Property was exceptionally clean with quality furnishings. Property designed well for people with mobility issues, with lower level bathroom units, seat in shower, light switches easily reachable and ramp access to the property. Appreciated the quietness of location and having off-street parking outside the door.

We had a lovely week, the cottage is within easy walking distance of Keswick centre and has its own parking so you don't need the car. We walked down to the launches and went exploring from there. It is tucked away and quiet with good sized rooms and very efficient heating and hot water. We walked, ran, sailed, kayaked, ice-creamed and cup-of-tea'd our way through a fabulous holiday. Thank you.

Cobble Garth couldn't be in a better location for accessing Keswick.
Cobble Garth couldn't be in a better location for accessing Keswick. Everything is in walking distance. Yet it's peaceful and relaxing with wonderful views of the mountains. The accommodation was perfect. Modern, well presented, well equipped & warm. Its a credit to the owners, who were delightful. We have no reservations in recommending this lovely home & will definitely be back.

Stated here many times now. We love everything about this bungalow: it’s location is just a short stroll from the centre of town, it’s spotlessly clean, and it has everything we want, including parking for two cars. Every time we come here (two-three times a year) we feel very much at home straightaway. The owners who live in the adjoining property are friendly but keep themselves to themselves. We’re booked again for New Year week, looking forward to it.

Lovely clean cottage in a good location for walking into the centre of Keswick. Blinds at the kitchen window would be good as it is overlooked by the owners next door. Parking would be difficult for 2 cars.

Peaceful location 10 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. Spotlessly clean with all facilities needed for a comfortable holiday. Welcoming owners live in adjacent property. Will certainly stay there again.

My husdand and I, who are both disabled, had a wonderful time in this cottage.
My husdand and I, who are both disabled, had a wonderful time in this cottage. It is beautiful, in a peaceful location, spotless with everything we needed. The couple who own the cottage live nearby and they were extremely friendly. In fact we enjoyed it so much we have already booked this cottage again for next year.

Excellent, well equipped bungalow. Spotlessly clean. Great views of skiddaw and surrounding hills. Excellent location, Town centre is short walk. A591 is 2 minutes away. Would recommend to anyone.
