We were all very comfortable and had a wonderful time rrekking and driving around Pebble Beach. We enjoyed the sunsets from the upper level balcony. The only hiccup was a lack of expected kitchen items; no blender, no coffee filters, no microwave wave cookware. But all the appliances were in good repair.

Betty is what we have called each other since our college years. 32 years later we get together and catch up. This home provided exactly what we needed, beautiful home, perfect kitchen and great spots to enjoy food and the outdoor. The host was easy to contact and was very clear on her expectations which were very fair and reasonable. It was perfect!

Our family of five adults and one infant were looking for a place central to the Carmel-Monterey activities. This property was ideally situated; 5 min to Pebble Beach Golf Links and 17 mile drive and only 12 min to Monterey. Located inside Delmonte Forest In a quiet neighborhood it included a nice courtyard area. The house was built some years ago but was fully functional for our needs.

The property was expansive for all of us to fit and engage but offered quiet corners for conversations and down time. The grounds were great and the views spectacular.

This property is in a great location and within 15 min from everything we wanted to do during our Monterey weekend. The house was clean and comfortably fit our group of 10.

The location of the property was perfect for our weekend. It was so quiet and close to everything! The refrigerator (ice was a clump, no water dispenser) and dishwasher could use a little update but they did the job. The upstairs was perfect for grandma and grandpa to have their little escape and lots of privacy. It’s also a great backyard for the doggies. Julia was an amazing host and was so accomodating to our needs!

We enjoyed our stay with family. Inside the gate of 17 mile drive. Julia was easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were here with the family of 4 and had plenty of space. The upstairs suite is very nice and private, with a great view on a clear day. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. We were in Pebble beach for Concours d'elegance event, so the location was very convenient.

There is a strong moldy odor. The stairway carpet is dirty and frayed. Needs improvement.

We had a great time down in the Monterey/Carmel area with our kids and grandchildren, and this house was just perfect for us! Julia was a very responsive and great host. The house was very clean and there were plenty of extra towels. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus, so thank you Julia for being a dog friendly host! The main living area is actually larger than it looks in the photos, and it was very comfortable even with a large group. I noticed an earlier review saying that the firepit was not working - but it's just like our firepit at home. You have to hold that button in for 2 or 3 minutes while it warms up after it starts, and then it will stay on just fine. We made use of both the firepit and the grill. And everything Monterey and Carmel have to offer is super close and easy to get to!

We stayed with my whole family for 4 nights the house was in a great location It was 10 minutes from Carmel, Monterey and Pebble Beach It was perfect for 8-10 adults We grilled one night and enjoyed the outside patio Highly recommend this house

Perfect size / layout for our group The outdoor gas fire table Ignition was broken but if someone pushed it in and held it with their foot it worked. It was a great thing to have to keep the chill away. Beds were comfy but a bit of fresh painting in rooms would make a nice upgrade . More seating in living room too… But we would rent again !

Convenient,spotless, all necessities were provided. Outdoor seating area great for dining or just relaxing.. Easy access to Carmel, Monterey, big sur. Great beach at pebble Beach.

The upstairs view is absolutely beautiful and the patio and outdoor area is perfect for relaxing with friends. Very responsive host and thoughtful accommodations!

This house was a great place to stay. We had 4 toddlers and 1 infant and I was really concerned about the staircase for the little ones but was pleasantly surprised when we got to the home and saw that the staircase was blocked by doors leading out to the outside. The back patio was a great place for kids to run around and look for bugs and butterfly’s. There were some cleaning issues in the house but when we contacted Julia she was very responsive and took care of the problems. Overall amazing place to stay in PB. Perfect location and I would recommend to families or friends.

Beautiful house, in the middle of Pebble Beach, wonderful spaces and a great time!

There’s lots of privacy due to the large lot, and the house is well-stocked, clean, and ample seating and comfortable beds. The main living area is great for families since the kitchen, dining, and living rooms are all together. The owner was extremely responsive to a few minor issues. Our family was very comfortable and we would definitely rent there again!

Very nice place however we never could get the internet to work. The couple who stayed upstairs said the bed was not comfortable and instead slept on the pullout couch. Overall it is a nice place.
