The home was super clean and in great shape. Close to all parks, golf coarses and all that Orlando has to offer. Great for quick trips and long ones.

We had many plans so weren’t able to enjoy the facilities as much as we would have liked. Host was very accommodating.

Easy to get around Orlando from location. Showers are awesome!!! Kitchen is great. Two kingsize beds are very comfortable and quiet. Felt safe and enjoyed all the space and parking right in front. Great price for a huge space.

We had 4 adults staying to attend our daughters' dance competition that took place at the Orange County Convention Center. The location was perfect! The unit was clean and well-maintained. We would definitely book this unit again.

It was a nice condo. Good size for our needs. It was cold though and we couldn’t figure out the heat. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having 3 1/2 bathrooms for our large group. The only frustrating part was we never did find the pool and hot tub. The listing alluded to it being closer to the condo we were in. Also the kitchen didn’t have much in it. It was hard to cook because we didn’t have pots, pans and cookie sheets. Also, apparently when they clean the condo, they take ALL the food. There was only a salt and pepper shaker. We have stayed in a number of VRBO’s across the country and this is the only one that didn’t have any spices, oil, foil, etc in the cupboards.

Very nice stay at this property. Easy to get in and clean inside. Driveway was a little tight for 2 cars but we made it work. Loved all the bathrooms in each room and the condo worked perfectly for us to go to Universal Studios.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was clean, well stocked, and beds were comfortable. It is a short drive to Universal Studios and there were several places to eat at Icon Park which is about 1 mile away. Check in was a breeze, no issues at all. It was a bit cold when we were there and the thermostat requires a code from the owner to turn the heat on, I gave him a call and he had it adjusted within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Universal, a little far from Disney. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Pool far from unit and workout room way too small for amount of units in complex. However, nice running path and fun bar near pool.

It was the perfect size for our family. The location and gated community was excellent. The owner was very nice. However, the a/c was not great and was locked without an access code so the place was warm and musty smelling Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay in this beautiful updated townhouse. Anthony is great at communicating and extremely responsive. The home is lovely and very clean. Location is perfect for us as we were attending an event at the nearby Convention Center area. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you.

6 people spent a pleasant holiday in this house. Nice area with parks, swimming pool and many entertainments. 5 days turned out to be not enough for rest. We recommend this house, which is very comfortable for adults and children. Next time we will be happy to rent this house again. All the best to everyone!)

Two families stayed in this spacious townhouse. The communication with the owner was easy and quick. The kitchen was well stocked. It is close to Uviversal Studios. It is a clean and comfortable townhome. Check-in/out directions were clear.

We had a group of 6 stay here for Labor Day weekend activities. We went to Disney and then also the FSU Vs. LSU football game. It was a great location in the middle of the places we wanted to go. The property was easy to access VERY clean, and had the perfect space for 3 couples to all have their own rooms and bathrooms. The price was SO affordable. We will definitely book here again if we need a space in the Orlando area!

Stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. We were right across the street from the tournament which was extremely convenient. The community pool with bar/food was a great amenity. The unit was perfectly split with the one bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the third with bathrooms connected to each. The kitchen was effectively stocked and host communicated all the needed information ahead of time making the whole stay a breeze!

This place was clean from top to bottom and it was welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

Originally was booked for a unit but it had a plumbing issue, owner contacted me before my arrival and worked out moving to another unit on the same property. Only draw back was the new unit had 2 bathrooms vs 3.5 the original had. Not too big of a deal due to the reason we were visiting but everything else was good. No complaints. I appreciate the owner calling another owner to resolve our situation.

Orlando can get crazy. We were down for a cheer comp. Last year we stayed at the parks and did the whole thing. This year we decided to be more low key. And this place fit the bill. We had two adult and three girls. Everyone got their own room and bed. Plenty of room to spread out. Lovely neighborhood. Wish I had had time to get out on the paved trail by the lake. The pool area was fun and relaxing. The little shops on Universal Blvd were so good - I highly recommend Mama’s for breakfast and Smallcakes for a treat. Would stay here again.

The rental unit was exactly as described in the listing and the perfect size for our group. The furnishings were very nice and helped make for a relaxing trip. The property owner was excellent with communication and accommodating for one of our requests. The location was excellent, putting us close to Universal Studios, I-Drive, and farily close to the Disney parks. Very happy with the entire situation. Thank you!

This rental is broken up into 3 levels which made our trip great. My husband and I slept on the first floor with our own doors out to the patio. There is also a 1st floor bathroom and laundry. The kids slept on the 3rd floor with their own bathroom and two separate rooms which were both spacious and neat. The common living area is on 2nd floor with another bathroom. There is a small patio on the 2nd floor. It was a 5 minute walk to the pool and 2 minute walk to Walgreens, Chick Fil A, 7-11, gas station, a pizzeria, small pub, and a hair salon are all within a few minutes located outside the gated area. It is 10 minutes to City Walk Universal or Downtown Disney. Great location with a great pool that has a full service bar, game room for kids, and walking path around a man made lake.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and extra bathrooms. Convenient to everything we needed.

Very nice townhouse, spic and span!!! We really enjoyed our stay in this well laid out home. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a wonderful stay in a great area.

The property was perfect for our group of 6. Well maintained and everything went really smoothly. We would definitely book it again!

Property owner is either too busy or too inexperienced for this sort of business. The information sent to me was not for the property that we had reserved and of course we had no way of knowing this and since the property owner did not include his contact info it took us until the day following before we were able to access the property. All in all i would not wish to do business with this host again
