We came back to the same unit because it's so beautiful. Love the big window doors that open up. Whole property is very well maintained.

This is a wonderful property and condo! Great area close to stores and restaurants. Located right on the beach. Pool wonderful. The house keeping service was great.

Property was absolutely outstanding-great location, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area; however, with an absence of a grill to cook on we were very limited to what we could prepare for dinner. Please note there was nothing mentioning a grill in their ad, so it was not misleading, there just isn’t a grill on the property.

Corporate pilot, Hotels all booked, this place was open and amazing. Pool, Bar, beach and close to several awesome restaurants.

Beautiful place, room was as expected. Loved how quiet and calm the area was at all times of the day. Never had an issue with getting a chair. Bar was open 11-5, wish it had longer hours but maybe it does during peek times. Everyone was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you want a quiet place to stay.

The property is beautifully maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly. The condo is very well equipped. I actually did not need to reach out to the property manager for anything because we had everything we needed. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is spacious. They even provided us with a crib as I was traveling with my baby. The beach is phenomenal and the area is excellent to walk the shops and restaurants. Also was very safe with lots of police presence. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, perfect location, and a wonderful staff.

Villa was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Housekeeping was included and great. Best location on Grace Bay, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only things lacking are blackout shades in the unit, more loungers with cushions at the pool and service at the beach. Also ordering at the pool bar on premises required opening and closing a tab every day which was cumbersome. We will be back!

We had the best family vacation. Everyone so kind and helpful at this property. Villa Renaissance is right on the beach and the beach is the best. The villa we stayed (villa 201) was huge and has everything you need. Balcony is to die tor!! You are close to shopping and many great restaurants. Hope to return next year.

Villa Renaissance is a quiet, clean and gorgeous property. Check in was a breeze and we were enjoying the fabulous views in no time. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We would definitely return

This villa was perfect for our group of 5 women in town to celebrating our 60th birthdays. The views were AMAZING!! It was perfect for those that didn't want to spend hours on the beach, they could enjoy the comforts of the villa and enjoy the view. Daily housekeeping kept us in clean towels and clean floors (sand does tend to find itself inside at beach locations!) The kitchen is well stocked, we had everything we needed. We used the bikes the first day to travel to Graceway Gourmet for food (they do have baskets but we also used a backpack to bring back our groceries). The unit does have a cart that can also be used if you walk to the store. The property's location is great - we were in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There is a bar onsite and the bartender did come out the beach a few times during the day to take orders. We had no issues getting chairs and umbrellas each morning and there was only 1 row so we never had anyone blocking our views likes some of the bigger hotels did. The property also had a bin near the beach with floats that people leave behind - I wish I had known that before I lugged a couple to Turks from home! The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The location on Grace Bay Beach was perfect - the properties in this area are not too close to the water allowing for a beautiful expansive view of the sand and water - I highly recommend Villa Renaissance!

Location is great and walkable to many restaurants and groceries. The boat beach pick up for excursion is so easy. Ocean and pool are beautiful. I wish there was a lounger on the porch.

This was our second stay at Villa Renaissance. My husband and I were traveling with my senior parents and our two daughters (ages 11 and 13), to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday and my 50th. We booked unit 201, a corner unit offering a large, wrap-around balcony with tons of space and million dollar views. My husband said his favorite part of the trip was enjoying breakfast on the balcony, at the table with seating for six. 201 had a well-equipped kitchen, which we only used for breakfast. The unit was clean and comfortable and Drexwell, who manages the property, was fabulous. He met us upon arrival to walk us through (after we had enjoyed our welcome cocktails in an air conditioned, pretty room off the lobby). He was readily available by cell for any issues or concerns. Re: Villa Renaissance: In my opinion this boutique-style property is the best kept secret in Grace Bay. It's beautiful, quiet, well-maintained, and has a kind and friendly staff. There's always an open lounge chair by the pool or on the beach. The bar by the pool has delicious cocktails and good casual food like ceviche and sandwiches (which are served take out style from a restaurant a block away.) The pool is large and expansive and the beach is simply heaven on earth. If you aren't a fan of crowded resorts, than this gem of a spot is the resort for you. Huge bonus: it's about a two minute, easy walk to Grace Bay Road with boutiques, restaurants...and Potcake Place for playing with puppies. :)

This property is amazing! fabulous! fully appointed and in the heart of everything. We just got back from a week here and can hardly wait to return. The unit was immaculate and had everything we could need for a glorious vacation. We chose not to rent a car and did not have any problem walking to the nearby restaurants, gourmet grocery store as well as the many activities offered nearby. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The property is meticulously maintained from the cleaning of the pool to the beautifully manicured grounds. I highly recommend this property without any hesitation!

VR201 is an excellent choice for a 3BR. Clean and orderly. Kitchen well-provisioned. All around we were very pleased with all aspects of our stay

We loved everything - the condo, Villa Renaissance, Grace Bay, and all the activities. We will definitely be coming back and staying at Villa Renaissance.

We had a great overall stay! There were some things that went wrong along the way - but the management was quick to fix any problems and very responsive. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The sliding doors open up completely to make the home feel like it's indoor/outdoor. The property was on the quieter side for a busy beach, so it felt truly relaxing. There is construction right next door - so do be aware your view includes that and if you're a sensitive sleeper, the noise can start early.

Unit 201 is wonderful - everything we needed along with a beautiful view. The pool is very nice and so is the beach. The location is right in the middle of town so everything is within a short walk. Our only complaint was one of the beds was not very comfortable, and often there is no one in the office to speak with. But overall we loved our stay

Highly recommend Villa Renaissance! The staff were extremely accommodating. We rented unit 201 and it was the perfect fit for our group of 6! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location was the best as well!

Great spacious apartment in the best location. Little to no in-person service on the beach but can get some drinks and snacks at the pool side bar. Amazing trip overall.

We have been staying at Villa Renaissance for over 20 years and always have an exceptional experience. The unit offers a sitting area on the west side which is perfect to watch the amazing sunsets. We highly recommend the Villa Renaissance.
