Outstanding condo and host. Condo was comfortable and well appointed. Walk-Out, Ski-In was easy to navigate.

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! It was so clean and nicely updated with all the amenities we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely try to get back some day.

My boyfriend and I had the best weekend hanging out and being able to access the mountain without driving. The whole place is cozy and has everything you need!!

My wife and I spent 5 days at this condo skiing and snowboarding. The ski in/walk out was very convenient. Every day we skied, we came back to the condo for lunch and made any necessary gear changes. The size of the condo was perfect for the two of us. The only negative we encountered was the parking lot was not well plowed. The front wheel drive vehicle we rented got stuck in it's parking space, but even that wasn't so bad. We called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy who was able to pull us out.

Everything was just right! We enjoyed the ski in/walk out property and appreciated the short walk to the base to enjoy the night life while our kids skied at night! Great property...would definitely stay again!

We were very impressed with this cute, cozy and comfortable unit. It had everything we needed and was impeccably clean! The hot tub was wonderful and the entire property was clean and well maintained. Thoughtful decor and a lovely place all around. We are already thinking of a return visit for ski season.

We had a great visit! Everything was wonderful and orderly. My only wis is that the outside furniture could be a comfortable as the indoor furniture.

Was in town for a hike, this made a great home base!

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo has the cutest decor and is spotlessly clean with all the amenities you need. Communication with the owner was outstanding - for check-in, parking details and even a notice that the building was going to be spraying for weeds outside while we were there. We visited in June but I would love to come back during ski season. There are even lockers for ski and boot storage so none of that has to come into the condo. Thank you all so much for making our first VRBO stay so incredible!

Great location for ski in/out. Easy walk to restaurants in evening. Good communication with owner, able to add a day easily. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Streamboat Springs.

Nice condo within walking distance of slope for morning start. Ski in at the end of the day. Hot tub is a must at the end of the day. BBQ at hot tub was also nice for cooking dinner. Very clean and comfortable.

We were given bad instructions and directions. For instance they said to place keys in drop off box but they would not fit into the slot- Their instructions assumed we knew the area. we spent some time getting lost. the property itself was fine

Well maintained, great location for skiing. Super easy ski in and ski out. Our upstairs neighbors were kind of loud, but nothing too bothersom

We were very pleased with this VRBO. Great location; close to the hill, and there is a free bus that goes downtown. The condo was clean and just what we needed. I really appreciated all the personal touches like the humidifier, nice shampoo, hairdryer, and coffee. I would definitely stay again.

TOO MANY GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS PROPERTY AND ITS LOCATION. EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO DO WAS WITHIN EASY ACCESS AND THE SETUP OF THE CONDO WAS PERFECT FOR THE THREE OF US. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALLOWING US TO STAY IN YOUR HOME DURING OUR SKI VACATION THIS YEAR.

Cleanliness is always the most important thing when we rent. This place was perfect. The layout of this small one bedroom was very well done and easily accommodated four of us for a very comfortable two nights. The proximity to the slopes and all that the ski base had to offer was fabulous. While not technically a ski in/ski out… It was pretty close. We will definitely stay again.

This is a great location and unit for the money. It is short walk to the slope and is ski-in assuming there is enough snow. Kitchen is well equipped, unit was clean, the hot tub doesn’t look like much, but was very functional and welcomed after a long ski day. Couple things to note. The TV is smart, but was not able to stream due to low Internet speeds. Not a big deal since satellite TV is provided. The walls are thin so you if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. You will hear the folks above walking on the floor. I think this would only be an issue if you had some late night parties above you. Overall, you can’t go wrong here if looking for a value ski condo. Bed was comfy and they provide lots of pillows and blankets. The location is great. If we visit Steamboat again this place will be on my shortlist.

The condo is a super short walk from the slopes and Steamboat Square. So you can get right on the snow in the morning and walk to Apres ski. Clean cozy unit has everything you need at a good price.

The condo has everything we needed from kitchen tools for preparing meals to a gas fireplace for ambiance and warmth (a supplement to the baseboard heaters). We had a view of the slopes and of the hot tub (so we could go down when it was free of other people.) Be sure to remember flip-flops for your feet if you plan to use the hot tub! (We forgot and the grated outdoor steps do no favors on your feet!) The mattresses on the bed and pullout were lacking in comfort but we were tired enough after each active day that it didn’t matter much. We didn’t bring a car and it wasn’t hard to get here but required a lot of walking to get groceries, restaurant meals or a bus.

Clean, comfortable, everything you need.

My husband and I had a nice time in Steamboat this weekend. This is an older property that has nice updates. The reason for the overall 4 stars is the check in at a different location and the comfort of the furniture. The bed, couch and dining table chairs are not very comfortable and the bed led to some restless sleeping. The location is great especially if you are accessing the mountain for summer or winter activities. The place was very clean and the western decor was perfect for Steamboat! Also beware that if you have difficulty with stairs or moving your luggage/belongings any distance this unit will be difficult to access.

This place is charming, cozy, and well appointed, with decor that feels personal and distinctly Western. Pleasant view, ideal location just minutes from Steamboat Grand (we were attending a family wedding), quiet. The owners have taken a great deal of care with their place and it shows.

Clean, well cared for, convenient to town. We were very happy with the unit.

Very clean and had all the kitchenware we needed. In warmer weather it was helpful pacing the fan that was in a closet in front of the bedroom window at night as suggested. Colorado resorts often don't have AC as it is seldom needed - cooling the space down at night with fresh air is the key. We were too warm our first night as I failed to use the fan. I should have known better.

The condo was perfect for our stay. Clean, well maintained, nicely furnished. . . everything we needed. For hotter summer days, air conditioner would have been nice, but we managed fine with opening windows at night and then closing them & the shades during the day. Would recommend this place to anyone.
