This place is as advertised. Very clean and comfortable for our big family. 5 Stars. Wonderfull home and fantastic lake. We plan to stay here again.

We were mostly happy with our stay. Cabin needs some work to keep some pest at bay. Beautiful area.

One of the most well-appointed houses we’ve rented. The house had everything we needed, including binoculars to watch the eagles nesting nearby. It was a beautiful place with games and activities for everyone. Only about a 15-20 minute drive to anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Ginny’s place was a perfect get away for the 6 of us. Plenty of space, three bathrooms, all linens and paper products provided, and a beautiful deck and yard to enjoy! I would highly recommend!

This house was situated on the lake with many water toys , lawn games , access to paddle boat , and kayaks. The view each morning was spectacular !! Beautiful log cabin home situated about 15 minutes from town . It was a perfect choice for my family

Home had excellent outdoor space for playing volleyball and horse shoes. Upper deck had fantastic views and lots of comfortable seating. Bay was quiet and protected from the main lake. Easy to float or paddle board.

We highly recommend this property. We had such a great stay in this cute log home close to Coeur d' Alene on a quiet bay. Ginny and Kevin were great to work with. The cabin had everything we needed including a paddle boat, kayaks and paddle boards. The kids loved tryIng to catch fish off the dock! The best part was sitting on the deck and enjoying the view of the lake in such a peaceful setting. We even saw a bald eagle one morning!

From start to finish, this property and owners delivered! The location is on a quiet bay where you can sit on the balcony and look out onto the lake. Wildlife is abundant ( a bald eagle hangs out in a tree across the way). The cabin is stocked with everything one needs. The sound system made watching movies a dream. There are paddle boards and a paddle boat which got plenty of use. The location feels like a world away yet you can be in CDA in under 20 minutes. Oh and there are food deliveries that will come directly to the cabin! Most of all, the owners are top notch. Helpful and kind. They are available if need be but honor guest privacy. I heartily recommend this spot.

The locations of this home is fantastic! The lakeside setting is private, beautiful and you truly feel "away from it all", yet you are a 15 minute drive to town. The home is perfect for family gatherings. Lots of amenities - lounges at the lake, a paddle boat, kayaks, horseshoes, a campfire pit and a spacious deck overlooking it all. The kitchen has all the basics. The coffee bar was perfect for morning coffee out on the deck. The BBQ and extra table was put to good use. We had all ages here and there was something for everyone. The owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

Traveling for the first time with twin 1 year olds was a breeze because of the effort Ginny and her family put into making sure we had everything needed including pack n plays and baby proof stair cases. That helped so much and was greatly appreciated! The fully stocked home, the view and the water toys made for an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a perfect get away and a comfortable stay look no further! Thank you Ginny and family for all you did to help us. We hope to be back and hope to see you around Phoenix in the future ; )

Beautiful well stocked home

This cozy cabin was perfect for a sisters get away weekend. The common area around the kitchen, living, and dining room was perfect for visiting, eating, drinking, playing cards, and just being silly. The short drive to town is so easy to gather extra supplies or go on a fun hike around Tubbs Hill. Ginny was very responsive to our questions about the property. It should be noted that WiFi is readily available but cell service is not.

Stayed at the cabin for sisters 30th, had a blast!

This home was perfect for our mini family gathering. There was more than enough room, the hosts were very responsive and it was so peaceful! The short drive to CDA makes it a perfect location. I’d recommend this home to anyone.

This property was beautiful and full of amenities! All the bathrooms have been redone and brought up to date and work beautifully! Kitchen had everything we needed, and when asked about a crock Pot the owner went out and got one for us! Owner always got right back to us if we had a question and was flexible with our needs. We enjoyed all the lake toys and the outdoor space was big enough for everyone to enjoy, whether it was for peace and quiet or horseshoes! We really had a wonderful time and would go back. Thank you Ginny for providing a safe and clean home for us to gather in the uncertain times!

Beautiful log home, very high quality with hardwood flooring throughout. Owners are very quick to reply to questions, and to make sure the home is cleaned and well stocked with necessities. The view of the lake is magnificent and water toys such as Kayaks and pedal boats are a hoot! You will be lacking nothing.

Great home, amenities (indoor and outdoor) and location.! The neighbor dog would come check on us, usually around dinner! Overall great experience!

We all loved this place! Beautiful house, yard and beach. Perfect for the kids to have a calm cove for the kids to play on all the kayaks, paddle boards and boat provided. Would definitely stay there again!

First off the owners of this home are so wonderful to work with!!! When I had a few questions they were quickly answered, Great people. The house itself and where it is located couldn’t be better! The owners provide so many options to enjoy the lake - fishing rods with all kinds of lures, tubes, standing paddle boards, two kayaks, a small paddle boat, horseshoes (which my husband grew up playing) volley ball and badminton .... it was a total blessing for us and our family to be able to have stayed and enjoyed such a beautiful place. It was tough the first several days because of the smoke from the fires with the issues I have with my lungs but no one has control over that! We would stay there again in a heart beat!!! Thank you to Ginny and Randy for opening up your home for others to enjoy! It was a WONDERFUL vacation!! The Nickerson’s and family

We had a wonderful time with family! Easy access and close to CDA, ID.

We had family members from 3 locations meet to enjoy a week in this heavenly cabin after not seeing each other for over a year due to Covid. The place is exactly as pictured and described. Ginny was very responsive prior to our arrival. The cabin was stocked internally with everything you could ever want. We loved having access to the pedal boat, kayak and paddle boards. We experienced deer in the yard morning and night, and there was even a bald eagle perched and fishing in the cove within view of the cabin (such a treat). Overall, this was the perfect place and location for our family reunion and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic location and such an amazing trip for my family and I. I was able to complete the Ironman in CDA and enjoyed our stay very much. Saw eagles from the porch, took kids kayaking and my parents enjoyed the patio. Only complaint was we had a sever heat wave during our stay and there was no AC so fans had to suffice which was fine during the evening but during the day was not really bearable. We had to leave the house during the days but it worked out fine for us as we went to town, saw the sites and enjoyed ourselves. I don’t believe most would have any issues as the heat wave was the worst they’d ever had in the recorded history: overall I’d highly recommend/ it’s an amazing spot

The property offered a lot of space, direct lake access with kayaks and paddle boards that we took full advantage of. Ginny offered some great suggestions for places to go, eat, hike, etc. About 15 min away from downtown but secluded enough to feel the peace and quiet. Can’t wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our week here immensely! The paddle boat, kayaks, and other fun “toys” were great to have. The home was well equipped, and the deck amazing! A bit noisy in the loft when birds started hitting the windows about 4 am..... but other than that, a very relaxing, fun stay!

Location was great!

Phenomenal property for a family of 5! Cabin is clean and updates are wonderful. Located on a quiet bay with a few other houses, the water is calm and great for swimming, floating, paddle boarding and kayaking. We had sun on shore into the Early evening which was welcome! Deer frequented the property and surrounding areas. Location was a nice launch pad for activities all around the CDA area from hiking to amusement parks to an alpaca ranch! Ginny was super responsive and supportive. Highly recommend!!
