The property was as described. The condo looked clean but smelled very musty. May have been bec. not recently used- not sure. The construction was mentioned, but some type of discount should definitely be given for it is very loud. Luckily, we stayed at the beach during the day so it didn't affect us much but it could have if we wanted to stay inside the condo Due to the construction, getting down to the beach, was cumbersome and could be an issue for some people. Overall, we enjoyed the place.

Our condo was perfect for our stay. Ages 70 & 85, we could set on balcony and enjoy the beach and ocean without having to step one foot in sand. There was a problem with drapes in master bedroom not closing completely. This let the sun shine in and made the room especially hot during the day. I would recommend adding a Kerig coffee maker.

We just loved it here. The views were beautiful!! The place was so nice!! We will be back!

The most important being that the a/c never worked for the the for as long as possible. The sofa bed was not functional, so for the first night one of us had to sleep on the floor. The next day we got a twin mattress which means the unit was for 7 people and not 8 as advertised. I communicated all this to the management company and we got a refund of $164, which is totally insignificant considering we paid $2200.

Hated to leave. The condo was exactly like it was described. Had 1 minor problem with the tv and they had someone there to fix it within 5 minutes. Will definitely use GBR again. They we great to work with.

Our vacation in this unit was fabulous. Clean, had everything we needed and very comfortable. The girls loved the guest BR setup with the Queen and bunk beds. Sooooo happy I had black out curtains in the master BR! Last year our condo had no curtains. Uggh! We enjoyed reading your available books and worked on a puzzle you had. Loved being on the 5th floor. The view was perfect. We really liked the couches. Perfect sizes for the three of us to relax. The only suggestion is to get a smart TV. We had a hard time getting the tv on a couple times and since we didn’t bring a streaming stick we went to buy one at Walmart so we could stream apps. I hope to return to your unit again. May was a great time to come. Not crowded and we had perfect weather so we were able to use our beach chairs all day. Thanks, Kate

We have always wanted to visit the gulf. This was an amazing area and we will definitely visit again. Everything was beautiful and we have no complaints!

We had a great time. Condo was well equipped, even had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids! Property management was fast to respond with a few small items.

Condo was well-appointed, immaculately clean, and convenient to shopping. Beach was gorgeous!

Everything was perfect. Location was central to lot of places. Amazing view from the master bedroom and living area. Would definitely love to stay there again.
