The property was just like the pictures. It is very well equipped with anything you might need from kitchen supplies, towels, to beach accessories. Beds are comfortable. Having a gas grill available is a plus. Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream/candy store, go carts, mini golf, and arcade. The beach access is nearby so no need to drive anywhere. The pool is a good size. It is shared with 3 other condos. Fortunately, during our stay, we only had one neighbor and they never went to the pool, so we enjoyed it all to ourselves. The only bad thing is that the pool’s floor is a bit rough. Luckily, my kids had water shoes which helped so they didn’t get cut or scratched. Communication with Robert, the owner, was very good. He messaged the day before our stay with a few reminders and to give us codes for door and gate. Also, he was available for any question and would respond within minutes. I totally recommend this place and hopefully stay again if available during our next summer stay.

Besides a little too much noise 1 night past midnight it was a perfect stay

They had beach supplies at the house and it made our time on the beach much more enjoyable. We didn't have room to pack anything like toys, umbrellas and chairs.

The property we rented was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and the condo was spotless. The amenities were great and the property owner was extremely nice. It was walking distance to the beach and also stores were nearby. I will definitely visit this property again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Definitely enjoyed our stay! Place is equipped with everything you can ask for from a fully stocked kitchen to beach stuff. We were able to contact owner with any questions which he replied to. Will be booking this place again!!!

This condo lived up to our expectations for our family Spring Break trip and first time to South Padre! Robert went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! We absolutely loved the location—being a couple minutes from the beach and also close to the bayside with restaurants, arcade and activities for our teens.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Great walk to the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Comfortable couches and beds. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay! There were even some additional beach toys at the property the owner said we could use that made our sand castle building even better. The TV had every channel we could ever want, the fridge was cold, and there was plenty of hot water for showers for the whole family after a full day of fun in the sun. We will definitely stay here again and all our family asked for the information to rent here in the future as well.

Communication with the property manager was great! Home is clean and stocked with necessities. It was perfect for our family getaway! Walking distance to beach and restaurant! We really enjoyed ourselves and plan on coming back. Thank you.

Nice place to stay

The experience of staying next to the ocean in a very nice house and location met more than we expected!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Condo! The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was just a stones throw away from the beach and in walking distance of all the eateries. The property manager was very helpful whenever we contacted him. He was so thoughtful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and other "niceties" that a family of six would need. The only drawback is when the top units are rented at the same time.....you can hear every step they take in the unit as if they are stomping or dancing in clogs but that is miniscule if you are coming to enjoy the beach and area for the excursions. My family and I will definitely choose a property owned/ managed by Robert again! Thanks you

Overall great experience

I really enjoyed the location. Very close to the beach. Very clean. Easy check in. I dod not like that we could not adjust the AC without contacting the owner each time. It is locked. For the rate we paid we should be able to acess it. Also, I wish there were a few items like salt and pepper.

The condo was everything my family needed! Very clean and so beautifully decorated. We loved it so much, we decidedly to stay an extra day! Definitely worth it! Will be coming back soon!

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The rooms are big and have more than enough space to store everything you brought. The stand up shower in the master bedroom is beautiful and has a closet inside the restroom as well. There is beach chairs, umbrella, and more in the second bedroom closet just in case you forgot to bring them. We loved our stay there and be renting there again in the future

We loved our stay here! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach. We stayed here with our four kids and will definitely go back.

Very nice rental. Had beach chairs, toys and umbrella for our use. A nice surprise. The pool out back was also clean and very good to have with kids. Could take a quick swim without having to trek over to the beach. Beach was really close too, maybe 5 min walk. I will be staying here again in future.

Excellent location and fantastic setup. Owner really takes pride in the property. Location is very short walk to the beach and many other things. Great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. This is a quad-plex location and all share a pool. The top level units aren’t rented out a lot according to the owner and this was true for our stay. One thing to be aware of, as it may be an issue for some is that the thermostat is remotely controlled. We had to text the owner a couple times to have it adjusted, but response time was prompt and addressed the concerns. Just something to keep in mind if you have a group whose temp preferences require frequent changing to accommodate. The host definitely takes pride in his rental unit and it shows. Everything is top notch and would definitely stay here again!

The property is well maintained and the host is always available for questions or comments. There are beach supplies for your use and plenty of space. The private pool is awesome. We were only a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Perfect location! Will definitely stay again.

Great place, great location, very friendly we could walk almost anywhere it was very memorable

We booked our stay for the weekend and we were very happy with this booking. The location is great with it being right off the strip and a beach access point across the street. The condo is very clean, with everything we needed and the host was quick to respond with any questions I had. The pool is in the backyard which was perfect! We all enjoyed our stay and hope to book this place in the future.

This was my first time ever renting a condominium for our vacation. This rental was perfect for my me and my family!! Love how clean everything was and the property manager was so nice! Will definitely be renting, again, from him in the future.
