Loved the first floor. Pool right by place. Main bedroom was nice size. Lots of kitchen stuff for cooking, glasses, etc. laundry room easy access. I really liked the coded door to enter and leave. Would stay there again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We have no complaints at all. From the booking process to checking out to head back home from our spring break vacation we have no complaint. We will be coming back to Hilton head for sure. Our kids really enjoyed the short walk to beach and park as well as the bike rentals we had the duration of our stay. Thanks again to the host for the clean and beautiful stay at their rental home.

The property was exactly as advertised. The owner was easy to deal with and communication was great. Quick walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza. We had a very minor issue during our stay and the owner took care of it immediately with no effort on our part. I would highly recommend this location and this owner.

We enjoyed the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodation were great. Community pool needs some cleaning.

We had a wonderful week on HHI! Courtside is a great complex and our stay in the unit was great!

Condo was nice and well supplied. Walk to Beach isnt too far. We did have an issue with the Dryer and i sent a text to the number on the sheet. They responded within about 5 minutes and the dryer was fixed by the time we got back from the beach. We had a good time and would consider staying there again

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as described. Kitchen stocked. Beds comfortable and close to the beach. Communication with owner was quick when we arrived early and requested a potential early check in. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay at this property again!

The place was amazing! We loved the location. Everything including beach, shopping, some restaurants and a really cute park/play ground was within walking distance (about 10-15 min walk). The condo was clean and the perfect size for us!

super spacious condo & well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. however, half of the lightbulbs were out in the place, the remotes didn’t work, and the keypad on the door died so we were locked out for almost 2 hours (from 9:30-11:15pm when our 2 year old needed to go to bed) while trying to get a hold of the owners so they could tell us where the spare key was. (39 phone calls and several messages later, Chris finally answered) he expected us to change the lights and batteries in everything that wasn’t working. hahaha no. we had been through enough. (also, there weren’t any spare lightbulbs or batteries so we would’ve had to go buy them)

Great rental minutes from beach, and dining. Owners were very easy to talk to and respond quickly through the app. Would use again for sure.

We came down from the suburbs of Il for our first visit to Hilton Head. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the condo and the island. The condo was very roomy and looked bigger than the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Although it seemed like an older unit, the bathrooms were nicely renovated as were some of the floors and furniture. Quick 10 minute walk to the beach and easy access to shops. Really liked the island, the condo and its location. Would consider a return trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo. The owners were very easy to deal with, the unit is well stocked, very clean and we wld definitely stay here again.

This property was a great value for our family vacation wants and budget. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the Coligny complex. When done at the beach, the pool is just steps from the back patio. Space and layout is good for a 2B/2B condo and the bathroom updates were nicely done. The owner was responsive to help us with a problem when the electronic door had an issue at 7:15 in the morning.

The condo was great. My only complaint was that the location wasn’t as close to beach as we thought it would be . But overall we had a very enjoyable time .

I stayed here for a full week and it was great! When we first walked in, the condo had such a nice clean smell to it. We were only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the beach which was also a huge plus. The owners were really great at working with us as well. Will definitely check availability here next time I’m coming to Hilton Head!

Great place! It was clean and very close to the pool. The pool area was also kept very clean with bathrooms. The owner's responded to my one question very quickly and then followed up to make sure everything was okay. It was a little bit far for our young kids and us with all of our beach gear to walk to the beach. But we rented bikes and it was a very easy bike ride and that let you choose what part of the beach you could be on. Overall a really great experience!

It was perfect for 5 people. Our adult son slept on the sofa. The condo was clean and stocked very well with kitchen utensils, bathroom needs and appliances. We enjoyed the pool and patio. It was located perfectly as we drove to South Beach and also Coligny Plaza.

Upon arrival we noticed that the condo had not been cleaned but Chris was able to resolve our issue very quickly so that we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. Super close to everything and a nice community to vacation in—would visit again.

We've stayed in this complex before, and love the location. It's within walking distance to the beach and Coligny Circle. Unit was well maintained and perfect for a small family. Be sure to check for common household items before going to the store: laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks. It was truly a wonderful visit. It felt homey and was so clean. I wasn't sure we could be away from home for this long, but this property made it completely possible. We worked from home during our stay and found everything super easy. Even trash collection was easy. Loved the beach chairs and coolers too. Such an added bonus. Truly the best!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo it was perfect for us. The location was great and the condo was very nice and clean.

This property was exactly as described and was a good value for the location. The unit was well stocked with anything we might need and was well maintained. Check in was a breeze and the owners provided excellent communication prior. My only complaints were the party above us was quite loud (but I understand those things are out of the owners control) and the unit could use some newer bath towels.
