Beautiful home in a great quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room and sort distance to ocean and Bay Area attractions. Would definitely go back. Rainy days not an issue with a great game room.

Lovely quiet neighborhood. The house was great for our large group.The pool was perfect for those 'down times.' The private beach was a plus and those sunsets were beyond description. Wonderful communication with property owner. So many wonderful memories were made.

This house was the perfect house for us. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It’s a short walk to the bay for good fishing and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is the perfect size. The game room was awesome for the teens and adults alike. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. It is close to cape may and all kinds of activities and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. We will be staying here again for sure. Wonderful memories made here this week!

The house was spacious and perfect for larger families with separate living areas on each floor. Easy to get to local beaches with beach tags included. Owners were easy to communicate with for questions! Pool is such a great bonus!

This was one of the two best properties we ever stayed in. The host is very accommodating. The whole house is extremely well planned with plenty of stuff which made our stay very enjoyable. Hats off to the host:))

Wonderful family vacation for our family of nine ages 3 to 70. Very impressed with cleanliness. Kids loved the game room, scooter rides to the bay and the loft area with gaming. Adults enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets, comfy living room couch and convenient location to several beaches, boardwalks and dinning options. We would love to stay again!

The house was fantastic, immaculately clean, decorated beautifully with a seaside cottage theme. Well equipped kitchen, great hang out space both inside and out. Big comfortable sofa in living room. Game room downstairs and great deck space with grill and picnic table. Owner Deepak was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The entire family loved the house and would go back

We couldn’t have selected a better place for my family to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday!!! The house had everything we needed and more! Just steps from the bay to watch an amazing winter sunset, and so much to do in the house that we didn’t need to leave for anything!

We had a great time. Was a bit farther from town than we thought but the nearby beach was absolutely beautiful. Property is aging and could use a refresh- especially incidentals like towels and soup (all dispensers were empty). Other than that property met our needs well.

Property was wonderful. Accommodated our family. Game room got a lot of use. Spacious for us all to be together or room for us to separate. Only complaint would be with the very uncomfortable seating in the living room. The floor was more comfortable.

Great fall getaway with family! Great location (even if not in the summer). Beautiful house, clean comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Lots of activities for kids including vintage video games.

Very nice home- amenities were good for the kids. Good communication with the owner . Only downside was that the living room sectional found to be small and uncomfortable- overall my family and I enjoyed our stay.

The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room for all 9 of us. So close to the beach we felt like it was ours! And they had everything we needed for cooking. We will definitely be back! Thank you Deepak!

Great communication with property manager/owner. House was large and could accommodate a group much larger than ours. Nice quiet street and easy walk to the beach. Some wear and tear inside but everything was clean. thanks for a nice stay!

This place was perfect !

This cute 3 story house is great for 12 people! It's located a 1/2 block from the beach and 15 minutes from Wildwood. The kids loved the large game room and the pool! Having a fully functional kitchen, 3 full bathrooms and laundry room made life easier! Owners are wonderful and respond promptly! We definitely recommend!

We had a great time here. Owner very responsive with a few questions we had. Stocked with beach gear/pool toys. Would stay again.

We had a really good time. This is the only place we have stayed where there were 2 full propane tanks for grilling. I wish there were more local channels but I realize you need cable for that. The owners responded to our questions in a timely fashion

House was great and as described. Communication with the owner was always fast. Only complaint was the house was not super clean upon arrival and some things didn’t work (ice machine/water, fan in kids room, trash can). Overall, would highly recommend the place. Very convenient to the Bay. Great for sunsets and morning walks with the babies.

We were all very pleased with our vacation home in Villas. It was always so welcoming to come home too after busy days and easy to navigate and entertain the family. The kids loved the game room and the pool. The rest of us liked the restful atmosphere of the family rooms. Weall most relaxed and time to come home.

We were finally able to get together for a much needed family vacation, since the infamous "Covid" times, and Derek and Deepak's home did not disappoint. all of the kids (6, ageing from 4 to 11 years old) where plenty busy with the beach, game room and most of all the pool! we ate almost all of our meals at home, before exploring Cape May's night life. We all had a very relaxing time, and would certainly recommend this home to any large family with children. Easy drive to cape may beaches. Parking was easy to find. Also wildwood beaches and boardwalk a close drive. Great that the house has a pool. We used daily. The game room was also a life saver with the older kids. Lots of ping pong tournaments. The bay beach is ok to walk or kayak, paddle board in. However when tide is out bottom was muck. Having said that we would consider again as ocean beaches a short drive with easy parking and kids enjoyed private pool.

Property was as described and met all of our expectations. Would definitely return in the future.

We love our stay in this beautiful home, everything u can think of or just forget at last minute they had, I have to say is the first time I rent a vacation home and it has it all, also very clean and smell clean, I seen reviews that the ac didn’t reach the third floor but with us it did and we slept perfectly, the pool was so so nice and clear clean I loved it, u can actually see the bottom that’s how clean it was and the videos I did under water were amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was that the beach to walk from the house was muddy so we could not get in, we had to drive to the beach witch i didn’t like cause one reason we booked the house was to walk to the beach so that’s the only thing I was disappointed, but everything else wow wow I love this home so much that I wanted to stay, the owners were amazing and quick to respond. 5 stars, just if u are like me that have little ones and prefer just to walk to the beach instead of driving then that’s the only thin about it, but other than that u will love ur stay here. ❤️❤️❤️

This house has everything you need for a great family vacation. Deepak is a wonderful host and the house was exactly as advertised. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. I sincerely hope this. Place is available for our next trip to Cape May.

Our group (2 families vacationing together) had a wonderful vacation at this property. The house was comfortable and spacious and the bay beach featured lovely sunsets and lots of birds to watch. We also enjoyed the pool. Would definitely recommend.
