We had a nice stay in the upstairs apartment. It was very clean. The living area was very comfortable and the bedroom was a good size. It was very conveniently located, within walking distance to town. A couple of things that could improve the rental - the shower is very small and could be more functional. And it would be better to have a dishwasher in the kitchen, instead of having to handwash dishes. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay for our first trip to the 'forgotten coast'.

Could use 2 chairs on deck by door to sit and drink coffee and look over the beautiful wooded lot off that deck!

Nice apartment, very clean. Comfy bed. Easy walk to downtown. Enjoyed exploring the Forgotten Coast. Especially enjoyed the St George state park and Cape San Blas state park, wild pristine Florida beaches.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Super cute & perfect size for 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 kids. Great location to downtown so we could walk around. Anna-Marie was extremely nice & great to work with. I will definitely be back.

Really nice flat with everything you need. We loved the close proximity to the restaurants and shops in Apalach! You can walk anywhere you want to go. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The place is an upstairs Loft and it is amazing how well it was planned and the floorplan done ! Very clean and great for 3 adults ! We all enjoyed our stay !

Great place located close to town. Excellent food and live music within walking distance. Quaint little town with plenty to see and do. Oyster cook off weekend a plus. Lots of natural light in the rental. Would definitely stay here again when in town.

This apartment was exactly as advertised—super clean, great decor, easy walk to all the cute spots in town, cozy beds, and everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. It was myself, my husband, and our two toddlers and we had plenty of comfortable space. Quiet neighborhood. The TV setup was a bit too tricky for us to figure out (an update to a streamlined smart TV would be nice—but it wasn’t a big deal!). Anna-Maria was kind, helpful, and communicative. We would happily stay here again. We recommend!

My family and I enjoyed the comfort of this rental. It had everything we needed. It was clean and was walking distance from Downtown Apalachicola and a short distance from St. George Island. There are several steps leading up to the rental, but that did not bother us. We enjoyed all the artwork on the walls.

This was a great place to stay as we took in Apalachicola and the area. Everything is easily within walking distance from the shops and restaurants to the Orman House. The other great thing is you are within easy driving distance of St. George Island, Port St. Joe, and some amazing beaches. The residence was very well put together, exceptionally clean, and had everything you needed for your stay. We will be sure to be back!!

This super cute property was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen was adequately equipped. The location was spot on for walking to any area downtown. Quiet and so clean. For a couple, maybe going fishing this property is perfect. There are stairs so I would not take small children, elderly persons or anyone who has mobility issues.
The TV in the living area could use an upgrade and bathroom only has small shower, no tub.
Enjoyed our stay in Apalachicola.

I had a great stay at the 49 Palmetto rental property. The owners were very personable and were eager to please. They made themselves readily available and seemed as excited about my stay as I was. Will definitely rent from Anna-Maria again when the opportunity arises.
