LOCATION and CLEAN

We enjoyed our stay and the Legacy Villas for sure. Pools and grounds were lovely, easy access in and out. The accommodations were spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Our stay was good although would suggest removing worn dirty carpets in the bedrooms, some sharp edges in the master for sure.

Family got together for a short vacation. Location is great as is the overall property. The unit itself was adequate. We took the unit as it stated it had a pack n play and when we arrived there was not one in the unit. The property manager sent one over but indicated we did not request one. We were never advised we needed to request. We also found the disposal was leaking . We reported it to the property manager and agreed that the repair could wait until our departure. The next day the plumber arrived to make the repair. Fortunately, it was a quick job but unexpected time wise. The property is as listed but could of been cleaner. The unit looks to be in the need of a refresh. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. The property was well equipped for all your needs. Close walking distance to the pool. My grandkids wanted to stay longer. Close to the shops and restaurants .

The Legacy Villas complex as a whole is fantastic, and we've been coming there for years. The pools and grounds are wonderful. We've stayed in probably a dozen different units in Legacy over the years, and this is definitely the worst one we've ever been in. This particular unit is old, worn, poorly maintained, and dirty. The bedroom carpets are absolutely shocking, far worse than the pictures show. They look 30+ years old, nappy, horribly stained, and in some places even peeling up exposing the underlay and floor nails. The kitchen is grimy, cabinets sticky with grease splatters, and really nearly everything in the house needs an update and a deep clean. There is a strong dog smell throughout the house. When I contacted management about how awful the unit was, and even sent pictures of the carpets, the customer service was atrocious. Literally any other unit in Legacy Villas will be better than this, and you will get far better customer service booking with Airbnb or another company.

It was a great location and I loved it had a two car garage especially in the heat of July! Do dog friendly too! My only concern was the air conditioning. I had the true master bedroom but it never got cool enough in that bedroom yet on the other side of the villa it was almost too cold at times. It seemed odd considering the location of the air conditioning unit outside which was loud and by the master bedroom. The thermostat was completely on the other side though. I appreciated the kitchen and all appliances and utensils, etc! Again a lovely place and had a great time!

We want to make this a tradition for Fathers Day weekend. The pool was not restricted like it said in the contract which we were pleased about because we were in the pool most of the weekend. Lots of pools to choose from with the closest one just a few steps away. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals the kitchen was very well stocked. Clean property and unit but the walls could use a cleaning or fresh paint. The patio was excellent but too hot to sit outside. We went when it was 115+ Plenty of room for two families (8 people total). Quiet and picturesque with the mountains behind the property. Highly recommended.

Overall, the pools were great, location is excellent. Amenities were good. The property has 3 not 3.5 bathrooms. TV channels were limited and use of parental restrictions in one room left few useable channels. Too many email reminders received about checkin and checkout.

I was leery about renting through a property management group and I did have some issues with a mistake I made, but it was completely resolved in the end. The condo and entire property was gorgeous with plenty of room for 6 adults and our dog. We enjoyed the many pools nearby and the backyard patio. We had a great mini family reunion.

This property was beautiful, very clean and easy to check in/out. Very spacious for 8 people, we loved enjoying the patio area and the surrounding views. Great location, just steps away from 3 different pools. Very close proximity to the main pool. Easy access to get in and out. We had no trouble with pool access, although the main pool was at capacity during the day, we were able to use it in the early morning and later afternoon. We loved how close the other nearby, smaller pools were because it felt like we had our own little space to ourselves. The house was stocked with what we needed and it was very spacious and clean. We did have slight trouble with the front gate security because certain names were not on the list, but I was thankfully able to quickly get in contact with someone who helped us out and put the correct names on the list. Thank you for the quick responses via text, that was very helpful! I will definitely book this property again in the future. Thank you!

The property was well appointed and very clean. The downside was that the gym was closed due to Covid and the pools were very restrictive. I understand the need for Covid safety but much of Californian gyms are open with limited access. We booked this property based on location, the pools and gym. The pool had a pool guard that would prevent people from entering once a number was hit. Patrons were only supposed to stay for 2hrs. The time access was not enforced and families that had an early start would camp out for the day. As mentioned, the gym was closed. The heart breaker was that the property doesn’t allow for outside guests, and our sole purpose was to visit grandparents who lived in the area. We asked if we could have the grandparents over for dinner or to sit with us at the pool and we were told that we would be kicked out for violating the property’s rules. This seemed a bit extreme as both grandparents are fully vaccinated.

We brought our two toy poodles. It was perfect for small pets. It has an enclosed and gated patio for them to scamper and explore while we sat outside with them and enjoyed a glass of wine. The amenities are fabulous. My Mom fell in love with the body lotion. Plenty of towels too. Our only wish was for some basic spices to cook with. And, some repair to the carpet strip going into the master bath. Thanks again! We’ll be back.

12 different pools that were heated with jacuzzis. A huge kiddy pool with a splash pad. Condos were very clean and close to multiple pools.

This year, we had issues and the place we orginally booked had issues. And all the issues were handled with grace. I will not rent with anyone else. The place is exactly as the pictures. You are located within 20 steps of three pools. Legacy Villas is the place for all ages. Our group ranges from age 58-5! There is something for everyone. WE use all the pools (good to get away by yourself if needed) and we use the gym daily. Whereever you stay at Legacy Villas, make sure it's with California Vacation Villas.
