Outstanding gulf views, central location, walkable to many restaurants, winery, brewery, shopping. Condo had recent upgrades. Would definite recommend and may revisit.

Very nice place but there was a ton of construction going on. Each morning Monday through Friday our day was mared with the very loud and disturbing noise of drills, hammers, saws and a lot of just very loud construction workers.

One of the best places to stay at!

Location is great. Thats the ONLY pro. Cons:cockroaches in condo. A person came 2 spray the entire building during our stay. If you have kids, it’s not the place for you. There are many rules at the pool (it’s VERY tiny). The residents that live here FT will yell @ you if you are breaking any of the rules & threaten 2 call the mngmt co. Specific rules 1 resident was focused on were no more than 8 people in the pool (we had 9 just in our fam), no pool floats or toys,& no jumping. She was yelling @ kids if they were jumping or had toys. This behavior made for an uncomfortable 7 night stay. Also,there are no bathrooms on the pool level. If you have 2 use the bathroom,you have 2 wait for the very slow & SMALL elevator & go 2 your room. One of the elevators broke,which made things very inconvenient. Our condo specifically was not cleaned prior 2 our arrival. After we saw the first cockroach,we started looking under beds,couches,ect. We found garbage/food wrappers,used forks,hairbrushes, other people’s clothes that were left behind. This left me wondering what was actually cleaned? We took off all the bedding & washed it all-there is a washer/dryer in the unit,but the washer had black mold in it,we tried to clean. I wiped down all surfaces & vacuumed. It’s unfortunate that I had to pay a large cleaning fee,yet I had 2 clean the entire condo on the 1st day of our stay. The owner did offer 2 have the cleaner come back the next day, but I already cleaned.

Perfect place to stay, no complaints from us!

Great condo. Plenty of room. Huge balcony for sunsets and beach watching. Watched the dolphins swim every morning while drinking my coffee. Walking distance to shops and restaurants! Staying again next year!!

Directly on the beach and right across the street from the shops and restaurants of John’s Pass (and close to many ice cream shops). Our favorite part was the broad view of the beach and gulf from the living room and bedroom. We saw dolphins multiple times from the patio!

By looking at the listing and reading reviews the unit was what we expected. The location is very good. The building is a little older but well maintained. The unit was comfortable but certainly not up to me wifes standard for cleanliness but again we knew that going in. The carpet needs to be replaced. It is way past is usable life. We had a wonderful time in the condo.

Nice balcony furniture and view. Saw dolphins morning and evening. Comfortable living area. Large closet in master bedroom area. Appreciated area for guests to park.

The property was spacious for two people ( I’m sure it would be fine with 4). We felt like the unit could use some updating. It looked a little tired. That said, the owner was very responsive, the location is perfect, the balcony was spacious and the views stunning. We would definitely recommend the unit and the complex!

Loved the location on the beach with amazing views. Easy access to beach and shops. Pool well kept. Condo needs updated and old carpet replaced. Could use a deep clean with notable dust on walls, vents, surfaces, etc. Would be great if building went to keyless entry. Locks were often difficult to open and worn.

We had never been to Madeira Beach before but will definitely return. The unit was nice and had beautiful views. It is located across the street from Johns Pass which has restaurants and shops galore!

The condo is in an amazing location!! The access to the beach and the pool was so close to the elevator. The balcony was great to sit at night and hear the ocean. The condo was also right across the street from The shops and it was quick and easy walk with the kids at night. My only complaint was that the condo could use some updating. The carpet was old and worn down. The blinds had missing pieces and there were some water spots on the ceiling. But over all it was a great location and a great stay with kids.

We were very happy with our stay. The location was perfect. We have found our new favorite vacation spot!

Check in and out process was a breeze! Amazing ocean views and location.

We have been staying at this particular facility for about 15 years. This is the first time we stayed in this unit. This was a very nice unit just as pictures showed. Tile floor at the entry that can be easily swept and carpet in living spaces so you aren't constantly walking on sand. :) Furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed watching a couple of the movies provided. The master bed and pillows were comfy and the girls slept well in the guest twin beds. Fabulous outdoor furniture on the balcony for eating, relaxing, and enjoying the sunsets. The view from the balcony is amazing and the sunsets are perfect! The kitchen was stocked with all needed cooking utensils, pot and pans, etc. There was even a crock pot and a blender. Plenty of towels and beach towels. If you like big oversized beach towels pack your own, but the towels available did the job for us. I was very happy with the beach supplies! Three beach umbrellas, four beach chairs, a cooler, and endless toys and boards. As stated in previous reviews the doors to the beach closet are completely broken and off the tracks. I would suggest repairing those ASAP. I gave a 1 star for cleanliness and I'm going to be honest with this part of my review. The condo had not been cleaned at all and there were a number of obvious signs it had not been cleaned. We arrived so late Saturday that I did not address this with the owner until Sunday morning. I took pictures and sent them to Keith right away. He dealt with the situation very quickly and offered to have the cleaning service come Sunday. I had already stripped all beds, ran the dishwasher, cleaned bathrooms, and run the vacuum by the time Keith had gotten in contact with the cleaning crew and figured out why the condo had been missed so I did not have them come out. Keith was extremely apologetic and took care of the problem immediately Sunday afternoon. We have had a favorite unit in this facility but I would book a return trip To this unit!

Despite the pool and balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico being unusable (as expected), all the rest was WONDERFUL!! Beautiful condo with all the necessary amenities included. The building itself had been under construction and renovation since last year. Delays were expected, and we dealt with it fine. Understandable since FL does have building issues given the N Miami collapse tragedy. I was happy to see workers doing their jobs to make the necessary renovations to feel even more secure in such a beautiful setting. The elements get to every structure in our beautiful state. Even our own home in another part of Florida or like your own home that isn’t brand new. The owner was super quick to respond and fill us in about anything going on in or around the building. For my husband and myself it’s about location and comfort always and this unit delivers 100%. Access to marinas, food, music and the beach were perfection. Love the west coast of Florida. When coming to Florida expect the weather to sometimes change on a dime. Personally I expect it and love watching them roll in and out. Once a quick storm passes except a beautiful sunrise or sunset to follow. Having been to the Caribbean I’ve experienced blue water and Floridas west coast is a close second to just that feeling. The manatees along with the dolphins, fish and rays etc were in abundance to see from my paddle board or while enjoying this beautiful blue/green water. Friends in the area came to visit and also fell in love as we have with this property!! Like these owners even more than ones in the past. The location was absolutely perfect! This was our 3rd family trip to Madeira and we would stay here again. Right across from John's Pass and on the ocean was the best of both worlds. The condo had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, wine glasses, even a crockpot) to all the beach necessities (chairs, toys, boogie boards, beach towels). You can pack light because this condo offers all the comforts of home plus a washer/dryer to do laundry. The view from the master was the best to wake up to. Breakfast each morning on the balcony was a great way to start the day. The condo was clean but could use a few upgrades. I prefer no carpet on beach vacations and the bathrooms could use some renovations (master bath with the tub/shower and toilet in a very small area, old metal medicine cabinets). I appreciated the secure feel of the building & grounds with all doors and gates locked but it was a slight hassle using keys all the time. It would be convenient if the property upgraded to keypads with codes for the stairway, pool and beach access. Overall, this is a great option for a family who wants to be oceanfront and in walking distance to shops and dining. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!
