My husband and I (and our dogs) absolutely loved staying at the Starship. The property is perfect! The house had everything we needed, the views are amazing, it’s close to the beach and not far from town. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!

View is terrific and basically a private beach. Problem for pp with bad knees and elderly going down stairs w/o railing to the palapa.

Starship is an absolute gem. The house was immaculate and as others have said, it was perhaps the most well stocked rental I have ever experienced. It is situated on a perfect stretch of beach with plenty of walkable and swimmable areas. The house has multiple decks/terraces where you can sit and enjoy the views. Michael was a phenomenal host. He was always quick to reply to messages and called to explain more information a few days before our trip. He was 100% transparent about everything. We definitely hope to return.

Third time staying at the Starship and it never disappoints. My partner and I enjoyed a week-long stay with our two dogs. The house is well-appointed with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Michael and Alison are responsive, accomodating and always pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend.

We stayed there for 4 days with some freinds. The house is a great location, very clean, the hosts provided all the basics and more. The communication was also great! I would recommend this housr to any small group who wants to enjoy the beach and the beautiful sunset!

Great communication from start to finish. Entry instructions were precise, many supplies were included, towels felt new, house was clean, all appliances etc. were in good condition. Beach is spectacular and we will go back to this property as often as possible. Thank you Michael & Alison!!

Returning guest, and will again. Easy access, far enough out of town (4 miles) to be away from the noise, and close enough to town to run in when and if necessary. Great views morning, midday, and evening, and enjoyable from multiple levels of decks and patios, or from the sandy beach walking through the shallow, lapping waves; so peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed sleeping to the sound of the waves, waking to the low tide and rising sun, exploring up and down the beach in both directions, and also relaxing just watching the tide roll in, and out. Plenty of shelled creatures and birds coming in and out with the tides to get the full effect of the ocean and the life it sustains. Great and easy communication with the host. The home has a great layout for views and function, and plenty of doors for ease of access to and from the beach, and well placed outdoor shower and spigots for rinsing away sand and sea to resume relaxing on the patios. Enjoy!

8 days of rest and relaxing. Had fun!

Well kept Starship spent a good deal of time on the decks beautiful views easy access to the beach.

This was a perfect beach house for 2 adults and 4 children. The house design is great for ocean views and easy beach access. It is right on the beach, very clean and comfortable, and has every aminity you need. The property managers are very informative and responsive to your needs.

Great house and area overview provided. Appreciated the clear directions to locate. House very nice inside and out and well stocked. 3 decks all provided a great view and the palapa was close to steps to beach. Apparent that the surf taking a toll on many houses on the beach but that was not an issue for this house. Loved having high tide come all the way up to the sea wall. Good walking and seashell hunting. We didn't have to contact the owner for anything while we were there, bur prior to arrival, always received prompt response.

We stayed at the starship for a long weekend. 3 adults 3 teens. House had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We loved all the outdoor gathering areas. Beach was amazing. We are already talking about returning and hopefully extending our stay next time.

My wife and I along with 2 friends stayed for two weeks at this perfectly located beach house. Wonderful views from 3 levels of decks. House was very well supplied and clean.

This is our second stay here. It’s perfect for our family if 5. Excellent beach and very kind and responsive owners.

Home is beautiful!! It was our family oasis for a long weekend. The house had some beach toys along with tons of cooking supplies and coffee. Place is really clean. Had one issue with water pressure one day, but contacted owner and was fixed the same day! Can't wait to be back!!

First time to Puerto Peñasco. I’ve been to many beaches in a lot of different parts of the world including Mexico and the beach in front of this house is now one of my favorite for many reasons. 1) I like running on the beach and the way the sand is compacted when the tide is out makes for a perfect running experience. 2) The water temperature ideal. No slowly walking in to acclimate, but still refreshing. 3) Because it’s a private community and the beach appears to be only accessible to those staying there, one does not have to deal with being approached by vendors etc. 4) I took my two dogs and they ran for miles without issues. Scant amount of people when I went (August). 5) Fun beach for seashell hunting. Now about the house. Take the time to look through the shelves in the living/dining area. There are pictures of the progress of the house being built and a book by the architect that I am told is a friend of the current owners who are the original owners. Something kind of romantic about that. Great outside areas to enjoy the awesome view. Three different levels to include the rooftop. Perfect for sunrises/sunsets if you’re not out on the beach directly. Inside it’s nice and cool and all the basics are found to include newer kitchen appliances. Don’t expect the cabinets to be modern. Everything is still original. May need a coat of paint but not bothersome. The garage was such a plus. Very large although narrow entry so don’t expect to pull in a large truck/SUV. Communication with the owners was easily accessible and they were very responsive to any questions/issues that arose during the stay. Best of all, now that I know the drive from Tucson isn’t all that bad I think I might have a new vice!! Long weekends in Puerto Peñasco!!

The photos do not do this property justice. We enjoyed every moment from the beach, or patios. Endless relaxation as tides roll in or out. Home design and patios are great for options to view the ocean anytime; morning, day or night. We appreciated the sandy and gradual beach, and very few folks around for privacy and tranquility. The home does have several stairs to consider if that is necessary for you. Thank you for offering this property, we hope to be back soon:)

Had a great family vacation at the unique beach front property with excellent patios and sitting areas. The property had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the multiple levels to enjoy at different times of day and night with spectacular views. Appreciated all the amenities that came with the home and being able to have piece of mind with the secure gates and 2 garage parking. Will definitely look to come back!

This was one of my favorite beach houses in the Puerto Peñasco area. First of all it was Secure with a garage for your cars and front gate that locked the property. The house isarchitecturally beautiful And well designed. There was always a porch with shade and comfortable chairs. Inside the house was beautiful and really well appointed. The kitchen was large and very functional and well stocked. The beach is beautiful and there’s even a Palapa near the water so you can always sit in the shade and still be near the ocean. There are some vendors that come by on the beach but they were always polite and offer various things like blankets hats trinkets as well as Massage, amazing fresh mangoes on a stick etc. I would definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful vacation.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home right on the beach. Unfortunately, it was very windy the days that we were there which made it difficult to keep mat and beach towels from blowing around. Would definitely suggest this home to anyone considering a stay in the Rocky Point area.

This home is incredible. Most kitchens are sparsely appointed. This one had everything we needed. It almost felt like we were staying with friends who had thought of our every need. And then there was the view. Spectacular from all three levels. We even got to watch a wedding on the beach! Easy drive back into Puerto Penasco proper to pick up fresh seafood. Thanks for the R&R we all needed!

This beautiful house is really a home. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bathroom amenities, great linens and towels. Three patios offer lots of sun and shade options. Garage access and easy stairs to beach. This is definitely an all-around 5-star experience!

We loved it. Just perfect. For those who are visiting when it is chilly out, the heating system works perfectly. We definitely will stay here again. Thank you for the perfect vacation.
