Pool could have been in a more secluded location

The hotel is very beautiful. The pool is excellent. The room is very spacious and clean. Our room had a excellent view of the front side garden and Salt lake metro from afar. It is 5 minutes uber ride to Apollo Kolkata and there are two malls Mani squAre and central salt lake nearby. Famous restaurants are around 15-40 minutes uber ride, however, Kolkata traffic is good so we did not have issue with travelling by uber to even south city mall and other places. The comfort of staying in the hotel makes up other things. We hope to come back and stay at the hotel next time.

Everything from entering inside the hotel; reception and cooperation of everyone; Buffet spread as every option for breakfast, lunch & dinner; there also every care was taken to satisfy our desire; room service was also upto the mark; everything was provided within a minute; will again visit the property

Very good value for money. The Dining was really cheap as compared to 5 Star Hotels in the Country. The food too was good

I would draw your kind attention on Mr.Raghav at the lobby counter. He is just exceptional in terms of dealing things and making things happen...With in no time the check in was done and in the course of the same insisted us to visit again...

Staff going above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Great food, amazing pool area, saw some families with kids (not a lot though). Security on the front checking all the bags like in the airport 👍🏻.

Can get a bit loud in the evenings in common areas - many weddings are celebrated in the hotel. But also it’s a chance to see the most beautiful Indian clothes and wedding decorations :)

Excellent location, excellent facilities, well appointed rooms and incredible food. The hospitality and service provided was truly exceptional and the point of difference. From the booking and check in experience, to the care taken during the stay, everything was of the highest standard. Mr Souvik and Ms Sahara went above and beyond any expectations to ensure all aspects of our stay were truly stand out. Both also made sure the special occasions we visited for were celebrated brilliantly. Both are warm, exceptionally professional and a credit to the brand. They are joined by Mr Kuntal who made sure all dietary preferences and food choices were effortlessly achieved with charm and kindness. We are very grateful.

wooden floors are cracked in some places,plus some furniturre got worn out and these require some repair and replacement .Furthermore,mosquito infestation specially in the lobby needed to be taken care of.

The staff were super nice. Mr Banerjee, the Concierge, Mr Raghav at the reception desk, the housekeeping manager and the head of the kitchen staff were really nice. There was music at night in the hotel from a wedding ceremony that disturbed my sleep. When I complained, they took action immediately and moved me to a quiet room. I was in Kolkata for work at the university, so I needed peace and quiet to read and also to rest. Mr Banerjee offered me free access to their exclusive club lounge every evening. That was very generous indeed. He also said I could use their conference room whenever I had to read and there was noise on the property. I was very happy with that. Mr Banerjee also offered me a free chauffeur-driven car to work because my work at the University was pro Bono. However, I didn't use his offer because the University gave me a chauffeur-driven car. Mr Raghav offered me their Spa to freshen up because I had a 12-hour wait between check out and departure. On my last day, the kitchen chef made special Bengali food for me. Delicious! The staff gave me a farewell cake at breakfast on my last day. The kitchen staff were very nice and respectful. I very much appreciated their generosity .

I was very upset with the night time music from wedding ceremonies but they found me a solution for that.

Staff behavior is not good and also I have booked a hotel for 1 day but they had taken money of 1 and half day and when I ask for GST bill they had not given but they had taken the money of GST. Because of this behaviour I have stayed only in day time and not stayed in the night time.But then also I have given the money of 1 and half day.

Room decor is bad .worn out sofa fabric and dirty . Too dark rooms - dark red colour makes it worse . Wooden sliding door did not work

Location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. At the waterslide cafe, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Supriya and Anuroop are names I can remember. At the reception Soumya was outstanding.

Housekeeping service could be more attentive. We had to ask for toilet paper and hand towels.

Superb 5 star hotel I have stayed at. During my IBM tenure I stayed at Crowne plaza or Marriot. It made me recollect those days. Wonderful property, large king size bed room, excellent bathroom. I enjoyed my 2 day stay. The staff is very kind and attentive to the need. Thank you

The property grounds were clean and well maintained. Staff are respectful, great selection of food on the breakfast buffet.

The fixture and fittings inside the room itself that we stayed in was showing signs of age and could do with a bit more attention. Also the cleaning of the room especially the glass shelves at a height were not cleaned for the duration of the 3 days we stayed on.

Drinks were very expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in.

breakfast was superb. room was spacious and lovely - we got a free upgrade. staff was very friendly, professional. lovely place to stay! we booked the private transfer with the hotel for 1200INR from the airport, poor driver waited for us for 3 hours. very professional.

Jag väljer hotell efter om det finns ett bra gym/fitness center. Hyatt hade bilder på vad som såg ut som ett godkänt gym så jag valde det. Och när jag kom så visade sig att de hade byggt ut gymmet till ett fullstort Technogym, så jag var mycket mer än nöjd och kommer att prioritera att åka till Hyatt även nästa vistelse i Kolkata.

Jag ville gå ner och sola lite vid poolen på lördagen under min vistelse, men då hade den stängts av för att förbereda en fest. Lite tråkigt att åka till en resort för att kunna sola och boda lite och så går inte det. Jag fick ligga på rummet och jobba istället...

Foods, Gym and swimming pool were excellent.

I like the breakfast options as well as the Italian Restaurant. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Zeba Jawed went out of her way to make out stay a very pleasant stay. Mohon Began football team was playing a match one evening and she helped acquire tickets for us.

The facility is very nice but our bathroom sink was not draining properly when we checked in so I had to request maintenance fix the stopped up sink. Other than that, the stay was perfect.
