House was perfect for family vacation. House provided us with a great place to relax after days at Purgatory and site seeing around town. Home was as advertised and provided us with a rare opportunity for generations to make memories and enjoy time together. Will definitely consider staying here again during summer to enjoy the other great opportunities the property offers outside.

We loved the house-perfect location on the river! Lots of fish to catch and release on the river. The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well supplied. Easy trip to downtown Durango, also. We enjoyed the late afternoon sun on the back deck. Next time in the area, we would love to return…

This was our second summer vacationing at this beautiful property on the river. It is in a neighborhood but you can't see any other houses from the back deck so it feels very secluded. Hope to visit again in the future.

This is a beautiful home right on the creek with a large outdoor space perfect for gathering. The master was amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this property.

Awesome place to stay!

We had a great time in this beautiful cabin. Enjoyed hearing the river sounds steps from the back deck. Home was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Cabin was within about 20 minutes from downtown Durango. We enjoyed family time with daughter, son in law and the grandkids.

The view from this place was the best whether you were on the patio or inside. Beautiful river and Mountain View!

First off, there are only 2 bedrooms and not 3! False advertising! The open air, no wall 2nd story loft does not count as a bedroom. We had poor contact with the owner. We didn't receive instructions for property entrance until the last minute and only after we had asked for it several times. When we arrived, the home and property were in disarray and the house hadn't been cleaned. Laundry was piled up in a corner and we had to change out all of the beds ourselves. We had to wash clothes and towels so that we could take a shower after our long drive. We also had to wipe everything down and clean nasty toilets. When we were finally able to get a hold of them, the young and arrogant owner reimbursed us a couple of bucks, but definitely not enough to compensate us for the disgusting manner in which we had to endure. The property does not match the photos. The home and property are in need of repair. Large tarps were thrown about everywhere and every door and dishwasher squawked loudly, either making everyone cringe or waking the rest up early. The two car garage is not usable as the owners have it crammed with two vehicles and all of there junk. The show "Hoarders" needs to visit. It's so tight that even our skinny teenagers struggled to squeeze through to get to the door for entry per the instructions. Really wished we had picked a much better and cleaner property for our stay, especially for the amount they're charging.

We had a great time relaxing in this beautiful home. It was everything we hoped for and more!

This house was perfect for our quick vacation to Durango! The host were great and keep the house in amazing shape. We ate every meal on the back patio overlooking the river and could haven’t asked for a better view. We can’t wait to come back!

This property was beautiful, and the home was perfect. A perfect setting for a private mountain getaway. I was really impressed by the homes large open cabin feel that still made you feel cozy. We enjoyed playing card games by the giant fireplace. Really a great place to have stayed. I even think my ten year old was contemplating moving into the loft!

This house is unbelievable ! So spacious with first class furnishings. We just completed our 5th stay without any problems. The owners are so polite and helpful. Beautiful venue for a wedding, family reunion or just a simple get away.

We loved every second of our stay! Cabin, property and scenery just gorgeous. Cabin extremely clean, roomy and views from every window! The deep snow did it for us, want to come back sometime! Thank you to the Hosts from the Trailers!

The property was amazing! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We received quite a bit of snow during our stay and the views from the property were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property! The home had so much open space and the most beautiful a frame that overlooked a creek. It was truly an escape from real life (AT&T and Verizon coverage struggled but we had wifi calling). The back patio was definitely the cherry on top. We loved sitting out on the benches and swing talking and hearing the water in the background. We 100% would book this lodge-like cabin again.

Everything was simple and easy

The house was amazing!! Loved the big fireplace in the living room along with the fireplace in master! The first morning we woke up to snow! So beautiful. The cabin has everything and more that you need! Thanks for sharing this beautiful place. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The living area with the huge fireplace and the large deck outside were our favorite parts of the stay. The home was extremely clean and comfortable and the view of the river is great. The owners were very responsive. There isn't a lot of hiking from the property itself, although there are trails close by.

Wonderful home in a terrific setting. Great place to unwind and enjoy the river.
