Mike was very polite and helpful, place very clean , warm and comfortable and everything you needed was there and there was milk, tea, coffee and sugar for us on arrival and they had bought us a cake and it was my favourite and not just that thete was treats for the dogs and they loved the garden if I go back to Norfolk then thats where I'd stay , I'd recommend this cottage for any one to stay at . One of the best equipped and most dog friendly cottages we have ever stayed in. Lovely spacious rooms and quiet secure garden. Owners very friendly and helpful. Located on edge of small village but only few minutes drive from Dereham. Property is adjacent to owners house but with separate drive, private garden and entrance. We will definitely be going back. Absolutely beautiful cottage. It’s done up inside very well. So although you are close to the main house it feels completely private and your own. It had everything inside we could possibly need for our stay. Even a little dove nesting on the roof. There were tea, coffee, sugar, milk and even a cake waiting for us for when we arrived. We took our small son and 2 small dogs. There’s some lovely walks not to far. Lucy’s meadow was lovely and there’s a great play area for children. We ventured a bit further to holt country park and that was stunning. £2 for parking and we spent all morning there. I highly recommend Clinton cottage. The owners were just lovely. We’ve been exploring different parts of the uk for a few years so I’m not sure we’ll be back as we like to try new places but I will 100% be telling people to visit.
