We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is spacious without feeling overwhelming, beautifully furnished and maintained, and has every amenity you can think of. The pool is an amazing bonus that elevates this property to resort-level. Jill, the owner, is very responsive and super easy to deal with. It is within walking distance to Oak Bluffs and a short drive to Vineyard Haven - super convenient no matter which port you come into. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I have have been going to the Vineyard with my family for over two decades, and the Felicity was the best house we have rented so far! We just wrapped up a wonderful week there. I traveled with my husband, young daughter, and my sister and her family (husband and three sons), and we all fit comfortably - plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and beds. It is spacious, well maintained, well stocked, beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. It is exactly as described and has so many great amenities, especially the heated pool! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of games of all types for the kids and a wonderful patio, grilling station, and yard. It is centrally located - easy to get to the beaches and all the major towns. And most importantly, Jill was an amazing host! A month before we went, she sent me the most helpful packet of info on the house and MV that we have ever received from an owner, as well as a welcome email the night before with even more information. Everything was well-labeled so we knew where to find things and how to use things. She was very responsive and gracious during our stay. I would highly recommend this house, and we hope to return in a future summer!

The Felicity house was nothing short of amazing. Very well kept, clean, very informative, and well equipped with everything you might need on a trip. Our group of ladies had a wonderful time celebrating a relaxing bachelorette weekend at The Felicity! The property was gorgeous and Jill is wonderful to work with. We were easily able to get in touch with her before and during our stay, and she was able to accomplish our unexpected early check in as well as answer our check out questions in seconds. I think everyone probably says the oven is finicky, but that didn’t bother us, we actually used the grill for most of our cooking! It was a wonderful weekend! We hope to stay there again!

We were on MV to attend the wedding of my niece and soon-to-be nephew. The Felicity provided us with a far better choice than staying at one of the recommended hotels. When not attending all the wedding events, we were able to share our meals together in the spacious dining room, play dominoes when we returned from events, and just have an overall wonderful family weekend. Jill, as the hostess, was amazing. She was so quick to respond to any questions we had, and ever so accommodating! The house is beautiful from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we did not have the weather needed to enjoy the pool. A truly 5-star experience! Should be ever return to MV, we would definitely book the Felicity again!

The Felicity MV is the perfect vacation house - clean, comfortable, well stocked and extremely well organized! There was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out or gather together for dinner and games (the house has tons!). The heated pool and outdoor spaces were lovely. Thank you so much for having us - we will definitely be back!

This property in Oak Bluffs is excellent, we could not have asked for anything more. The owner Jill was more than accommodating with all of our needs also the communication with Her was great she answered any and all our questions very quickly. As for the house the Cleanliness was 100%, the way the house was decorated was A++++++ all the way, the location is great and the yard and pool are beautiful and we had everything and anything that you would need. Great house for a big group! We were here for a wedding weekend and was a perfect place to stay. A little far from the different towns without a car but that’s a lot go the island.

We stayed at the Felicity for a friend's destination wedding. It was the perfect spot to house a large group of friends/family and was conveniently located. There was so much seating inside and out! The home was beautifully decorated, and Jill was a pleasure to work with. We would love to come back again!

The Felicity was even better than advertised. The house was clean and welcoming with everything you need to feel right at home. The backyard is rare to find that close to downtown OB & Vineyard Haven with the beautiful saltwater pool and games to entertain your family / friends. Felicity is the perfect place for vacationing at Martha's Vineyard. It's neat, well organized and close to many of the MV attractions. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, cooking indoors and outdoors, plus other activities. This place gave us a chance to renew and enjoy our Sisterhood.

This was our first family vacation on Martha's Vinyard. The location is very convenient and the house was great for a family of various ages (infant to grandparents). Jill was very responsive and easy to work with. The house had everything you needed for fun filled vacation. The pool was a great plus for us especially with small children. Highly recommend this property!

We have been coming to MV yearly for about a decade, this by far is the best home and the best location. Close to everything so my teens can enjoy OB and all that it has to offer and we can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A short drive into Edgartown or Vineyard Haven - the house itself is exactly how we would envision our dream home. Tasteful spacious clean and modern.

Very near to Oak bluffs, just a short car or bike ride away to town. The teens enjoyed the game room. The home is well stocked with everything you'd need or perhaps had forgotten to pack. I've rented many homes all over and this owner is the best I've encountered so far in terms of communication and helpfulness. The photos are spot on, the pool is lovely and we found it a little too easy to not trudge to the beach & just hang out by the pool more than I thought we would. The house is a real gem (as is the owner). Thanks for a lovely break, Jill!

A beautiful house that is well-suited for large groups. Three floors allowed everyone to spread out, and the large backyard, pool, and BBQ area provided space for many activities. The kitchen is set up with extensive cooking supplies, and we ended up making most of our meals at the house, often followed by an evening walk into town for Dirty Bananas at Donovan's and fresh apple fritters from Back Door Donuts.

The Felicity was as advertised and more! The home is gorgeously decorated with the perfect mix of furnishing to relax, enjoy each others company, or spend some time on your own. Beautifully landscaped to accentuate the pool and patios. Jill is a gracious and responsive host. Hard to imagine a better place to spend time in MV.

We had a great time, the house was wonderful. Plenty of space for 10 adult guests. The decor and style of the home is beautiful. Location is good for short drives to town. The only drawback is the hot water; it only lasted for about 3 people to shower and when you have a house with 10 people that’s a lot of freezing cold showers.

This is a terrific property. Well equipped, beautifully decorated and appointed, within minutes of Oak Bluffs, and a great bike away from Edgartown. We will certainly return .

We traveled to Martha’s Vineyard as 10 women ranging from 36-65 to run the MV half marathon and relay. We absolutely loved this house and was perfect for our stay. Jill was incredibly attentive and responsive to questions. She left a sweet note and gift for us when we arrived, which we all loved. We are all eager to return next year and some are looking to book the property with their families in the future. Thanks Jill for a great runcation experience!

Jill does an amazing job providing details and information to make your stay well informed and comfortable. The property and location were ideal for accessing a variety of recreational activities around the island and the décor and architecture really met the calling of the quintessential Martha's Vineyard experience. We were there to golf and to enjoy the fall weather. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, comfortable and very pretty Martha's Vineyard home. It is very spacious and we especially enjoyed the pretty patio, updated bathrooms and kitchen/family rooms. I highly recommend it for families with young children, as there were well- selected games and books for the enjoyment of all!

Fabulous communication with the manager, prompt service and a very clean property! We were a group of 5 women and the space worked perfectly for us. This was our first time to the area and our only recommendation for fellow travelers would be to reserve a car spot on the ferry ASAP. We arrived to the island without a car and quickly found it necessary to rent a car due to the low number of Uber/taxi drivers still around in Oct.

This home is a vacation dream. The photos and description can’t capture the magic of this place. The thoughtful details from an immaculately stocked kitchen to games for everyone on a rainy day speak to a homeowner who is intentional in making the experience worry free and fun. Totally exceeded our expectations!

Our stay was wonderful. The house has everything a family could want for a great vacation. It was spotless when we arrived. The yard and pool are great and we ate almost every night at the big table on the patio, The house is located between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven on the bike trail which we loved. The biking on the Vineyard’s many bike trails is one of our favorite things about the Vineyard. We will definitely be returning to Jill’s house again.
