Location, location!! Breakfast was good and staff very friendly

The room was very small. The pillows were terrible! Very poor ventilation; the small windows could not circulate enough fresh air in the room and the blinds covered that opening!

Breakfaxt was spot on fully recommend the full English.

Really lovely stay, great location, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Would stay again.

Nothing to dislike, just found the bed a bit hard for our taste and husband is allergic to feathers but they were only in one pillow each, not the whole bedding set, so we set them aside easily. Also felt the room was really warm even though the rad wasn’t on, which depending on your temperature preference, could be either a positive or a negative.

It is a little dated but this would not put us off staying again!

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the location was brilliant. My room was a single at the top so I had a view to the mountains between other buildings. The room and ensuite were a good size and I was comfortable. The breakfast options were very good and the cooked option was really tasty.

Lovely staff, great location. The breakfast was good.

Very close to the centre of Keswick and also a short drive to the nearby fells. The room was good with a comfortable double bed, the only downside was that the room didn't have a view. Breakfast was excellent.

My room was small and extremely cold despite me turning the radiator on full. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. I ran out of tea bags very quickly and went down to reception where I waited 20 minutes and pressed the buzzer 3 times and nobody appeared so I went back to my room with no tea bags.

Brilliant little hotel perfect location and the young lady running it when we stayed was exceptional
