Location was excellent. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The unit size was spacious although bedroom 2 and 3 are small and tight. Views were excellent although of the bay and not the Ocean. Cable and internet worked very well. The unit was stuffy when we arrived but aired out over a couple of days, The biggest drawback was the mattresses. They are dated and past due for replacement. Other than that we had a great time and the location was excellent for beach, restaurants, night life and family amusements. Our grandson particularly loved the extensive mini golf site 200 yards from our building.

Condo was clean and seemed freshly painted. Comfortable but could use some updates. New mattress in master BR, LR couch and chairs. Dishwasher definitely should be replaced. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely think about staying again.

The condo was beautiful! I loved waking up and having my coffee, seeing sunrise and watching the dolphins play in the harbor (my favorite part of the day). The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans, there were sand toys and boogie boards to use, and plenty of extra blankets. It was only a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and less than a mile to the pier.

The place was very convenient to all activities in Clearwater. The place was great for a family of 6 to have lots of space to spread out and enjoy down time. The view was awesome. The pool was nice and warm on the “cold” days. The only knock is the items included were old. The plates we all chipped and the beds were old. Overall it was a nice place.

Perfect location for our stay

Loved the location, walking distance to beach and many shops/restaurants plus the harbor view is still so pretty. This particular unit had a foul animal smell tho, to me it smelled like cat pee until we turned the air conditioning on that helped but particularly in the master bedroom closet the smell was pretty strong

Condo was great, only down grades due to shower curtain in front bathroom had some mold on it. Front bedroom beds could all use a mattress upgrade. Master bedroom and bath were very good.

Great stay

The only down fall was that there was minimal supplies provided, such as toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. At previous VRBOs I have stayed there are some spices, condiments, etc. there was none here, and we needed to go buy other essentials. Other than this our stay was great!

Overall are experience was great. Location was perfect view awesome. The only thing that was super irritating for all the money we spent we couldnt use the hot tub. That was the part of are vacation we where looking forward to ending are evening

Clearwater Beach was absolutely breathtaking. The location of the condo was perfect. It is close to all the downtown fun. The condition of condo not good. First, the mattresses are absolutely horrible. The great divide on each one. Second, the front two bedroom are very hot and the managing company will not allow you to reduce the AC below 72 degrees. Final, the overall cleanliness was below expectations. The maste bathroom smelled like urine and the walls had dirty hand prints. We will return to Clearwater, but we will not be staying here.

This property was OK. Very large and spacious however has some problems. Air conditioning can not go below 72* and with the large space it wasn't cool enough. The fan in the front bedroom did not go above slow and the master fan was wobbly and noisy if over slow speed. We contacted property managers and they talked to owner. She didn't know what to do and after 2 days refused to do anything. iTrip brought us fans which helped but didn't fix the problem completely. While things looked clean the fridge water filter was gross, there was red mold on all shower heads, and spots were dusty.

The condo wasn't well-maintained with 3 bedrooms and beautiful views of harbor. It was a lovely and perfect location in Clearwater Beach walking distance to Shepherd's resort, tiki bars, and lots of shops. The furniture in the condo was comfy but slightly rundown but that really didn't bother us all that much. The furniture on the balcony could've been a little bit more comfy and updated but I know it was a rental. Overall, I would recommend this condo and would to stay in the unit again.

We had a great time, the condo was very clean, close to different stores and restaurants.

This property was the perfect spot, close to beach and shopping. Unit is very clean and larger than appears, plenty of room for 6 adults. The main bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, however the other bedrooms all need new mattresses. This was our only complaint. There was a small issue with the keyless entry, however the property management company was very responsive and owners came out and cared for. I gave only 4 stars due to my family members not sleeping well and complaining, but if owners replace those mattresses, this place is A++.

It was great for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). Walking distance to all the places. Wonderful spring break vacation.

Pretty good overall. It would be helpful to mention there are remotes for the fans and where to find the ceiling fan remotes.

Great location over the intercostal waters with daily dolphin sightings below our balcony. Close to everything. An fyi that didn’t impact our stay but is likely impacting ownwers water bill. Master bath toilet intermittently continues to run and water constantly on floor left side suggests it also needs to be reseated.

We stayed July 2nd - 9th, 2022. This was our 2nd time in this unit. Our 1st time was 8 years ago. It was like coming home. Unit was clean, it could use a little maintenance here and there, maybe fresh paint, but overall it was great. Everything we needed in the kitchen. We lugged a pack 'n play from Indiana, shluld have asked there was one there. We would definitely stay again. Prayers this area survives hurricane Ian. Kevin, if you ever want to swap a week for the Smokey Mountains let me know!

Very good stay at this unit. Some of the furniture could be updated, but with it being a rental, one can expect that. Great location. Had the wifi go down and the management team was very attentive to get it fixed - very appreciated. Some reviews complain of bugs...did not experience that. But knowing Florida, if you leave food out at all, you will see bugs! Overall, good value, good unit, good management. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The property is great and we had no issues. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, but it was quite load from traffic.

When we arrived at our condo it stunk so bad like wet dog and cat urine. The cutting board on the counter was full of fish guts. One of the bedrooms has chunks of food caked in the corner in of the room. All the sheets on every bed which there were four all had stains. All the vents were so dirty I have to clean them myself! The overhead shower and and the sinks had black mold coming out of them. The floors in the condo made all of our feet black from walking on it. I reached out to the host and someone didn’t come clean our condo until four days into our trip!!!! I have been coming down her for years and have never had an experience quiet like this! I don’t recommend it at all! Host didn’t even offer me any of my money back!!

Second time staying there and I thought after 2020 the owners would have put some effort into a deep cleaning. The furniture was still very badly stained and should be replaced. The whole unit needs a good cleaning. I took pictures of the air vents which were black and wall decoration above bed was very thick with dust. I had to wash the throw rugs as they were so dirty. The second day there we started finding bugs in kitchen and bathroom. I called maintenance (who got a hold of owners ) and someone came but there were still some bugs. The unit is beautiful but it's obvious the owners don't care to have it taken care of. Loved the area and spaciousness.
