Loved the way Anish did my room everyday.
We had two keys and one would not be activated regularly. Once had to go down 9 floors to activate & after 2 days they say both need to be activated together.. unheard of..We had activated together so what went wrong…

Very good service. It took just 5 minutes to check-in to the hotel. Courteous staff and a very clean hotel. Nice Gym and swimming pool. And the breakfast is awesome..
If you want to try amazing Bengali food in the evening, famous hotel Epare Bangla (budget hotel with great food) is just walkable distance (150 mtrs)

The staff the staff the staff! EXCEPTIONAL!!! and the food!! Oh wow! This is perhaps one of the best kitchens across Marriott! If in Siliguri one should definitely eat at the Marriots restaurant once!
Room sizees are small and the shampoo and shower squeeze bottle in bathroom are very hard to handle for the elderly. There should be seperate ammenities made

I thought the whole experience was excellent, service, Bedroom were very comfortable and the Gym was also excellent.

Hospitality of the staffs was fabulous. The Staff at the restaurant and Gym were very cordial and humble. Took care of our needs every time we approached them.
Some of the Furnitures in the room require updating, I found them old - for e.g. beds.

The staff were wonderful, they really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. My room was spotlessly clean and my bed was very comfortable. Shower was sooo nice and breakfast was excellent
The only thing I didn't like was being stood over while I completed a review for TripAdviser. It felt like coercion and made me uncomfortable. I like to put some thought into my reviews and was definitely put on the spot.
