The house was as advertised and was perfect for our trip. Definitely a great location, plenty of beds and loved being on the canals. Joan was a great host letting me know about the house before we arrived.

A lot has already been said about the location and we honestly cannot fault it. Very quiet neighbourhood and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Plenty of parking all around. The space itself could use some refreshing but was otherwise a fantastic space for our family.

Second time staying here and once again everything we needed to enjoy a great little break. Great place to share with another family.

Great location, near estuary and forum, excellent views, comfortable home with a large driveway there's plenty of room for a boat or caravan. As a bonus we caught a few crabs at the property's jetty. The owner was very helpful.

The house is in a great location and is great for big groups. The owner is lovely and very responsive. Unfortunately though the house needs lots of work. The day before we arrived the fridge broke down (the owner did replace it with an old fridge for our stay), the didhwasher didn’t work, there was a leak under the kitchen sink, the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly and the oven only worked intermittently. Despite all this we did really enjoy our stay because the house is in a great spot and is big and roomy. The owner did try to come up with solutions to all the issues, but unfortunately I think they really just need to get some professionals in to fix a lot of the issues they have and then the place would be perfect!

Such a cool property with views from most rooms. Heaps of rooms and beds and most bedrooms with a beautiful view of the canals. We parked our boat at the front and viewed the Christmas lights. Lots of crabbing and fishing for the kiddos. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our family as we love the water and spent all our time outside either watching the water or on the water! Thank you Joan, we really loved it.

For what is being charged, the property is needing upgrade. Water in washing machine pipe leaks Providing WiFi would be good. Need to fix up blinds and beds. Condition of outdoor would help the presentation.

Had enjoyable weekend with two daughters and their families. House is nice, location perfect. For the price, very disappointed the house was not clean. It also requires some maintenance eg broken bed. Not what we expected to walk into. The owner did refunded the cleaning fee when we notified her of the issues.

House was perfect for our big family, location was amazing however, it was NOT clean we pay a cleaning fee for someone to clean the house however whoever cleans the house didn’t, lots of things needed fixing lack of maintenance was very clear & was a little upsetting for the price we paid for the house!!!! Cleaning & fixing needs improving!!!!!

Lovely location for paddling, walking or just sitting. Big enough house that we could all spend time together or space out.

Great location. Shops very close. Great view with dolphins every mornings. No wifi but non necessary as the view was superb. Kitchen had everything. Owner and neighbor were so welcoming. Thank you for also being flexible and trusty. So many beds and large house. Would go again , to be recommended..

Great location for a quick getaway from Perth. Beautiful views across the canals and it was great that Joan organised the dolphins to come and visit.

We had the most enjoyable time, wished we'd stayed longer! We took our paddle board and the kids had a blast paddling up and down the canal. The neighbours and their dog were svery friendly. The house was very clean and tidy and everyone found the beds to be very comfy. Definitely will go back. Thank you Joan!😊

Great little week had at this property. Split it with another family and it worked perfectly with the way this property is laid out. Kids had a great time fishing, crabbing and swimming. Was able to leave our boats on the jetty too which was great. Joan (owner) was very easy to communicate with and that made it easy too. Thanks for a great week.

The most perfect spot to spend a few days away with friends. Joan's property ticked all our boxes and we had a great stay.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to enjoy a weekend away. House was more than adequate. Everything was available, awesome sitting outside watching the sunset over the canals having a few beers. Owners were amazing to deal with. Overall couldn’t have asked for better.

Fantastically located property. Easy walk to the park or enclosed dog park. Having the jetty was great entertainment for the kids. House is an older style but everything is functional. Joan is lovely and very easy to deal with.
