Very attentive owners. Cleanest property I've ever stayed in!

Our room was bright and clean with traditional pine furniture, giving us a cosy feeling and the bed was very comfortable. We were made to feel welcome instantly and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious and generous.Gragside is a short walk away from the town and a nearby park and convenient for walking/hiking/ cycling etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our walking weekend and will definitely visit Keswick again.
The shower was a bit temperamental. We couldn't get it to a comfortable temperature. We were also a bit disappointed there were packs of biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities.

We had the loveliest stay here this weekend. The whole place felt like a home away from home and the owners were the nicest people you would hope to meet. Very helpful and informative!

Very friendly hosts, bedroom spacious and bed very comfy, everywhere spotlessly clean. Breakfast was top quality in size and quality.

Our hosts were very friendly and approachable. The room was very clean, and we had new towels, tea, milk, toiletries, provided every day, which we had not expected. The cooked breakfast was lovely, and there was a choice of cereals to choose from too. The B&B itself is in an ideal location, close to town, and parking was easier than expected. On top of that, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

Lovely plentiful breakfast with lots of choices. Alison and Wayne lovely hosts will recommend to family and friends and hopefully at some point visit again.

The location was great😊 a few minutes to the centre. The owners were friendly and very welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day with clean towels being replaced.

Nothing really. Shower cubicle was perhaps snug for the larger adult and water not as hot as personally desired but that’s about it.
