This rental is on the Main Street in Panama City. From 4:00 on, there is a parade of cars on Front Beach Road, bumper-to-bumper, windows down and radios blaring. This goes on through out the evening and night. Doors in both units always need to be locked! You will need to read very carefully before booking on this rental! The duplex sleeps 18. However, you will be charged 25.00 a day for each guest you have over 10 guests. Both units are “tired” and have neglected. The furniture in both units is old and very uncomfortable including, the beds. In closing, we found this place to be in a very congested part of Panama City and felt it was very run down.

We loved this property! It was great for my family of 12. We really enjoyed the pool as well as the location. Al and Donna (owners) were great as well. We will be staying in this house again!

Close to everything you need. Clean. Beach is right across the street. Pool is awesome for the kids too. Had a blast!

Owners were very friendly and stayed in touch with us throughout the week to make sure we were doing ok. The salt water pool was a great place to hang out after a long day at the beach or out sight seeing. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a great week at this property with two families that included 4 teenagers. The 2 full units with kitchens was nice right across from beach access. One thing we didn’t realize before we left is that there is no stairs inside connecting the 2 units. The porches were terrific to sit outside in the morning and evening. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed five nights during this busy spring break season. The beach was quiet and the neighborhood is residential which keeps many spring breakers away. The owners were incredible, from check in to check out we had nothing but a great experience with them. The house is clean, backyard is beautiful, and the upper deck was our favorite place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had one of the most special and memorable vacations ever at this property. The location is wonderful and the house is laid out so conveniently. The pool and backyard are amazing. The kids loved spending a few hours in the morning at the beach and then playing in the pool all afternoon. We had so much fun sitting on the front porch watching the cars and the ocean. We ate almost every meal on the wonderful front porch. We were there during the pandemic so I was worried about crowds, but this house is located in an area where the beaches are very private! People never got too close to you at the beach and there was so much room. I've never stayed in Florida where there wasn't rows of chairs blocking my view of the ocean, but not here! You have a front row seat to the ocean because there just aren't that many people around. The walk to the beach is so easy--we commented how it was easier to get to the beach from this house than staying at a high rise place and having to take the elevator down 20 stories! My kids loved all the bunk beds and my parents were able to stay downstairs the whole time which was great. We mostly did takeout and there are plenty of places to choose from--we fell in love with the NY pizza restaurant that's right down the street. We had our groceries delivered and we were in heaven! This is such a great place and the owners couldn't be nicer! They are so responsive and help you if you need anything--they've thought of everything! Highly recommend!!

Short walk to the ocean and very nice salt water pool. Owners were very present and ready to help.

House was in good shape at arrival. After the first night we noticed a few minor issues. I contacted the property owner who immediately took care of them. Owners are very nice, and super accommodating. We actually left 6 shirts in the closet by mistake and they boxed them up and shipped them at their expense. True sign of Customer service. The pool was a great bonus and they came and checked on it several times to make sure it stayed balanced and clean. Enjoyed the stay very much! Thank you Al & Donna!

It was the best would love to visit again

This duplex is perfect for any group, and Al and Donna were the perfect hosts! The condos were very clean, and the backyard and pool was a beautiful spot for all of us to be together.

The property is lovely, with a pool, walking distance to the beach and near lots of night life and recreation. The owners were also wonderful, greeted us when we arrived and were flexible with our schedule. Great experience!!

We visited in September and it was the perfect time of the year to be there! Not many people around it was easy to get wherever we needed to go. The house was in a great location the beach wasnt crowded at all and it was easy to get to all the restaurants and stores. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the house was great, the pictures don't do it justice. It was so close to the beach and the pool was perfect I had never been in a salt water pool before and I could not tell it was salt water. Al and Donna were great, they made sure we had everything we could need. I definitely would recommend this house for a large group, the two kitchens were so handy. The only change I would even think to make is adding a covered deck in the back yard or a pergola by the pool as there is no shade. (The owner does have large umbrellas on the picnic tables).

The house was very clean. 15 steps and you are on the beach. Most enjoyed that the beach was never crowded. Really enjoyed the pool.

We had an amazing vacation staying at this location! The kids loved having a private pool and the beach access is literally straight in front of the house! Al and Donna were phenomenal in every aspect! They were super nice and really cared that we had a great experience! There was plenty of room for all four families, including having private baths for each! The kitchens are fully stocked so we were able to cook some meals at the house. Overall, I can’t express how happy we all were with our stay! I would HIGHLY recommend this house and these owners and hope we can visit them again as well!

First, Al & Donna were great owners to work with and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Donna even helped us receive an urgent over night UPS delivery and had us ship it to her personal residence and delivered it to us to ensure there were no issues - as said they were great and went above and beyond. The property is located on the main road through Panama City beach. Traffic gets a bit heavy on the weekends but its a great trade off for the convenient location. The public beach access is located directly across the street from the front door so you're literally just a few steps from the beach. The beach area is fantastic as it's a residential area with no public parking nearby so you'll enjoy almost private beach access without a crowd. We had a fairly large group with three families and a total of 6 teenagers. The accommodations were great as there is a large bedroom with multiple bunk beds for the kids and private bedrooms for the adults. The pool area was very nice but we didn't use it as much as I expected because the beach was just too nice to stay away from...The area is great with plenty of nice restaurants, shopping and entertainment within just a couple of miles. We'd stay at this property again and we have nothing but great memories from our stay. If you're looking for sunshine and a great beach getaway this is the place!

I had to rent this property last minute for a bachelor party that was supposed to be in Key West over the weekend. Due to the hurricane that wiped out Key West we were forced to head the other way. Needing to accommodate at least 7 guests, this was the spot. We had more room and places to stay than we knew what to do with. The location was perfect, having plenty of nightlife options all around us. The beach was so close and so clean, it made walking to and fishing from a breeze. The property was clean & in order as well as the pool area. Definitely would come back and stay, and definitely recommend to large groups! Thanks Al & Donna for the awesome hospitality!
