Perfect location to enjoy the old town and riverfront eateries. Space is architecturally excellent and furnishings are a comfortable and fun blend of styles. Fenced in patio entrance protects you from the brightness of the 24 hour service station adjacent to the property. Would rent again.

We loved this place! It was super clean, and well decorated. Very spacious for a couple. We were a 2-3 minute walk from everywhere downtown. We loved all of the lovely exposed brick and wood. I would stay here again, and recommend it to others.

I have stayed at Yuletide annually for several years. I enjoy the location in Apalachicola. I spend my days on the beach on SGI. I love staying in Apalachicola because there are more restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Everything is in walking distance. The private parking space is very convenient to the loft. I love staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Yule Tide! It was charming and had the perfect amount of space for 2 people with all the conveniences you find at home! Very easy to find and the location was in walking distance of so much to do (shops, restaurants, etc.). Will definitely stay there again if it’s available during my next trip to Apalachicola.

This loft apartment is so cute! It’s very convenient to our favorite places to dine and have cocktails. It’s also only a short drive to SGI for beautiful beach days! Our loft was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything. There’s a grill too! A bit warm in our loft bedroom in the summer but the fans made it quite comfortable. Only drawback that doesn’t take away from a five star review is the road noise, but you can’t hear it inside, only on the patio. Great place!

It’s the perfect location, I honestly can’t imagine a better place for a couple to stay in Apalachicola. The interior design and decor is great The bed is super comfortable and the bedroom loft is incredibly spacious and again, beautifully decorated. Major bonus is the completely private and large courtyard area. Super short and lovely drive to Eastpoiny and St George’s island. But why leave Apalachicola! Seriosuly, this is a gem!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the loft. Conveniently close to the shops & restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, which always makes a getaway so much more enjoyable. I also liked the extra motion nightlights on the stairs to assist with late night trips to the restroom. We had a great time driving the forgotten coast highway and beaching at SGI. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property for two people. It is spacious and comfortable. Very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The gas grill makes it easy to cook your catch of the day. It is literally only a few steps to the downtown shops and restaurants. The beaches at St George Island are some of the best I’ve seen. Over all Yuletide provided everything we needed for a memorable vacation in Apalachicola

Nice stay within walking distance to stores and restaurants. During the day you could hear the store at the front of the loft, but it wasn't bad. Place is nicely decorated and homey.

What a great place !!! If you like to be close to everything, Park your car and just walk, then this is the place for you. So conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops you will love it .. would definitely stay again:: Dennis and Cindy

The loft was perfect with private patio, comfortable bed and furnishings two blocks from the water in downtown Apalachicola.

On the edge of downtown Apalachicola, easy to drive to other locations in the area. We would stay there again if we returned to the area.

This is a very cleverly designed loft in a converted commercial building with brick walls, wooden ceiling and cement floors. Inside is a virtual museum of artistic pieces and all of the modern amenities one could need. There are plenty of fluffy white towels and crisp white cotton sheets (yay- no microfiber!). The tub/shower is big and has incredible water pressure. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is compact and very functional with plenty of equipment. If I had to come up with a negative, I would say it was a little noisy, being between a restaurant and gas station on a busy street. We could hear noises/voices from the restaurant. This was not an issue for us. Another positive was an adorable private courtyard area with a pergola, bistro set and gas grill. Suggestions for added amenities: salt, sugar, and plastic wrap/foil. If we were ever to visit here again, we would be thrilled to stay here. Thank you for sharing your wonderful loft.

Very good except for the door.

For my birthday, my husband and I spent 3 days in Apalachicola. It was one of my best birthdays ever! We had so much fun. Love the friendly, laid back atmosphere there and the food is delicious. The loft was very comfortable and well appointed. It is unique and well decorated and is in a very convenient location. We were able to easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The loft was in the perfect location for a walkable stay. It is located right downtown literally steps from most of the shops, galleries and restaurants. The owners rehabed the interior using a creative and efficient use of space that was invitingly decorated in a nautical theme. There were a lot of light switches to discover and in the evenings the main floor could have used a tad more lighting. I would highly recommend the loft to anyone. However, it could just benefit from a little freshening up. The baseboards, window sills and ledges need dusting, the fence could use a power wash, and the bikes don't just need the tires pumped. The men's bike tire was completely flat and needs to be replaced.

This was my second time staying here! I just love this spot…it’s quiet, convenient, and comfortable. Check-in/out is easy and communication with the host is great! Thanks so much for sharing your space for others to enjoy!

Great little place for a couple right in the middle of Apalach. The interior finishing and quality are impressive and include all the amenities one needs on vacation. Just be aware the bathroom is on the ground floor and sleeping is in the loft. A unique(good way) place worth a visit.

Returned to find the same peace and tranquillity we experienced our first time.
