our bikes along the Truckee River. The cabin is just minutes away from Tahoe City with many great restaurants to choose from. We also liked that it was only a short drive to access the lake.

Mike was super friendly and easy to talk / work with. Love the house, fully stocked with all you need!

We came up to Tahoe for 4 nights and stayed in the house. The house was absolutely perfect! The location was so beautiful. The house itself was SOOOO cool! Excellent floor plan, beautifully decorated, everything you need. Awesome hot tub on the deck, quality grill, rooms were perfect, several living areas to hang out, killer pool table in the garage. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Lake Tahoe!

Our family had a great time staying in this beautiful mountain house. The upper floor was great; the kitchen was well equipped and the layout was perfect for working in the kitchen and still being part of the living room conversation. The fireplace was warm and we enjoyed playing our music through the built in speakers. The house was well maintained, clean and had that upscale yet rugged and mountain-like feel to it. The hot tub was great to soak in after our many hikes around the area. The bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy. The kids loved the bunk beds downstairs. The house has so many great features it is hard to list them all. Mike was a pleasure to work with and made sure the house was warm and ready when we arrived. We ate at the house mostly and enjoyed lots of hikes in the area which we discovered in the many trail books and guides that are available in the house. Would definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure of finding this home last minute, as our planned vacation to Yosemite fell through due to the fires. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to this home, as the pictures do not do it enough justice. It's beautifully furnished, the details of the home are stunning, and the location is great! The home sits high up on a hill so you don't hear any road noise, yet it's just down the street (driving distance) to the Lake Tahoe Owners Association Park. Having passes to the park were such a great perk too! Private tables, lawn area, grills, playground, and pebble shores! STUNNING HOME and we hope to come back soon! Notes: The home was equipped with plenty of towels for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. There are 2 rooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and another with 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds). Also downstairs is a sofa sleeper (we couldn't find the pump to inflate the sleeper) and an airbed (does not stay inflated). Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a King bed along with 2 soft mattresses that can be pulled out from under the bed, and the other room has a queen bed. You will need to bring cooking spray and other essentials, however, the kitchen is fully stocked otherwise with pots, pans, etc. The master bedrooms has a ceiling fan and a box fan in the closet, but no other rooms have fans. If you are coming during the summer months, I would highly suggest bringing additional fans to help cool down the upstairs.

Our family had a great experience at the house. It was clean, very well maintained and equiped . The location was central yet quiet. The owner was a pleasure to deal with as well

Our extended family-6 adults, 3 kids and a toddler, recently stayed at this beautiful home in Tahoe City. We loved the floor plan-large, well appointed kitchen open to family room with big screen TV, 2 decks, one including a large hot tub, high end BBQ and very comfortable outdoor furniture, 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kids (and my son!) loved the downstairs family room with the large TV and access to movies and play station. Additionally, having 2 of the bedrooms down there provided plenty of privacy. The location is perfect, near Sunnyside, and we enjoyed having access to the private lakefront beach within a short drive. There are also trails for hiking/mountain biking near the house. Michael, the owner, is very gracious and easy to contact. We had a fabulous and memorable family vacation and hope to return in the near future.

We slid in between epic snow storms to this incredible house in Tahoe City. Extremely convenient to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Homewood and Northstar, it is a skier's paradise. The house is an architectural wonder, with reclaimed barn beams and exquisite use of masonry inside and out. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms provided privacy for all. The kitchen, surrounded by a bar and the great room round out the space (oh, I forgot to mention the downstairs den). Two big screen, surround sound TVs and a hot tub on the deck, as well as a ping pong table/pool table provided all the entertainment one could want. Extremely private and easy to get to. We can't wait to come back again!!

This was the first time staying at this home and we would definitely go back! The layout of the home is perfect for 2-3 families with a great area for the kids and bunk room. The master suite is stunning with a wonderful jacuzzi tub. All the bedrooms were very nice with comfy beds. The back deck is big with a great hot tub, high-end BBQ and very comfortable outdoor seating. Upon entering the home, it is clear the owners have carefully curated the furnishings and it is truly luxurious. The kitchen is open to the main room and well stocked. The location is perfect with a short drive to Sunnyside and Tahoe City. We spend a lot of time in Tahoe every summer and winter and this is by far the best rental home we've stayed in.

We have stayed at this house numerous times and will be back again this holiday season. It is a beautiful home in a great location of Tahoe City. Near great restaurants and the beach. It was recently redone, and has gorgeous finishes. Big kitchen and open floorplan to the family room, with an extra family room downstairs. Kids love the bunk room, and the master is very spacious. We will go back as often as we can!

Second time we've stayed here - already looking forward to our next visit. Beautiful home - easily nicest rental we've stayed in. We had 10 people -and two large teenage boys- so we did bring an air mattress so everyone could have their own space. House is set up very well, in that there are multiple spaces to gather so you can always find a corner chair, a deck, a quiet room to read, nap or just hang out. Hot tub is great for cool Tahoe nights and ping pong table is added bonus. Neighborhood is beautiful - right next to hiking trails. HOA beach is down the hill with plenty of parking and amenities . Just a great great time.

We just stayed at this wonderful home. Our family (grandparents, my sister & her family, and my family of 5) had the best time. Very comfortable, updated, kitchen was well stocked, nicely "tahoe" decorated, and each room had comfortable beds....we loved that each family had their own bathroom - my family stayed downstairs in the guest room and bunk room. We utilized the hot tub a lot, too! It was a plus that the garage could fit one of our large trucks, too....one less vehicle to scrape the snow off every morning. Tahoe is amazing this year with plenty of snow! We will definitely come back and rent this home!

The home was fantastic - big enough for 10 (we had 7), but cozy enough so you don't get lost. A perfect family vacation spot. Top shelf everything throughout the home, from the spacious kitchen and bedrooms to the hot tub on the deck. And very inviting. I never felt like I was in a rental. Great location for TC access, too ... or a short walk to hiking trails. Will definitely be back.

This home has fantastic amenities and is very spacious. I rented it for two weeks in Aug for our extended family including an infant and a senior. The game room was a fabulous retreat for the kids after a day at the lake. We loved being able to cook-in in the well appointed kitchen and great gas BBQ. The front and back decks added additional places for relaxation or dinning alfresco. The home has easy access to Tahoe City and Sunnyside. We hope to return in the future.

We had the great pleasure of sharing this house with 2 other families, for a total of 4 kids (ages 9-11) and 6 adults. Let's just say the accommodations were very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us to sprawl out on. While the surrounding area has much to offer the home itself is very well appointed yet comfortable. We enjoyed all parts of the house from front to back decks and great hot tub! The house is very well maintained with amazing kitchen and furnishings. Can't wait to get back this summer and stay longer!
