Great location, wide choice of restaurants with fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff, lots of facilities for kids and adults, variety of pools along with garden/beach access was great. Loved the view from our balcony towards the ocean, would recommend ocean facing room.

People and staff

The property is top notch in terms of facilities, staff and service. Everybody is super nice and helpful. The attention to details is exemplary.

- The resort is a bit far on the strip so every trip outside is at least 15-20 euro by taxi, which is the main transportation method. Buses are unreliable. - The resort is catering to families and doesn’t have events or activities to entertain young folks like me. - While the amenities are excellent the Spa is always booked and it’s near impossible to secure an appointment.

They behave us so friendly and they are so kind and they bring us every das new fruits and we have a late flight ,they gave us room with put any extra money This is the best hotel that i experienced

Very nice, beautiful hotel. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good and tasty. Kids were more than happy here.

I didn't like at all animators in kids room. People are trusting their most precious asset- their kids to animators, and, i assume, its in their responsibility to take care of them. They were talking between each other, one of them was sitting in soft toys, talking on the phone and was trying to shush kids out.Zero attention to the children, not even a tiny try to play or entertain or a glance in kids direction. For such an amazing hotel such unprofessional people. Disappointed

Service, staff, food, facilities everything 🔝

I ordered food from a restaurant outside of the hotel, the courier told me the staff won't let him come up to the room so I went down and I was told that there is a hotel policy that they don't allow to bring food from outside to the hotel. Also been told not to order again tomorrow food. That's ridiciouls. Nothing to add more than that.

Beautiful hotel with well kept grounds and two small beaches nearby. Loved the children club which ran every day and gave us a few hours of quiet. We enjoyed the salt water indoor pool and heated outdoor pool. Sushi at the restaurant bar was also very fresh and delicious. Overall we thought it was a good standard hotel with excellent choice and good quality of food at breakfasts and dinners. One important thing for me was the pleasant smell (perfumed) at the lobby of the hotel which i loved. We would come back even though I don’t like to visit the same place twice but this hotel is worth coming back to.

Spa was very overpriced but loved the look of it. Location was very central, not a quiet idyllic spot but we sort of knew it when we booked.
