The villa was nice and clean, loved the bbq area. the pool was a great size and not too cold spacious upstairs rooms, third bedroom downstairs was a bit small. great cooking facilities and had everything you needed Mary came to give us a meet and greet and she was very nice and helpful. Loved that when we arrived there was bread milk and a bottle of wine for us. loved the cats that visited us around the villa If you want a peaceful relaxing holiday this Villa is definitely perfect.

The villa was too remote from any shops bars restaurants, you either need a car or be prepared to spend a lot on taxis if you want to go anywhere. Few broken tiles around the pool which could be dangerous with small children, upstairs bathroom has low shower pressure and the bath feels weak and has collapsed.

we stayed in January , it was cold at night so we had the heating on between 5 and 10 at night we were charged 30 euros extra for this

Very happy with the villa. It was ideal for our needs.

A few of us reacted to the swimming pool. It wasn’t too bad but we needed to shower after as we did itch a bit after so not sure what chemicals were used for the pool.

The property had just about everything you will need and more. Kitchen was fully equipped, lots of complimentary things when you arrive, the person that looked after us was always at hand for anything we needed. It was truly a pleasant stay.

I cannot think of anything that we did not like about it. I would definitely be back.

Lovely quiet area. Nice sized villa. Good onsite facilities - BBQ, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, UK TV Channels available which were a huge unexpected bonus. Pool really nice size. Very close to small local shop and short distance from the beach. Lidl a short drive away. Village of Kiti close and had some lovely restaurants.

Wifi was generally weak downstairs, upstairs was non existent. Bed in master bedroom needs replacing as extremely squeaky which was disruptive at night. Pool was a great size but probably needed more regular cleaning and a bit of money spent on it for an update. Would have been nice to have some basics for the BBQ provided i.e. starter bag of coal and some lighters (we had to buy everything from scratch). Downstairs shower didn't have any hot water. No frying pan.

The villa is very comfortable and perfectly equipped with all stuff you may need during your stay. The garden is beautiful.

Mosquitos in the night time. The swimming pool after one of the cleanings had a smell of chlorine. The wi-fi signal is very weak at the 2nd floor.
