Parking in front of the entrance is a big plus when traveling with lot of luggage. Modern apartment with everything you might need + floor heating.

Bed and sleeping room are really small so you need to keep your luggage in the living room + it is quite tight for 2 persons to sleep in the bed comfortably.

It was well equiped just what we needed

It was a lovely propetty on the easy to access location. Clean and well equipped- it was first time in my 30 years of renting where property was equipped with sharp knives. The owner was very good with communication over the mail and was quick to respond. Churwalden is a small place with stores and all you need is close to your hand. Property is a kilometer away from the elevator, but you can store your equipment at the locker and walking would not be an issue. There is good connectivity with Chur and PostAuto goes twice an hour.

I would have liked a wider dubbel bed as 1.40 is a bit of the narrow side. I would suggest to invest into ventilation either drilling ventilation openings or changing the operating pattern of big windows what would allow to put those into ventilation position. Natural fiber linen instead of nylon tissue would have been my preference. But those are minor details.

The apartment is very cozy, everything is new or recently renovated so this was very nice. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with the heating working great (we needed it in the evenings/nights even if it was summer time). I also liked the easy access to the accommodation, without any hassle or waiting on someone with the keys. Also the kitchen appliances and the fridge were super clean and in working order. The apartment is located 10 mins away on foot max from the Churwalden Rodelbahn and the center of the town, with all the stores and the bus station, so great location.

Everything was to our liking.

Very good equipped apartment, you have everything you need. Close to the ski lift (2 min by car). Parking just before the apartment. Nice view.

Lack of hangers in hall - especially for ski clothes.

Very clean and comfortable, pretty spacious considering the size of it.

It feels a little moisty and cold, beware if you are specially sensitive to it.
