The host was available for any questions upon arrival and during the stay! The condo was fully remodeled and spotless clean! The resort had all live band! Everything was great!!!

This is very nice 2br Unit - great layout with patio access to both large bedrooms, unit has been recently remodeled. Owner is caring and communicative...highly recommend this unit.

Perfect accommodation's!

We really enjoy this resort and knew we wanted to visit again. This unit was not one we stayed in before, but would do so again, as everything was perfect and the Owner contacted prior to arrival and made sure we had directions, instructions, etc. Owner was very responsive when I used the incorrect wifi password. Check in off site was easy and convenient on the way into the resort. Drinking water was provided, two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a laundry basket. You'll want to bring beach towels. Owner allowed us to use reserved parking which made it convenient to unload/load car. Unit is gorgeous, comfy, cools quickly, hot shower, beautiful balcony view, we slept well. Everything in working order!

First time ever that I have had an owner contact us to see how everything was going, which we all truly appreciated. The place was better than I could’ve imagined and we had an amazing stay.

This was such a great vacation. Amazing property. Amazing views. Stan was an amazing host and replied quickly to any questions I had. I stayed with my parents and my kids (6yrs and 12yrs old) and they all had a great time. The resort is amazing. Great pools and it wasn’t to crowded. The beach, so beautiful!!! The only thing that I would change is having to pick up the key in town. It wasn’t a long drive or anything but would be nice to not have to make that extra stop. But even with that, I would definitely come back to this condo! Thank you Stan!

My family and I had a great trip to RP. It was our first even on a super busy holiday weekend it was fantastic. The host was super helpful. Very communicative and answered all my questions. The condo is beautifully located, with a great view. It was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back in the future!

We were two couples visiting for a long weekend. The place was even better than expected. It has great views, comfy, spacious bedrooms, and plenty of common space. The balcony is huge and looks over the the water and property. Easy to get downtown or to the closer bars and restaurants from here.

The condo and resort are absolutely beautiful! So comfortable, beautiful view of the Gulf, cook-ready kitchen, great bathrooms, lots of storage. Everything you could ask for.

It was a very easy process from start to finish. Host helped with directions and gave a great food suggestion. Great experience!

I can't recommend Stan's condo enough. We had a great time and everything was perfect.

We loved staying here. The only drawback was the late checkout fee and the lack of resort restaurants. There were only two and the menus were similar especially breakfast. The pool was packed and finding a seat at the pool was like musical chairs overall it was great and I would stay here again.

Our time was short and one issue, but the owner was very proactive working with all of us (the old ladies) - definitely would rent from him again! Beautiful condo with both rooms having access to the balcony a definite plus!

Building E has the best ocean views. The balcony is very large with a shaded table for 6. Condo is beautifully decorated and so well equipped with all things kitchen. The limited food service on site was a negative. Quality and consistency also lacking. Menu overpriced. Pools and grounds fabulous.

Everything you need, it has. Gorgeous views, all functional appliances, fully stocked and clean kitchen. The beds are ridiculously comfortable! Most importantly the owner is very attentive your needs, wants and requests. We will definitely be staying here again!

The condo & resort didn’t disappoint! We’ve stayed at many places in Rocky Point and this is the most beautiful. Love all the grassy areas and various pools. Our condo was so clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful large patio with amazing ocean views. Highly recommend!

Bella Sirena is our favorite place on Sandy Beach and Stan was an excellent host. The place was really clean and had everything we needed for an amazing stay! Stan got us checked in early and responded to emails immediately! We will definitely be back to stay at Stan’s condo!

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in Bella Sirena! Super comfortable king size beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and perfect layout for 2 adult couples. Stan was the easiest/best property owner we've ever dealt with, had great communication, provided perfect instructions....will definetly be staying here again!
