The whole process was smooth sailings and the location and house itself was perfect! I could sit out by the river all day. It was perfect and we cant wait to go back

To many apps to download to connect to the speakers. The outdoors is awesome loved swinging by the river drinking a glass of wine and watching the beautiful leaves falling down. Priceless memories with my daughters that I’m forever grateful for , the cabin provided everything that we where looking for on this trip… close to town, jacuzzi and the river, definitely picture perfect.

Great place with a great porch. Great location- we easily walked to dinner/shopping and really enjoyed having the river to ourselves once the last tuber floated by. Only issue with the place is the main bathroom everyone uses is incredibly small... like sit sideways on the toilet small, and I am a slender person. Still gave it 5 stars because the location and porch are that great.

The location on the water made entertaining our family of ranging ages very easy. Walking distance to town and tubing close by was perfect. We even made great use of the nearby volleyball setup.

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful cabin walking distance from all the shops in Helen and beautifully located on the river! We will definitely be booking this cabin again!

The property and location was ideal. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and porch swing, listening to the river and sipping a glass of local wine. The bird watching was also great. We saw blue jay's, cardinals, mallard ducks, Canada geese and more.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. There was some miscommunication due to emails not be returned early in the booking process, but things were worked out and we appreciate that. We think the cabin and the location are fantastic.

If you are looking to park your car and not get back in it till you leave then this is the house for you! The house was right on the river, it is very peaceful and quiet considering how close to town it is. We loved Betty’s grocery. It had everything we needed in walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Took my wife, 12 and 3 year old sons, 7 year old daughter and 72 year old mother to spend a week in Helen. This rental was fantastic as it was directly on Chattahoochee River so my son and I could fish at our leisure. The home was in easy walking distance to grocery store, as well as all the shops and restaurants the town has to offer. We look forward to staying here again during a summer to enjoy the river rafting.

This is a must do stay if u love the outside. The porch is wonderful.

We absolutely loved staying at the Lost Souls property, It was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The hot tub was such a treat after a day of hiking. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was a perfect get away! This was our first time in Helen Georgia, but won't be our last. Can't wait to stay at Lost Souls again.

I took my teenage daughter and a friend for a 3 day getaway and it was perfect. It was February so the river was too cold but we sat on the porch and listened to the water as long as it was daylight and we were at the Cabin. Hot tub at night. Cute Helen with shops & restaurants was within walking distance. Anna Ruby falls was 15 min drive. Loved every minute.

Very clean and well maintained. Perfect location. Even pushing a wheelchair with my elderly Mother in law, easy walk to shopping and eating. Everything went smoothly.

This was perfect. The cabin was beautiful and right on the river. Lots of attention to details. Close to town. We lived it.

The property was very well decorated, very well furnished and everything needed was there! It took a little bit to get the WiFi and speakers going but was part of the adventure. Amazing place in an amazing location.

Can't beat the location on the river and close to town. Clean, but small bathrooms. TV and hot tub on the porch is great, but the satellite service is very limited. Use the available Wi-FI with your own streaming device.

I think this was the perfect house/cabin for our small family on a vacation in Helen, GA. It was within walking distance to downtown areas and had a private and spacious yard right on the river. The cost want the cheapest by any means but you’re paying for location and the busy time of the year. It was a decent size for a family of four, but the bathrooms are very small and anymore than 4 people would be interesting. With that said, The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because the internet, TV, and HVAC were pretty annoying to use. You couldn’t hardly find a channel to watch on TV and the satellite reception was spotty. The internet was so slow we just used our phones. When the satellite wouldn’t get reception it would try to use the WiFi but that was not gonna work for streaming if we couldn’t use it for google searching. The nest thermostat was all over the place. We would wake up freezing since it would default to a really cold setting and we would come home to a hot house in the afternoon for the same reason. We made due with all of these things and still had a great trip, those small things just kept it from being perfect. We would stay there again due to the location and privacy alone.

My family and I really enjoyed our weekend in this house, very nice house, very clean, small clean, quiet neighbors close to everything we need, walking to grocery store, we will come back for sure! This property it’s more than we expected! Excellent! I really recommend 🥰

Great location and plenty of room

We had the best family vacation and Lost Soles was the perfect stay for our family. We loved having the river right there and went tubing every day. We enjoyed our mornings on the deck with coffee and our evenings with s’mores. The property was everything it stated. Everything was great!

We had a blast in Helen. The house is perfectly located on the River and steps to town. There was plenty of room and the outside area with the hot tub was the bee’s knees. We can’t wait to book this house in the summer AND next winter!
