My family and I loved staying here. The convenience to the village and all it has to offer can’t be beat. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was going as it should and was also super organized with helpful hints for things to do. We also opted in for the golf cart and it’s definitely a game changer and so glad we rented it with the condo. We will definitely be back! :)

Everything about the condo from check in to check out was perfect.. Third time coming to Sandestin property and this was one of the smoothest transactions we’d ever had. Owner very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. Great location. Rented golf cart. 2 adults and 2 teens stayed for week. Teens were comfortable in bunk room. Lots of extra blankets, pillows. All the comforts of home. Owner recommended place to rent bikes for week. Played golf at Baytowne. Brought our own fishing rods. Gorgeous pool. Efficient and effective communication. Exceeds expectations!

This is the perfect 'beach' location with tons of food choices, shopping, golf, tennis (or pickle ball), a grocery store, putt putt & ofcourse the actual beach all within a short walk or ride on a golf car!

We came over for a relaxing long weekend The condo was convenient to shopping and the beach. Clean and very nicely appointed. The host was very accessible. Highly recommend paying the extra for the gold cart use. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I planned a quick trip to Florida just for R and R. The village of Baytown was everything we hoped it would be. The accommodations of Dave’s condo were exceptionally cozy, the bed was comfortable, everything was well-organized and clean! There were thorough instructions about activities, events, procedures, locations of anything, and everything we wanted to do and see…plus more! We did rent the golf cart for an additional charge over the condo price but it was worth it. The vacation would not be as fun without it since the beach is a few minutes across Hwy 98. It would be a fairly long walk from the village . The Village is family and pet friendly. Some condo owners allow animals. This condo does not however since We don’t travel with an animal, we didn’t need this allowance in our choice of a condo. Dave’s condo was perfect for us . We appreciate Dave checking in to make sure all was ok and that we got settled in okay. He is a great wealth of information about everything in the area too! Thanks Dave for an amazing time away ! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. It was my husband and I and our 1 year old. I would defiantly recommend adding on the golf cart it was worth every penny. Dave was spectacular and very caring. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We couldn’t have asked for a better condo for our family of 3. Easy access, super clean, and perfect amenities. The golf cart was a plus! Dave is wonderful and takes pride in this place, and it shows!

Great location. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. Kids loved the bunk room. Dave the owner was very responsive leading up to and during the trip. We rented the golf cart (nice perk) but unfortunately ran into several issues with the cart. Dave was available by phone and took care of the situation and was nice enough to give us a gift card in exchange for the inconvenience. Overall would definitely stay here again next time we are in Sandestin.

The owner was very responsive to questions. If I had read the instructions more closely that were provided before our stay, I wouldn’t have had any questions. The condo was well stocked , very clean and close to all the activities.

Dave was an excellent host - very responsive and detail oriented. The condo has nice decor, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches (like extra hooks to hang towels, and non-slip strips in the tub). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans for cooking, and appliances seemed new and worked well. We were there for a month and appreciated cooking and doing laundry in the unit. Baytowne Village is well lit in the evenings and we enjoyed walking out to the Marina dock at sunset. We liked the Marina Bar & Grill - dining on the deck overlooking the Bay. We also enjoyed driving the golf cart to Grand Blvd to shop at Publix, or eat delicious salads at Evercrisp. Sandestin is a friendly, beautiful golf community that seems very well maintained.

My wife and I had a great week - the unit was exactly as advertised. we played golf and tennis and had a great time. Dave the owner is extremely helpful and responsive!

Couldn't ask for a nicer condo, or a better location. Great food, live music, and the pier are right outside your door. The beach is a short 5 minute golf cart ride,as well as a Publix grocery store and many more restaurants and shops. The golf cart is a must, it makes travel very convenient. The owner Dave is quick to respond with any questions we had, and you can tell he takes pride in his condo. Will definitely rent again

The property was as described and more. Very clean with all the essentials and extras. We took advantage of utilizing the golf cart and would not recommend doing without. Owner was beyond accommodating and made it a priority to communicate prior to our stay. Provided very clear instructions and was very concerned about us having a great stay. The best experience we’ve had with VRBO bookings by far. Our family highly recommends booking with this owner. We plan to make this an annual destination and be a repeat visitor of this specific property. Thank you Dave.

I genuinely couldn't rate our experience at Baytowne Condo highly enough. From start to finish it was absolutely flawless. It is exactly as advertised with lots of thoughtful details and touches. The owner, Dave, is fantastic and dealing with him was a pleasure. The condo itself is extremely well equipped (far better than other apartments we've stayed in) and in a fantastic location. We so enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again in the future.

We enjoyed this lovely coastal condo for a week during the busy month of July. We loved the spacious, very clean condo with good internet connection. The condo is situated near shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. We enjoyed exploring different beach options everyday nearby. Our favorite being Henderson State Beach Park. Fun to rent the golf cart to go to the movies and shopping nearby. Excellent communication with owner before and during our stay. Happy to have covered parking for our rental car in a designated area.

Nice location, awesome golf cart.

Our trip was amazing! The location is perfect for a family with small children. The golf cart was a perfect touch to our stay. We were able to zip to the grocery store on the golf cart without getting into any rush hour traffic. We could take the golf cart to the beach without waits or parking issues. The surrounding dining areas are versatile and very friendly. Dave was easy to communicate with and got back to me quickly. We hope to be back next summer!

The location of this property is perfect! Just steps away to Baytowne Wharf. The condo itself is so nice and clean! On the days we did not beach it, we enjoyed the pool. We will return!

This was our first time visiting Destin, and we could not have been happier. The condo was very clean and perfect for my husband, my daughter and her friend, and myself. The golf cart is an absolute must! We all agreed that this was our best vacation ever. We had great communication with the owner and he constantly checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

We had such a wonderful time at Dave’s place. The condo is beautiful and the location in Baytowne is amazing. Theres so much to do and it’s close to everything. We rented bikes, biked to the beach, played tennis, went to the Grand Blvd shops. Great communication by Dave. There were no issues at all. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location, great unit. We enjoyed coffee on the roomy balcony with the warm morning sun shining in. The unit was upgraded with so many quality features and having two full baths is very nice. We enjoyed watching NCAA b-ball on the big flat screen TVs. This unit is convenient to the wharf area with easy walk up and down the stairs located adjacent to the unit. Elevator is also handy and close by. We enjoyed walking and biking the trails to have breakfast at Sunset Bay Cafe and then lunch at Marina Bar & Grill. The parking under south building was so convenient and secure. The golf cart was wonderful. We enjoyed driving the cart to the beach and to Grand Blvd for shopping and dining. The wharf area offers so many activities for all ages. Dueling pianos at Rum Runners bar was a fun time and they have very good food. We genuinely recommend this unit. The property was well maintained, pretty, and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utensils to use to cook if needed, which we did! We loved the balcony as well. It was very big and has nice seating out there. The location was amazing as it was right in the Baytowne village. Dave was also very responsive and great to work with! He helped us every step of the way! Highly recommend also getting the golf cart. You can drive this throughout the resort and even to some stores and restaurants! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning! Thanks!!

The condo was everything we could have hoped for, it is larger than the pictures made it look. Comfortable bed and nice living arrangement. Cooked most of our own food, but there are some good restaurants close by for the occasional treat. Rented the golf cart, which is a must. Lots of places to look around in Baytown and the cart will get you to the Beach, shopping, a movie or the store in style. Would stay here again !
