Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed the home. It is quiet, comfortable, spacious, elegant and well stocked. The owner was great with communication. It was a convenient distance from the strip. Will definitely stay again!

Great neighborhood, close to everything! Kitchen has many of the things you hope to see if you want to cook (we like to cook) - spices, lots of different sized bowls, pots and pans, foil, etc. we all said we would go there again if we come back to LV!

Great home in Las Vegas. There were three couples and all of us did well in your home. Great communication with the owner. Plenty of room to hang out. Only negative was that two of the three bathrooms are a little tight but they worked and gave each couple their own bathroom, so not a big deal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home and go back to it if in Las Vegas again.

It was a perfect location - right in the middle of all the happening areas of Vegas. 15 min drive to the strip without the need of the highway. Eddie was so quick to respond to me which is super helpful. The house had everything we needed (we were a group of four in town for a conference). Very clean. Loved it. Thank you, Eddie!

The home was beautiful, clean, spacious. It had fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, TVs practically in every room. We felt right at home. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent, he took care of our concerns immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

This worked out great for our group. Great backyard for grilling dinner for the team, kitchen was well stocked for almost any thing you need. 15 min drive to the LVCC and a couple options to get there. Short uber ride to airport. Thanks Eddie

My friends and I rented this property for a 4 night stay. We had a reunion trip that brought us together and this house was the perfect size to accommodate all nine of us. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and although we didn’t have to contact Eddie for anything, he gave us a list of numbers to reach him if we needed to. There was a welcome book on the entrance table with a little info about the owner plus recommended places to visit if we didn’t know the area which I thought was a great touch. Overall, communication, cleanliness, check in process and location was definitely a 5/5. Thank you!!!

We've stayed in vacation rentals before. This was by far the best. We are a group of besties from college for over 55 years and a bit picky. This house was truly a perfect place for us and AWESOME. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. The location was great and everything provided (even games) that we needed. Topping it off, was that it was CLEAN and so Beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner was great! We the "BC Diva's" highly recommend this rental!

What a perfect place for us to stay while visiting and entertaining our family.
Eddie and Nelson helped with everything we needed. Answered every question promptly. Only had wished one of the three bathrooms were handicapped accessible. The week was absolutely perfect.

What a wonderful place to stay. Even better than the photos online and everything (and more) that one would need. We definitely would have spent more time enjoying the patio if it wasn't winter. It took us a while to figure out the television remotes but never lacked for entertainment! Thank you for a great place to call home for our time there. Just wonderful!

More than we expected!
This spacious, single-floor plan home worked perfectly for our family! It was clean, comfortable, and had all the things that we needed for an enjoyable stay. The patio was a nice place to hang out at the end of the day, and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. Eddie was an awesome host providing all the info we needed leading up to our arrival and was responsive to our questions. We definitely will consider staying here again. Mahalo Eddie!

This house was so beautifully decorated and appointed it was a great pleasure to stay there. Every room was outfitted to feel like home, the kitchen was AMAZING with the equipment selection and the main living area and back yard was a great atmosphere for a good dinner and quiet drink after a long days work.

This property was great. It had everything we needed and more for our family vacation. Very clean with beautiful decor. There was a misunderstanding with the host on the last night of our 4 night stay which is why I did not give it 5 stars. Everything else about the home, we loved.

Perfect Christmas Getaway
This home was exactly what we thought it would be. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Great for a family gathering and only 10-15 minutes from everything we had planned on the strip. There are numerous take-out and delivery options nearby. Excellent experience and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home!
This beautiful home is roomy, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. The owner left clear instructions, and responded to my messages timely. The only negative I have is that the trash bins were full when we got there. This may be from previous occupants, but we had to wait a few days for the next trash pickup. Otherwise I’d definitely recommend this house for your next stay.

Amazing home!
We were in awe as the home was just as it was pictured and listed. Every detail was thought of from the bath bombs to the laundry soap to the set up of the home. This home is very spacious and accommodated is perfectly. Eddie had great communication and nothing was needed additionally to what was provided within the home. When we return to Vegas we will for sure rent this home again! We loved our stay here!
