Wonderful landlords enjoyed a new grill they brought us to use

I like how this property is a little off the beaten path. The condo is cute with a little bit of a Retro Vibe. The bed is super comfy. Joann and her husband were very sweet.

Too much “stuff” in closets, under bed etc. Unit needs a really good clean and removal of owners personal items. Bed was super comfortable and linens were nice. We were there for 2 months so could have used a few extras in the kitchen like a baking sheet and a salad spinner. If the weather is cool the heat is not really adequate. Location is a bit remote, no amenities within walking distance but great for desert walks. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Very quiet complex. Overall, once we cleaned to our standard place was good and Joann was good to deal with.

Not as advertised not in good neighborhood stone and gravel parking lot TV did not work terrible
Just terrible not very clean left on March 1st could not stay there place was a dump.

Great place to stay
This was a great place for my wife and I to get out of the cold. There is a hiking trail right across the street and others within a short drive. Access to shopping and restaurants is also very close.
I had the disposal start to leak while I was there. I called the owner and she had a new one installed in a day. That was excellent responsive service.

Great week!
We went on many day trips and this location was perfect for our destinations. Lots of great hiking nearby. The property was clean and comfortable. Joann was a good host. Enjoyed our stay very much.

A WONDERFUL STAY AT A WONDERFUL PROPERTY
The location of this property was ideal: close to shopping but far from the city hustle and bustle. Beautiful location in the desert foothills north of Scottsdale. It was immaculate upon our arrival; the surroundings are beautiful; Joann was so helpful and supplied the apartment with all necessary items. It was so easy to drive to many trailheads to hike almost every day. A beautiful experience, one which we would love to repeat again in the future. I had not one complaint.

Cute sanctuary
This condo is absolutely adorable. It is decorated to the 9’s and the owner is absolutely wonderful. She is so attentive and pays attention to every detail. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Property was overall very nice and had great accommodations. The fees above the evening rental got quite high. One thing I would also add is that it wasn't newly cleaned. I ended up having to clean some things just to feel more comfortable, which is unfortunate when you are paying for that service. Otherwise, loved the place, it served the purpose and Joann was great!!

Wonderful place to stay. Jo Ann was very accommodating. Welcome basket when we arrived followed up with a phone call the next night to make sure we were ok. Would stay here again!!

Location, Location, Location!
This property was very nice for two people. It's location was a real benefit as it was in North Scottsdale with easy access to Cave Creek and Carefree. We appreciated the warmth of the unit as it was cold and rainy for much of our stay. Nicely equipped.

nice and quiet away from chaos
very nice neighborhood off the main drag. fully stocked with cookware appliances cleaning supplies even had iron and ironing board. very nice shower walking trail across street large public area 2-3 miles away. we enjoyed ourselves. Joann was very nice. we would do it again!

Lovely condo rental in Scottsdale AZ
We stayed at your condo in Scottsdale, Arizona from March 1 to 18 2016. What beautiful scenery, it was like being in an “Old Western Movie”. All the cactuses, shrubs and mountains in the back ground. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Just about everything you could want was supplied. A lovely pool, a little chilly, but we still used it. Conveniently located for day trips and to shopping, but in a quiet area. There was lots of wildlife in the backyard – rabbits, quail, woodpeckers and a variety of other birds, but no snakes! Several of the neighbours stopped by to say hello. Thank you for calling after we returned home to make sure everything had been okay.

Poor customer service from owner
Extracting information from this owner was very difficult from the beginning. I received a terse email early into the booking process, made several attempts to see the property prior to staying there with no response from the owner, and had to contact her for WiFi password, about trash disposal, laundry room, etc. The crowning blow was being scolded when I checked out at 1:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, another fact not communicated to me! I might add that I checked out a full day ahead of the stipulated contract period.
