This property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, spacious, and excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. You can’t beat the location - in the beautiful historic district and within walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Savannah.

Door code was incorrect but we called the service number and it was quickly reprogrammed remotely. The apartment was spacious and clean. Simply decorated, but appropriate and comfortable. Each bed room (3) had their own bathroom. Kitchen supplies were appropriate. The location was the best. Quiet residential area, walking distance to everything in the historical district, 10 min to Forsyth Park. Street parking in front is metered from 8 am to 5pm, but you can pay through an online app so renewing was easy.

This place was in an excellent location where you can easily walk to museums, restaurants, bars, and parks. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved our stay!

We did not actually stay at this property. We arrived at the very nice property on a rainy midnight and upon entering the property it was easy to see there had been an error and the property had not been cleaned since the last guest. I made one phone call to Lucky Savannah and in 15 mins we were headed to a new property that was clean and beautiful and on the river and we had a great fun filled girls weekend. Everyone was responsive and Candice from guest services was excellent.

Loved the property. Well-kept, plenty of room and in a great location.

This was a nice, roomy property in a great location. We had trouble with the televisions even after technicians came to work on them. We also had a member of our party fall down the stairs in the morning. The wooden stairs are beautiful but may benefit with some safety adjustments.

Location was super convenient. House was spacious and adequate for our needs. Street parking worked well but be sure to pay attention to the signs that show when parking is not allowed on that side of the street due to scheduled street sweeping.

3 adult couples - all had private bedroom/bathroom. One bedroom had queen instead of king. Please correct description. TV programming needs to be upgraded.

We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable layout of this lovely home, the historic neighborhood and being able to walk to most of the restaurants, shopping, parks, museums and sites we visited. Lucky Savannah was terrific to work with and super responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!!

Property is in quiet, beautiful location but in easy walking distance (or cheap Uber\Lyft) to shops, restaurants and bars on the river. Having 3 en-suite bedrooms was perfect for our group and house was well equipped. Although we were worried about getting parking pass and finding on street parking, it was no big deal. We bought 3 day passes at Bryan St garage and had no problem parking right in front of our rental the entire time. Rental company was a pleasure to work with and were very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

In town for 2 night show with friends. Super easy access to free shuttle only blocks away. Amazing location. Townhouse was very well suited for us. Furnishings ok, outside deck, bedrooms and kitchen perfect. A few things worth mention are cleaning gets 4 out of 5 stars, a little more attention to detail was needed, but satisfactory overall. We never did figure out more than 3 or 4 channels on both TVs, specific instructions really are needed or perhaps a major upgrade is needed, we decided to go out to view Saturday afternoon football. Upstairs first bedroom fitted sheet was too small and wouldn’t stay on the bed and the bedside lamp didn’t work. Pay Parking is annoying on weekdays. So just small things kept it from being perfect. We enjoyed it and the location definitely was the highlight.

Great except for one detail. When you close the Master Bedroom door on the second floor, the air conditioner turns on and does not turn off. It goes on forever! My husband and i froze. We finally figured out if you leave the door to the hallway open the air conditioner does not turn on.. Small detail but one you should be aware of.

GREAT HOME AND LOCATION. WE WALKED EVERYWHERE. RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM CRYSTAL BEER PALACE WHER THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT. HOUSE HAD PLEANTY FO SPACE FOR SIX OF US THE BACK DECK WAS A NICE PLACE TO RELAX. LOVED THE PLACE. WILL DEFINITLY STAY THERE AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

House was beautiful and in a great part of town. Totally away from the noisy party streets. Would definitely recommend this adorable house.

Are you looking for a spacious rental? Tatnall Manor! Are you looking for a quiet Savannah street? Tatnall Manor! Are you looking for a convenient location for Savannah sites? Tatnall Manor! We loved this rental. We felt so much “at home” that we found it hard to leave after our weekend stay. We could easily walk to Forsythe Park from here. We did choose to drive and park downtown, instead of using the free trolley - but trolley pick up is close so that could easily be an option. It’s about a 25 minute walk but we highly recommend Sly’s as a perfect place to get a delicious slider! The food was worth the walk. Tatnall Manor itself was a very comfortable home. Pictures online truly represent what you see in the home (except the piano is no longer in the kitchen dining area). 3rd floor bedroom can get slightly warm in the crazy summer heat but there is a ceiling fan and a floor fan which helped - in addition to the A/C for that floor. Plenty of room in this house for those who want to just relax for all or part of a vacation day. Tatnall Manor has spoiled us - we may never be able to select a different place in Savannah.

This house was great. 3 bedrooms, each with a full bath. Large kitchen, living room, dining room, all clean and comfortable. the management company was great. An awesome place

House was clean, and had all we needed to enjoy a week long trip with 6 adults. Location was great, free DOT bus was close and had AC with was great. Walking distance to tons of food, and shopping. The house could use a bit of outside/inside maintenance. Will definitely visit again. Thanks for a great house to enjoy our stay.

The property on Tatnall St was excellent. We were 3 couples and this home had 3 bedrooms with king sized beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms with lots of privacy but large common rooms for socializing. It is in the historical district of Savannah within a short distance to restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The only problem I encountered is there was a strong possibility we were going to be unable to arrive as scheduled. I called the property manager to see if we could move our stay up 2 days due to a medical emergency and was told we would not be able to modify our reservation even though the house was not rented for 5 days after our scheduled stay. As it turned out we were able to go on our getaway as scheduled and not forfeit our stay.
