Stayed at this home with six other friends. It totally fit the bill and was as advertised. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries and the all important breweries. The house was comfortable, clean and quiet. Great kitchen for cooking comfortable living room and bedrooms. I highly recommend this home when planning your next trip to Bend. We hope to return next ski season.

The property was beautiful and centrally located. The property owner was also very prompt and accommodating in their communication. This is the place to stay in bend and I look forward to coming back.

This was a great location for our long-planned family vacation with our adult children, including their 11-year old. We spent a week here and found everything comfortable, convenient, and well-appointed. We selected this house at least in part because of its proximity to coffee houses and brew pubs, and were not disappointed - many good choices were within an easy walk. We all slept well, stayed cool in the hot Bend summer, enjoyed coffee or a beer on one of the decks or the porch, made good use of a well-appointed kitchen: this is one of the best VRBO properties we've ever stayed at. Towards the end of our stay, smoke from nearby forest fires kept us inside, where we had plenty of room for puzzles, books, games, and video watching, and filtered air to keep us safe. We are hoping to return, without smoke next time, but this was just an all-around excellent experience for us.

Beautiful house in a great location in Bend. Easy walk to the River Trail, kayak rentals, ect, and the mountain bike trail into town ends nearby. Lots of great restaurants nearby, including a donut shop and cupcakes for the kids.

Easy stay

Well located and comfortable for our stay, just the two of us. Glad to have the extra space if we needed it. Lots of eateries and places of interest close by. This is our second stay and I'm sure we'll return again soon.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and could work for larger groups. Loved the location and being able to easily walk to Galveston, downtown, and the Old Mill District. Will definitely come back!

Easy to go anywhere from here. Great home. Comfortable. Well stocked kitchen utensils and cookware. Nice appliances. Master bed was firm. One queen bed was softer. Plenty of blankets.

Great neighborhood, walked to Drake Park and several fun playgrounds! The kids enjoyed the basement and were able to have their own space away from the grownups. The property was very clean and we really couldn’t have asked for much more!

This was our first trip to Bend and we felt right at home from the second we walked into the house! It literally had everything we needed! The details of this home are above and beyond what we hoped for.. from the comfy beds to the high quality bath towels.. everything was clean and there were very clear directions of how to care for the home during our stay! We stayed at Twin Elms for 5 nights with 6 adults and one baby - plenty of room for all! Central location with everything we needed. Walkable to Drake Park and downtown area. Convenient, clean and well-equipped.

This house is so nice and it is in the best location. Easy walking to downtown, but there are also plenty of amenities close by without having to go downtown. The house itself was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week’s stay. The only small issue was that the TV in the basement would not consistently connect to the WiFi so we had difficulty watching a movie in that room in the evening when we wanted to kick back after a long day. Other than that the house was perfect and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Bend. Than you Mary and Rick!

The house is so close to everything you could want. The finish is super nice, the hot tub is definitely worth it.

Our family had a nice time staying in your comfy home and there’s plenty to do in the Bend area. You had that information right there in the book and on the bookcase. Your signs within the house were very clear as to what we needed to do while staying there. Your kichen could use some potholders other than that we made do just fine.
