There were some minor issues & the owner was very responsive.
The beach is nearby, less than a block, but unfortunately it was littered with dead horseshoe crabs, both in the sand & water making the beach unusable. We had to travel about 20 minutes to other beaches. There was a pool on the property, but there were some issues with it & wasn’t always usable.
The weather was perfect, we managed to dodge 2 major storms on each end of our week😊

The house was lovely and as described. We are a family of 8, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a big hit (water was nice and warm as the pool is in a perfect location to take advantage of the afternoon sunshine), and we all enjoyed the game room with pool and ping pong tables. Sleeping spaces were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only "complaint" was the lack of chairs outside on the decks. I understand it can get windy, but we have stayed in other beach houses before with sturdy outdoor furniture. There were two huge picnic tables on the side deck, so we could eat outside, but it would have been nice to sit on the third floor balcony and enjoy the view of the bay. But that is a minor thing. The house was amazing!
We also enjoyed the very quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds of Cape May itself. We did not feel the bay beach was a good swimming beach, but we took morning and evening walks along the beach as the house is literally about 1 minute from the beach path. It was a short drive to Cape May or North Cape May beaches for a day on the beach. We thought the location was great.

Property was as described and in very good condition. The rec room downstairs is great for kids of all ages (and a great spot to unload vehicles). Walking to the bay for the sunsets was a particular treat!
There was one matter that needed attention on day 3 and it was resolved within an hour. That is worth noting "in this day and age."
The hosts provided a list of great places to visit and it helped in the planning of our trip.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The home is a nice size, comfortable, with plenty of amenities. It is within close driving distance to Cape May, Wildwood and Ocean City.

I travel globally and have never had a more pleasant experience then our hosts offered at their incredible location in the Villas. Leading up to our stay communication was fantastic on questions we had as we were traveling with three children under five years old. During our stay a couple questions came up, each were answered quickly and accurately. We found the Cape May beaches more suitable for swimming and playing, etc. We enjoyed walking with three minutes to the Delaware bay beach to watch the sunset. Stop clicking book this stage you will not be disappointed.

This was my first experience booking through Vrbo. It was also the first time my whole family would be under the same roof for a full week. The house exceed our expectations. The rooms were spacious. The house had something for everyone. There was an abundance of supplies available.We spend most of the time enjoying the area especially Poverty Beach and Cape May. The zoo was enjoyed by the adults as well as the kids. The rail bike was a big hit. I will mention that the bay was not what I expected due to the horseshoe crab issue but with that being said we did take many walks at the bay and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. We encountered an issue with the pool but Deepak responded immediately and had a serviceman within the hour. I would not hesitate to book again.

The house was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, and cozy. Loved having all the extra blankets. Well stocked with towels and basic supplies. We liked how close we were to the bay, but didn't use that beach because it was full of horseshoe crabs. We mostly drove at least 15 min to the ocean beaches. Beach tags were much appreciated. You have to pay for pkg there but once you setup the app, it's easy and totally worth it. Lots of restaurants and shopping and great ice cream in town.
We did not make use of the above ground pool at the house. Unfortunately, it looked its best our last day there.

Deepak is a great owner. Very prompt, friendly, and communicative.
The house is very well equipped for a family stay. We had a great time celebrating my dad's 90th birthday. Everything was very clean and the house has everything you need.
I have never visited the bay side on NJ before and it's a different world in a good way. Way quieter and has a great community feel. Lots of attractions close by.
The one thing that is worth noting if you plan on visiting during May June timeframe is that is horsehoe crab spawning season so the beach really can't be used in the traditional sense. That said, it's super interesting learning about the crabs and the migratory birds.
We would 100% stay here again.

We spent the week exploring the Jersey Shore while staying in a quiet neighborhood setting. Our host was very attentive and answered questions immediately. She quickly replaced the drill with a new model when notified of its issue. A very short walk to the beach where horseshoe crabs were up close and personal. Location was literally no more than 10 minutes to attractions or beaches through the Cape May area. The house was so spacious for our group of 9. The kids enjoyed all the games. Plenty of space for everyone and having the pool open was a plus. Thank you to Deepak and Derek for their hospitality.

The house was very nice and clean, except for some pots and pans that were put away without being washed first and some ants throughout the house. It did not have a jacuzzi as advertised and none of the attractions were open yet. Luckily the kids enjoyed walking on the beach and playing games in the rec room, so they didn't get bored. There weren't any large bowls or enough towels, but Walmart is nearby, so it wasn't a big deal. The host was very responsive and made things very easy. Would definitely go back.

We had a large group of family members (8 plus 2 babies) and the space was great for our size. Game room was awesome! Lots of kitchen items. Being on the bay side was quiet and the action of Wildwood and Cape May weren’t far away. Loved having the pool. The owners responded quickly to any issues we had. I would recommend for a similar size family.

Overall we had a great trip. The property manager was quick to reply with any issues we had. The kids loved the pool and that the bay was a quick walk down the street. There are a lot of different places to go from this spot so there’s plenty to keep you busy. The couch was comfortable to just chill out at the house, too.

Well maintained property, very quiet street and area. Steps from the bay, best sunsets as you sit on the beach and enjoy the show. Pool is a great bonus, used it almost every day after a day at the beach in Cape May.
Will need some new updates for the preparation of meals in the future. Plenty of room for our family, enough space so not to be on top of each other. The property overall was just what we wanted and got. I would definitely stay again.

We had the most wonderful vacation here. The house was absolutely perfect with the pool, game room, loft area and great spaces in the family room and game room to hang out once the children were in bed.
We took advantage of many local activities including Cape May beach, Downtown Cape May, Revolution Rail (so fun), The Cape May Zoo, Wildwood Boardwalk, walks on the bay, amazing sunsets, the big kids swam in the bay at high tide, ping pong tournaments in game room, Disney Plus for kids, Menz Restaurant, Rino’s Pizza just to name a few things. Of course there were endless laughs!!
The house was spotless, Deepak was just wonderful and immediately responded with the one tiny issue we had. We also loved that bed sheets, towels and washcloths were included.

Lovely quiet neighborhood. The house was great for our large group.The pool was perfect for those 'down times.' The private beach was a plus and those sunsets were beyond description. Wonderful communication with property owner. So many wonderful memories were made.

This house was the perfect house for us. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It’s a short walk to the bay for good fishing and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is the perfect size. The game room was awesome for the teens and adults alike. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. It is close to cape may and all kinds of activities and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. We will be staying here again for sure. Wonderful memories made here this week!

The house was spacious and perfect for larger families with separate living areas on each floor. Easy to get to local beaches with beach tags included. Owners were easy to communicate with for questions! Pool is such a great bonus!

Kids loved the game room, scooter rides to the bay and the loft area with gaming.
Adults enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets, comfy living room couch and convenient location to several beaches, boardwalks and dinning options.

The house was fantastic, immaculately clean, decorated beautifully with a seaside cottage theme. Well equipped kitchen, great hang out space both inside and out. Big comfortable sofa in living room. We couldn’t have selected a better place for my family to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday!!! The house had everything we needed and more! Just steps from the bay to watch an amazing winter sunset, and so much to do in the house that we didn’t need to leave for anything!

We had a great time. Was a bit farther from town than we thought but the nearby beach was absolutely beautiful. Property is aging and could use a refresh- especially incidentals like towels and soup (all dispensers were empty). Other than that property met our needs well.
