Super secluded. Fully stocked with cooking utensils

The location of this cabin is perfect to call a home base while exploring what the black hills has to offer. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We also enjoyed seeing the wild life that would wonder by the cabin. I would stay here again.

We loved how the cabin was close to Keystone and Mt Rushmore but still felt secluded. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, and the air conditioning. Very restful and beautiful

We loved staying at Golden Slipper during our family road trip to Custer State Park. It gave us a great homebase being only a short drive from Keystone and Mount Rushmore. The cabin had 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, and murphy bed in the living room. Backroads lent us a pack and play and high chair for our infant too. The kids loved having the pool available! And they made new friends with other families staying at the cabins! Great communication, clean, inviting.

We really enjoyed our week here. We come to Black Hills often, so we wanted a place to relax read a book, hike, and just family time. Thanks for a get stay!

We stayed at the Golden slipper cabin at the back roads in and cabins in Keystone South Dakota for our visit to Mount Rushmore in the surrounding Black Hills. It was a great space and setting for our family. We just wish that it had laundry facilities.

Golden Slipper cabin was charmingly rustic with all modern amenities needed for a relaxing getaway to unwind and decompress from hectic schedules and pressurized lifestyles. The natural, mountainous setting was peaceful and inviting. The outside deck was idea for sitting and enjoying natures’s beauty.
