Great apartment right in the centre of Keswick.
Great apartment right in the centre of Keswick. For the not so nimble the climb up the external stairs to the front door is a bit of a challenge, especially in the dark, but the apartment itself was welcoming and it wasn't long before it felt like home. It's equipped with everything you'll need and was very clean. Good walks from the town centre and probably even better during the summer when the nearby Keswick Launch would provide alternative start points to some quality rambles.
Great to have a dedicated parking spot, although we didn't use our car whilst we were there, but in summer this would be a huge benefit.

Situated in middle of Keswick, which gives apartment excellent views.
Situated in middle of Keswick, which gives apartment excellent views. Very warm, did not need to put heating on in October! Apartment is very modern and well equipped with everything you need. You do lots of exercise walking up and down the stairs to the apartment, but don't be out off by this, as apartment is worth the effort.

Really great stay at 5 balmoral house - right in the centre of town for all activities but not noisy and felt very secure. Clean and well equipped. Beautiful views of the top of the hills in the morning :)

A clean modern apartment - situated 2 minutes from the town centre of Keswick and 5 minutes from the beautiful Derwentwater. In spite of having to climb 50 steps to get to the flat, it was obvious it was going to be the perfect holiday location. Highly recommended

I had a lovely time.
I had a lovely time. The flat is well situated for all Keswick’s attractions. Nothing can be done about the climb up to it! My problems with the television were sorted out promptly. Thank you.

Once again ( as our 2nd stay ) a comfortable and well equipped apartment, would recommend to friends as long as able to climb the 40 plus outside steps to this apartment. Only downside little bit of noise from deliveries to neighbouring shops but a small price for all amenities near by

An excellent, well fitted out apartment with plenty of room for two. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the large selection of DVDs to go with the Freesat TV was an unexpected bonus. It is very well situated in the centre of Keswick with many pubs, cafes and restaurants all within a few hundred yards. The private parking space was very useful. The only downside was the 49 steps to the entrance door, still, this keeps you in trim for walking the fells!

An amazing flat in a perfect place.
An amazing flat in a perfect place.a short walk to the lake and to the shops but very quiet.views of the hills from the balcony and the bedroom window . All and I do mean all of the people were so friendly where ever we went in the Lake District.we did lots of driving about looking at various places and found Keswick to be a perfect place for a base

We loved this cozy flat located centrally in Keswick. It is ideal that it came with its own parking space as parking can sometimes be difficult in the centre.
The flat itself was comfortable and we'll equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, after full days on the fells! Would love to stay again.

Well located. Very well equipped clean and comfortable. The stairs may be a problem for some but small price to pay for a lovely apartment.
