As long as you're ok with stairs, this is a great place to stay. 3 comfy bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, and 3.5 bathrooms were fantastic for our extended family stay.

Great location if you are visiting Universal. The house was very clean when we arrived. Very spacious and comfortable. Larry, our host, was accommodating and communicative. It’s a great place if you are traveling as a family of four with some friends or additional family. My kids and my husband and I were able to be upstairs on the third floor, and our friends had their own space on the first floor. Everyone had privacy, and our friends could be away from “kid noise” when they wanted to be. The only thing to be aware of (we were, and chose to stay anyway, so this is not a complaint) is that the laundry is in the closet of the downstairs bedroom. So, (1) it takes up space where you could otherwise hang clothes; and (2) it’s a little awkward if you are traveling with friends and need to go into their bedroom to do laundry. Again, we asked where the laundry facilities were and knew this before booking - the reviews were so good we decided we didn’t care about a little awkwardness.

Rather than stay at a hotel (2 rooms) at WAY too high inflated prices, decided on this. A GREAT decision. Just minutes from International Drive. Never received the instruction for entry, but the property manager was great. Responded to texts. Got us the instructions. No issue. I appreciate when someone actually response, and this was a plus. Place is exactly as described. Clean, kitchen stocked, etc. No issues at all. Much better than a sterile hotel room at 1/3 the cost.

very close to everything we were in town to do and need.....convention center, Publix, Walgreens and Smallcakes!!! very clean and exactly as pictured. well stocked kitchen and very nice Vista Cay property. would definitely recommend

This was a great place to visit and simple and easy to check-in. Larry was extremely helpful and easy to contact. Would recommend and visit again!

Worked out great and we were there for national volleyball tournament so it was very close to convention center

I cannot say enough about our fabulous host! The location was great and convenient to many restaurants, stores, and the convention center. We will definitely return!

The house was wonderful and clean. I was surprised at how big it was and comfortable. The bedroom on the 1st floor was wonderful separating myself from my adult children giving everyone their own space. Living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor worked perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Bedrooms on 3rd floor were open with huge bathrooms. The host was fast to reply with any issues. Wonderful stay and if we go back next year I will look for this unit. Oh and location could not be better. Very close to the convention center. There is a pizza, breakfast place literally around the corner so walk to it bc it takes longer to drive and park. Five starts all the way.

Larry's property was very clean and well maintained. Larry was very prompt in responding to any questions and his directions for check in and check out were very clear and easy to follow. There was NO stress! The property is located very close to theme parks and convention center. The pool and other amenities were great. Thanks, Larry!

Property was clean. Directions to the property and all entry instructions were very clear and concise. Larry even reached out within 24 hours to make sure everything was going well. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Had a wonderful stay here during our recent trip for Megacon at the convention center (and some time at Disney). The house is convenient to the highways, local market, a plethora of dining choices, and the freeways. The back gate to the development meant a 2 minute drive to parking for the convention and we saw many people walking as well...but that'd be a bit hot for our tastes. Larry the owner was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Parking for two cars easily. And the house itself was fully stocked, well laid out with three bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms), and super comfortable (especially the beds). Super easy access to the freeways and only minutes from Universal and everything on International Drive. Cannot praise this place enough. Enjoy your stay (if you go) and we'll be coming back for certain.

We hadd 6 ladies stay here for a conference. The beds were comfortable & we loved having 3.5 baths. However, this condo was not clean when we arrived. We arrived at 5:30, and we were told check in could be anytime after 4. There were 2 cleaning ladies there and one was eating when we arrived. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to finish. There were pieces of toilet paper on the carpet, a clump of hair in one of the bedrooms and hair on one of the toilet seats. One bathroom's toilet paper was wet on one side and the bathtubs looked like they had not been clean. There was smudged toothpaste in some of the bathroom sinks and the faucets looked dirty. There was a wet washcloth left in one of the bathtubs. I called Larry and he came himself to clean it which was very nice. A small credit or refund would have been nice for our inconvenience having to wait before we could check in. We had driven all day to get there and we were really tired. Several ladies commented that bath mats (or floor towel)are needed because the floor is very slippery when getting out of the shower. We had to go downstairs to get enough towels & washcloths. The cleaning ladies should make sure there are ample towels & washcloths in every bathroom for the # of guest coming. There was only 1 in each bathroom and not even a hand towel was in the half bath. There are no teaspoons in the kitchen, no coffee for guests. We had to buy all of that at the store. There isn't even any salt or pepper that we could find. It would be nice to have a few items like these in the kitchen (teaspoons, salt & pepper, some coffee). Details like this go a long way so guests will want to return. Again, Larry did what he could to rectify the situation, (coming to clean the place himself). However, a small refund for us having to wait would have made a better impression. Overall, this condo is spacious and comfortable beds.

Had a little hiccup at check in, but called Larry and he took care of everything. He's very easy to work with. Nice home close to convention center, I-4, top golf and numerous restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Comfortable furniture.

Larry is an awesome host. Everything was great and just as described. Beds are super comfy. We loved being close to Universal. Kitchen is also well stocked which made breakfasts and dinners easy especially with Publix across the street. We will be back Larry. Thank you again.

We have stayed at this townhome many times because it is exactly what we need to accommodate our family. It's also perfectly located to visit the theme parks, then to retreat to a quiet evening at the townhome. The beds are comfortable and we enjoy that each bedroom has its own bathroom, with a half bath located just off the kitchen.

Fantastic location with attentive host! Slight challenge with the security gate code that was corrected quickly by the host. Super accommodations that made for a wonderful time while attending a conference at the convention center. Our host recommended a Peruvian restaurant that “changed our lives”! Fantastic experience! Highly recommend this property. Heavenly beds and linens that we appreciated after our long days at our conference.

The upstairs bathroom and rug were full of human and what looked like dog hair. 1 toilet paper per bathroom and zero garbage bags. It rained heavily Saturday afternoon and night and there was a tremendous leak through the window of the back room in the 3rd floor. The carpet was wet and it looked as if it had mold.

This place is awesome!! It’s just a 10min drive from the Airport and hardly 5-10 mins drive to Universal Studios. The host Larry was very clear in communicating about the place. Would highly recommend this place if anyone’s visiting Universal or Disney!! Thanks Larry for being a wonderful host!!

Loved this place...perfectly located to go to our convention

This is our second time staying at Vista Cay. We absolutely love the unit we stayed in. It is spacious and very well kept. It is a lo ely neighborhood. The owner is fantastic and a great communicator. We enjoy staying there very much!

This is a great location if you’re interested in Universal and Disney along with shopping. Everything was within 20 minutes of our stay! And if you love pizza as much as me try Sliddets! Great place for a family. The third floor was warmer then we like but the overall stay was perfect! Thank you!

We stayed while visiting Disney World and it was great! The townhouse had plenty of room and everything we needed!

You should put How many stairs in thr.. we had 3 veterans that could not do all those stairs.. bedroom down stairs had to be aplit with 2 couples. The twin beds are Very very Hard onvest in pillowtop mattress cover..your cleaning team of one left Lots of shedding hair in tub and on floor of Bathroom.sleeper sofa mattress has HAD IT.. would had been okay if you had more sheets and towels bedspreads so that it can Be covered.. only Mattress that was okay was the one where the 2 couples had to sleep. You should explain Parking and warn folks they can Not block the side walk

This was the perfect place for us, 3 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Our 15 year old granddaughter enjoyed having her own bedroom plus bathroom. Our son had his own, and my husband and I had ours. The place was very well maintained and beautiful furnished. The property was easy to find, and very quiet, with shopping close by.
