We enjoyed our stay. Lots of nature. Neatly remodeled condo. Very wide clean beach. Beautiful area. Owners were responsive to our questions and concerns. During our stay they were working on the plaster on the outside of the condo. The pools were just okay. I wish the “club” pool was cleaner as it wasn’t very appealing for a swim (bugs and dirty pool). The condo pool was fine but lots of trees overhead. The outside of condo seems a little dated. Inside was very nice. The beach area was fantastic!! We enjoyed the beach and nature the island provides.

Condo was super clean and comfortable with beautiful beach decor. Viki was as close as a text any time we had a question. Short drive to restaurants with delicious seafood. Convenient boardwalks to the beach and the pool is very nice and right next to the condo. We loved our stay here!

Had a great month enjoying the beach and all the amenities that Amelia Island and the Ritz property had to offer. Charming place to have a beach vacation. We highly recommend this location.

We loved our stay at the Sailmaker. The property was in a great location if you're looking for some quiet time while still having the convenience of downtown being a short 10-15 mins drive. The property was spotlessly clean and Victoria was super sweet to leave a few welcome gifts for us. My favorite part of each day was waking up early to watch the magnificent sunrises while running on the beach. We definitely plan to return and this property will be on the top of my list.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Owner has thought of all of the extras! View is perfect and it’s a short drive to restaurants and shops.

Condo is nicely done in grey/white tones. Updated appliances, nice countertops with wine fridge. Large French door refrigerator etc. Paint, furniture all very nice. 1/2 bath downstairs very convenient. Local couple looking for quiet get-away. Master bedroom with King bed was good size. Master bath pretty small but functional. Master bedroom ceiling fan wobbly. Master shower could use a shower caddy or place to put soap/shampoo. Label the shower handle so guests know which setting is for hot water. Didn't use guest bedroom/bath. Wish it had a private balcony but it was set up nicely with a high top table and 4 chairs. Neighbors are only a feet away with no privacy. Check in/check out directions were very thorough. Access to the community and property were straight forward. "Extra" stash of basic supplies was nice. Coffee pods, filters, paper towels etc. Clothing Dryer front door seal needs to be cleaned. Overall pleasant stay close to downtown shopping and eating. Nice wide beach to relax on. Provided beach chairs were great. Would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria's condo. It was well stocked with beach towels, chairs, toys then even had a bottle of champagne waiting. The condo was lovely, view of the dunes beautiful. We are a family of 6 and fit comfortably in the condo thanks to the bunk beds and trundle in second bedroom. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful condo! We really appreciated all the beach accessories, the club privileges, and the easy access to the beach. We are big fans of Amelia Island (and Fernandina Beach too)! It is chill, family friendly and has great restaurants!

I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the condo and how thoughtful the owner was to include so many things for their guests. Not having to bring chairs, toys and towels from home was a godsend, not to mention the hand soap and care packages in the bathrooms. The club pool access was a game changer as well. The condo is bright and relaxing, I can't thank you enough!

This was the third time we have vacationed to Amelia Island as well as our third time renting in the Sailmaker Complex. I can say without a doubt that this has been our favorite property. The rental was very clean and well maintained. We loved sitting out on the patio, drinking coffee, listening to the waves, and watching the sunrise. This property has EVERYTHING you need for a beach trip. Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, coolers, even towels…all available to you. A fully stocked kitchen is at your fingertips. Whether you like to cook or just want to make lunches to enjoy on the beach. The owner provides a starter of several items to keep you from having to make a late evening trip to the local grocery store upon arrival. The owner was awesome to work with. Whether it’s just a question or a need, Viki was prompt to respond. We had a wonderful vacation. We would definitely rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone thinking about coming to this area.

We truly enjoyed our week at Sailmaker 710. The beach club access was a great perk. We loved having the fitness center and pool so close. The unit had everything we needed for our family of 5.

This was our first time to Amelia Island. I cannot say enough about this property and the area. We loved how quiet the property was. The beach was beautiful. We loved how dog friendly it was. The condo had beach towels, chairs, coolers and beach toys if you have children. Everything you need for beach days. Our favorite spot was the balcony. We watched so many bunnies and turtles in the dunes. If you get up early enough you will see beautiful sunrises!! Viki was easy to ask questions to. Her initial welcome email was so informative with restaurants to go to, places to see and also a list of outdoor activities. We had everything we needed in the condo itself. Easy to cook in a few nights and again coffee on the balcony every morning was perfect. I would recommend this property to all and hope to visit again.

This was our first time in Amelia island. The weather was not the best for the 1st 3days, but we had fun exploring the island. The beach and pool were really nice and relaxing. They were not crowded and we felt like we could spread out. The condo was so nice. The kitchen was a good size and the living space was good for the 5 of us to play games and watch tv.

Wonderful location by the beach. The condo afforded all that we needed and more. The host was very attentive and easy to work with.

The location was the least traveled location I have ever stayed. In the building, there were very few other tenants. The location to the beach was simply across the walkway. Beautiful sunrises and moon rises while there. So my goal for this time away was accomplished - time to reflect and experience life as an individual. More steps than expected, but not an issue for myself or my guests. I would simply want to make sure others were aware if unable to navigate.

We had a great stay! The property is clean and is as pictured. Location is perfect - directly on the beach with gorgeous views. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Just a short drive to downtown Fernandina. Would definitely stay again!
