If you plan on spending time enjoying spectacular Canmore and Banff, you won't find a better location than this. VERY SHORT walking distance to downtown Canmore, and even shorter to all types of grocery, etc.
Then, hop right onto the highway to chase off towards Banff. You'll be there in 25 minutes.
The condo is lovely. Lots of space and everything you need for a great family stay. Access to underground parking is a huge plus as well.
Unfortunately, the hot tubs provided as a part of the condo building have fallen into some disrepair - one of them was completely closed the week of our stay and the other two were open but were not working. Having stayed at Canmore Crossing before, it was obvious on this trip that these tubs are not being maintained regularly.
Hot tubs aside, the condos and location are amazing and you'll wonder why you ever thought of staying anywhere else!

The condo is exactly as described. Very well appointed with a number of condiments and accessories in the kitchen to make a short stay so much easier. It is very well positioned amidst various stores and groceries stores so it is very convenient but not as quaint as it would be in another location.

This property was perfect for the gathering we needed to celebrate our mom’s 70’th birthday. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.Clean and tidy. Easy access to amenities. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Loved everything but the elevator was not working for the entire 5-night stay which is a big deal when one of our travel party is 87 years old. In addition, if you are looking for peace and quiet - this is not your location. It is located in the middle of a very busy shopping center. It is nice if you want to walk to two nice grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It is also an easy 10 minute walk to the cute downtown ( try Tavern 1883 and Old School Bus Ice Cream). Also, plan for train delays which seem to be frequent in Canmore. Otherwise, the apartment is as advertised, clean, and comfortable - a great place for a family of 5 exploring Banff National Park.

Canmore is a lovely town and the condo is within walking distance of the heart of it. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was as described other than no working elevator. Cory did inform us of this fact shortly before our check in date. I’m sure glad the three of us were able to climb the stairs to the second floor. Would have been a ruined vacation if not.

The condo is very clean, and the location is absolutely perfect to be able to see all the things in Canmore. The check in process was seamless. It was fairly hot in the condo in the summertime as there is no AC, and even with the fans it got really warm at night time. But it was still very enjoyable.

Very clean, centrally located in beautiful Canmore. However, it was a warm week and with no Air Conditioner it can be very warm. Because you have to open the windows, there was some major train noise during the night. Aside from those items, it was a great place.

We really enjoyed the views from this property and the easy access to all. We could walk to the grocery store and other shops as well as downtown restaurants. It was an easy drive to Banff and all beyond. We were unfortunately hit with a warmer-than-normal week and I had neglected to notice the lack of air conditioning in the listing. The property provided many fans and the nights were cool enough. I would suggest that the heat bulbs in the master bath be removed for the summer rentals. Overall, great place, and very organized with the arrival package.

Great time in Banff area!
The condo is well-maintained and in a fantastic location in Canmore - easily walkable to everything and a nice rooftop hot tub. I’d stay here again. You have to reserve hot tub timeslots still (opens up 3 days in advance), but we also had luck with just checking if anyone was there and using it. Also, consider bringing an eyeshade as it’s light outside late - no blackout curtains unfortunately. Last thing, it has 2 parking spots but I’ll warn you that 2 cars would be a tight fit, although doable.

Our stay in Canada was amazing! The size of the condo was perfect and such a great location for getting to Banff and other areas. After going into Banff I realized how nice it was to stay in Canmore because he didn’t have quite the busyness. The location was also great because we were able to walk to the grocery store and local restaurants and even downtown. I would say the only thing was that it could be a little noisy at times because there is a railroad nearby. I personally love hearing a train it’s very soothing. Also at some point you just don’t really hear it anymore because you get used to it. I would highly recommend this condo and Cory was great to deal with.

Great setup and space
We stayed with two families and the property was setup well for our kids 3 and under: lots of room, playpen, kids plates & cups, nothing they could easily get into or break. Fantastic location! Great communication and flexibility with the owners. Highly recommend for families. Note: the blinds in the bedrooms aren't room darkening but our kids didn’t seem to mind.

Ski Trip
Nice place, great location and proximity to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Recommend adding a couple extra trash bags for guest use as 2 was simply not sufficient. Also recommend upgrading the frying pans and some of the cooking utensils (spatula was busted). Again both were minor issues and not a big deal. Overall a nice place that sufficiently met our needs.

This is an excellent place to stay when enjoying some time in Canmore with friends or family. The place is spacious, clean, and packed with everything that you'll need. It's within walking distance to grocery stores and downtown. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing place to stay!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo! Our group of 3 couples + 2 babies found this to be a fabulous layout, convenient location, and overall easy and comfortable place to stay. The place was clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were soo comfortable! It was easy to park and the proximity to town was hard to beat. It was a great jumping off point for adventures to Lake Louise, Banff, and around Canmore. I would definitely stay here again!

The entire process of renting was very easy and we loved the condo. Canmore is such a quaint and charming town. We had two families that shared the condo and had plenty of room. Very prompt response with the managers when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here

Great stay in Canmore
3 Bedroom condo was very spacious, with plenty of amenities. Great location where we could walk to town center, and there were grocery and other stores even closer. We were happy we choose Canmore over staying in Banff area. Canmore was less crowded in the town, able to easily find available restrauants within walking distance. Town of Banff was very crowded, lots of traffic which was very frustrating for the small amount of time we spent in Banff. Even though we ended up driving to Banff and areas north of Banff for touring the National Parks, staying in Canmore was defininately a better option. Condo had plenty of kitchen items, having the washer/dryer was very nice to have for our travels. One of the balconies was rather dirty due to roosting birds, but we were on the move so much, we didn't need that one balcony. Thanks for having this great place for our use!
