I knew the property location well but the rental was even better than expected! The house is very inviting, the property manager very helpful, and the view spectacular!

Great stay for the winters months, house is beautiful and just as the listing shows. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, and Great place to stay

This from start to finish was amazing. Let's start with the communication that was excellent and always answered in a timely manner. And the text we got at 12:00 saying the unit was ready early if we wanted to come check in. It is bright, sunny, great ocean view, and so comfortable for a lot of people. The beds are comfortable, the decor is updated and super inviting. ONE block from the beach. The pictures are exactly like the unit looks inside, amazing. The day before our last stay, we were asked if we wanted to have a late check out of 2pm for a small fee. What an amazing feature as many of our family weren't leaving until late afternoon. Lastly, the only the that was required upon check out was to start the dishwasher and turn off the lights. I appreciate that, as some rentals we've had to strip beds, start laundry, take out trash (which we did anyhow), etc. We live in Palm Coast and our house isn't large enough for everyone, and this will be our go to.

The home is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the ocean.

Cannot say enough about this amazing oceanfront gem we found! The ocean view from the main floor, the master bed, and the upper loft is beyond incredible! We loved waking up every morning to step right outside and hear the waves! The bedrooms are fantastic, esp the master, which is huge! They are all cute, roomy, and clean! The upstairs loft is where the teens slept, having their own area for games, tv and fun. All the beds are comfortable with cozy comforters. All the showers are updated, clean, and spacey. The pressure of the water is fabulous. The kitchen is updated and beautiful. It has everything you need to cook, BBQ, and enjoy meals at home. It was amazing havibg everything right there! Washer and dryer was incredible to have too! The walk to a very beautiful and very quiet beach is less than 5 min...right on the other side of some greenery. From the house, you see the water and boats, etc. Its everything you would want in a beach house! There is a dining table and chairs, plus swivel casual chairs on the front porches and then there is a great enclosed patio with great furniture for games and dinibg in the back. Two of oyr favorite features were thw outdoor shower and the garage bathroom (nice, clean and modern) so we can pop back and forth from the beach without going in the house. Lots of fun extra things in garage like beach chairs, bikes, and wagons, etc. The location is incredible. Make sure you hit Sallys in Flager for ice cream! You will not regret renting here. I have ZERO complaints. We didnt want to leave!

Floors were so dirty that my feet were black. Kitchen sink had filthy build-up. Ice Maker filter showed past due for replacement. Dishwasher was beeping intermittently through the night. Kitchen table chairs were stained. It stated 3.5 bathrooms, there were 3 full bathrooms, no half. Bath linens are washed in heavily scented detergent. Driveway was littered with garbage and debris and the outdoor trash cans were overflowing with garbage. Entryway mat had a lot of debris on it and around it. Floor mats inside were dirty and looked as though they have never been washed. Missing piece from upper staircase was a tripping hazard.

The place is large and quiet. Nice view of the ocean. Beautiful sunrise view. I liked that a few beach chairs and umbrellas was available for us to use. The bikes, not best maintenance wise, was also a bonus. Overall, we loved our stay.

We loved the location. It is a little far from night life and definitely need a rental car if you would like to enjoy a night out. It was a great spot and very close to the beach. The beach was very rocky not great for young children. At low tide you can venture past the rocks and enjoy sandy water, but it is a bit of a struggle. The property manager was great. She came to remove trash from the previous renters, and we let her know the ice maker and water on the fridge did not work and gave us a $50 stipend for the week. Overall great stay!

Very spacious home on the ocean front

Great place with large rooms, wonderful ocean views and convenient location, yet private.

I was originally scheduled to stay at another location but unscheduled maintenance resulted in my being booked to this house. This beautiful home is very spacious with several porches/balconies and it's walking distance to the beach. You can literally see and hear the waves from this home. 10-12 guests could easily stay here comfortably. The neighborhood is very quiet and a Publix is 2 miles away. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper available along with dishes, cookware, and cooking utensils. My guests and I had a marvelous time. Only wished we could have stayed longer.

Property was great. I had to contact the property manager about trash being left in the house and outside but they came right over and removed it. New manager was not aware of second trash can under the sink in kitchen therefore it had been missed at cleaning. New trash schedule as well. The air vent did not work in one bedroom but other than that, this house is amazing and we will definitely stay there again.

Looking forward to coming back. Nice place, short walk to the beach!

My wife and I stayed there in late September. It is a nice place with a short walk to the beach. The house was clean except for the ceiling fans and had all of the amenities you would expect plus a few more. There were bicycles there to use. There was also some beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use. It is located on a dead-end street about 100 yards from the beach with low scrub between the house and the beach. It is a very quiet and peaceful area for having beachfront views and access. I would have given this five out of five stars except for one item. This is not the house we originally booked. The owner of the house abruptly canceled The contract with the vacation rental agency the week before we were to arrive. The vacation rental agency was very accommodating and we were lucky to find this place. I’m surprised there wasn’t a stipulation in the contract requiring owners to honor reservations for a few months.

Please pay attention to my review because I don’t think the description has much detail in it! Our house wasn’t clean and ready when we arrived but the local team eventually showed up to clean. They also took care of the issue financially. The local team was amazing. So if you have any issues you should contact them. There are 6 bikes at the property although it isn’t advertised and they even denied having any. Some weren’t usable but I would say at least 3-4 were fine. There are also a couple of beach chairs but definitely bring your own. The ice maker was broken but the kitchen held lots of appliances like coffee maker, crockpot, toaster oven. There are bed linens, towels, and even beach towels if you forget those! This is a great house in a great location. It’s not an easy walk to the beach with little kids and a bunch of stuff but we parked our car, packed with all the beach essentials, at the beach parking lot and just took bikes back and forth. By the way, the ocean in this area is very rocky, almost like a full on reef of rock making it difficult to get very far into the surf unless you have a board or raft. Also nearby are a few restaurants and a Publix, which was such a bonus. If you don’t feel like bringing a bunch of groceries you can live off of the local pizza place, BBQ place, wine and cheese place (entertainment at night) and of course the Publix deli. We will most likely return and will not be bringing the amount of food we brought this time. Finally, St. Augustine was only about a 30 minute drive straight up A1A.

Everything was exactly as pictured! Perfect 3 minute walk to the beach (which was not crowded whatsoever). It was the perfect beach getaway house!

Had a great time at the property, I was there with some girlfriends for my 30th birthday and we had a great time. It’s about a block from the beach, easy to walk to. Bikes were provided and a bike pump so we were also able to use all the paths around the area. A few cute restaurants around the area, nothing overly fancy unless you drive into St. Augustine. Only down side is I couldn’t find the wagon or it has been lost. That would have been nice to have, otherwise great stay.

Muy buena excelente todo maravilloso

This property was “bomb” in the words of my sister. I had family here from D.C. and Southwest FL. Both enjoyed the sunrises and location. The house was perfect. It was not as clean as expected. The floors and stairs and the twin beds did not appear clean. But overall I would definitely book again and recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We were close to the beach. The rooms were awesome and comfortable. The Property Manager Johanna was extremely helpful when I needed her. My family didn't want to leave. Thank you for a great vacation experience.

The view and house were amazing. Short walk/drive to the beach. House was moderately clean when we arrived. No trash bags other than the 2 in the cans. Clean towels left in the dryer. The only real complaint i have is they charge $500 cleaning fee and require YOU to wash dishes, towels and have everything put away before you leave. I understand keeping the place in good shape but i have never been asked to wash and put away towels. At most I’ve been asked to place dishes in dishwasher. Not dry and put away. Overall the place was nice but overpriced for location and have to do extra work on vacation. Contacted VRBO for trash service and it too 2 days before someone from the property contacted us. It was a simple question about when to take the trash down. They said pick up was Friday. When we left Saturday morning it was still there.

Easy living in a quiet neighborhood. Thought it was a little closer to the water. There isn’t anything in between but land so the view is unobstructed.

We had a great time. The property is super clean, and in the perfect location. Just a few steps from the beach. Our boys loved riding bikes back and forth to the beach.

Very Smooth rental and will definitely be back next year!

This house was the perfect getaway for our family! Extremely clean, bright, quiet and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.
It’s very well set up for short or long-term stays. Some of the notable perks:
- The kitchen has all the basics you need (plus a few extras).
- A dedicated work space/desk on the top floor with widows overlooking the beach.
- WiFi was great and worked well on work calls & video meetings.
- A selection of board & card games.
- There are beach towels, a few bikes, bike locks, beach chairs, umbrellas, a large cooler with wheels, and to top it all off, a collapsible canvas wagon to easily pull everything to the beach.
The property manager, Johanna, was amazing and helped us out immediately when we had any questions or issues, even going above and beyond by ordering a cart/wagon to be delivered the next day so we could pull the beach things down to the beach for family picnics!
Overall our experience was exactly what we were looking for and we highly recommend this house - we loved it so much that once we got there we extended our stay a few more days!

Nice way to do the beach nature-style.

The property was great. Stylish, comfortable and well furnished on a dead end street close to the beach. We really enjoyed the property, especially the covered front porch from where we could hear the surf and watched a storm. Unfortunately, the management company did not know the property and after 3 unanswered emails, finally provided inaccurate information. FYI the property does have a coffee maker (even though none is shown or listed) and does have beach chairs ( well, one not broken) and bicycles. The only potential challenge with the house is there are a lot of fairly steep stairs, but that is typical for a raised house and it does have a lift on one staircase. But if you have small children, you might want to bring a gate. We also had some challenges with the TVs In the bedrooms, and were told in an email to call the general VACASA, number, but we just didn’t feel it was worth it. The TV in the living room was good for us. And a couple minor cleaning issues - dirty towels In one bathroom and a cutting board In the cabinet still covered in cheese. Not a big deal, but it chips away at ones confidence for other things. And the representation that towels were washed at very high temperatures, I don’t know how. Instructions require last guest to wash the towels and put in drier, which is a bit unusual but fine, but the washer super hot option was not operational. But if that is important to you, you might want to ask. In all, now that we know the property, we would probably rent it again.

Beautiful home. Well appointed with thoughtful touches. Great location near quieter part of Palm Coast . We had a wonderful time.

We had a great weekend. The house was clean and well stocked. The property manager was great as well! We would definitely rent this place again. Our tweens loved the freedom of being able to ride bikes to and from the beach and on the trails close by, and it was an easy walk to and from the beach with our little one. Just make sure you lock your bikes at the beach if you take them. Our sons bike was stolen 😖.

Perfect for our large family. Great location. Very clean and better than the pictures. Wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. Even had bikes, beach chairs available to use.
