We had a wonderful girls weekend at this beautifully situated house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and the bedrooms comfortable and nicely appointed. Lastly, the view cant be beat and there are outside lounging options when the weather cooperates. Very highly recommend!

So central to all that we love on Whidbey. Kitchen was very well equipped and beds comfy. Lots of stairs, so be mindful if staying with elderly or small kids. Great communication with property manager.

It was better than the pictures. Sunrise & sunset were the best. The house had everything you could possibly need.

The photos reveal a nice place but this place is fabulous, not just nice! Tall ceilings in the main room that look out through tall windows onto the beach scene. Feels like you are right on the beach. Ceiling fans kept us cool even though it was 85F. Downstairs was very cool all the time (no AC in this house). Plenty of room for everyone. A big deck with plenty of seating. A nifty two-person special spot outside the kitchen on the deck for that morning cup of joe. Beach access is excellent - just talk down. This is a unique place on Useless Bay because the tide goes so far out (half mile?). Saw crabs, bazillion of sand dollars, and the elusive moon snail! Kitchen was one of the best stocked I've seen in all my years of VRBO rentals (and fancy). Another frig downstairs which was helpful for drinks. The Weber grill outside worked flawlessly. There was once a fire pit but no more so we made a fire for smores down on the beach rocks. That would be nice to bring back. Patti was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Loved the house - location, ease of access, and all the amenities. Very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view. My daughter and I felt very relaxed and when we wanted to get out and about, so many things were close by - the Goose grocery store (love it) and all of our favorite shops and restaurants in Langley. We plan to return.

Upon booking this property Patti (the property manager) established great communication with me. Questions were answered quickly and concise. Unreal establishment and very professional. The house is equipped with everything from nostalgia VHS's, board games, plenty of plates, glasses, garbage bags, spices, cleaning supplies, appliances are all working, bathrooms clean, etc (I feel once in a while some rentals will be very limited with these items). House is right on the water, neighbors friendly, but not invasive, just a wonderful feeling being there in a fabulous location. Overall I had an incredible experiences the 2 times I rented this home, couldn't say enough about the owners and property management. Great location for enjoying Whidbey and close to grocery store. Wonderful beach front house on Sunset Beach. Very clean with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house has a beautiful view complete with herons and bald eagles! Easy access to most amenities in South Whidbey was a convenient plus.

The view from inside and outside of the house is breathtaking. Everything you would need for kids is provided. The furniture is very comfortable including the beds and the deck furniture. We spent most of our time enjoy6the deck and beach and we can't wait to return!

Our group of 4 spent the weekend here as a last minute find and could not have asked for a more relaxing time! Panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and main sitting/dining area were the highlight. Bald eagles and seals each morning! Also, we have never stayed in a vrbo with such a fully stocked kitchen. The house was an easy 10 min drive from the ferry and communication with the property manager was efficient for entry. The “mother-in-law” style downstairs suite was a unique surprise! We will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you!

We wanted a weekend away from the city and the house delivered a relaxing environment with indoor fireplace and direct ocean views. Easy access to everything needed and great property management communication when needed. We locked ourselves out and they delivered a secondary key within 40 minutes. We would stay here again!

It took us an hour door to door, but it felt like we were a world away. The shoreline is great fun, but truly it is when the tide goes out that the real fun begins! We spent hours and hours each day exploring and the kids could go out alone too. We love this area!

This house was perfect and had amazing views. The bay is very shallow so it was perfect for us as we learned to paddleboard. It was also very fun to walk out into the bay when the tide was low.

We would return tomorrow. The rental was perfect and the eagles & herons we watched all day made our visit.

Our family had a great time in this quiet neighborhood. The house is grand and beautiful and offered up a sunset that was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Our family enjoyed staying here with the main floor up to take advantage of the sweeping view. Their lovely collection of art pieces was particularly interesting. We enjoyed a fire in the fireplace each evening and on a few nights had a fire on the beach and roasted marshmallows. We had a great week and enjoyed touring Whidbey. We also spent a lot of time on the deck soaking up the sun.

Beautiful home right on the beach. Well cared for and nice touches. Plenty of room for our family to congregate together and still have room to have our "own space". Even in the rain it's a gorgeous view and welcoming location. We hope to be back!

This property was lovely in its location and in the delivery of beach access and finishes. The home is as described and has plenty of room for large groups and separation for families with little's. The kitchen was fully stocked and provided all we needed really - the spice cabinet was such a good surprise. We did need a pie plate so we brought one - that was good as we didn't find one on site. Here is our one constructive note; the home is with a management company rather than turned by the owners, I am a VRBO owner myself and know how this can happen...the home needs a bit more attention to detail to rent for the $$ it does. It needs fans wiped down, light bulbs replaced, walls painted or at least wiped down, carpets cleaned and such. Overall it was a nice find and we had a lovely stay but my owner eyes saw many little details that could be cared for better with each turn. Would I rent again...I think so...the beach is lovely and you can't beat the view!

Great location! Our only complaint was the furniture was a little dated but comfortable.

Beachfront home with a beautiful great room (with fireplace) and a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of space for two couples with separate ground-floor suite. Lots of beach to explore at low tide. Wonderful!

We were looking for a place that would be safe to quarantine and this was exactly it. The house is perfectly laid out for a family (or two!) to stay. We had a 4 and 6 year old and they loved the two little twin beds downstairs and all the games. My elderly parents stayed in one of the nice quiet rooms with a queen bed. The WiFi was strong and enabled us to work and do online school. The view.... oh my... the view from the house is SPECTACULAR. We loved walking out to the beach in the afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet and so cute and the property managers are EXTREMELY communicative, helpful and do everything to give you privacy while making sure your stay is as relaxing as possible. Highly recommend this property and we can't wait to come back. Thank you for having us!

Home is in a great location, well cared for, check in/out process was very easy - beautiful view!

We had such a great visit at this artisan beach house. Clean, simple check in, relaxing, perfect location to all activities! Our kids loved the beach toys provided, and we enjoyed the chairs on the beach. Due to the fires, it was really Smokey and we couldn’t do a fire pit so hopeful we can come back and do it again. Such a great spot that I recommend to any family! We had too much space here :)

We enjoyed every bit of our getaway. Beautiful home, good sleeping arrangements for a family, even a play space for our young kids and amazing location right on the beach. Tides were extreme and we could walk on the beach for hours. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for 2 families traveling together; the downstairs is a separate enough space to get time apart when necessary. The location is perfect- the beach, the huge sand flats (at low tide), great views. Everything was very comfortable. Would definitely book again.

This is a beautiful custom home w/ wonderful art spread throughout the home - add the Sunlight Beach location, magnificent view and direct beach access, and it's as close to perfection as one can get! Patti, as always, is just great to deal with, from pre to post engagement. If this property is available, try and reserve it right away!

Great place for our three generation family celebration.

We spent Thursday-Sunday at the house with our newborn daughter and toddler son and my husband and I and the house was perfect. The kitchen was well appointed and the view was unbeatable. The property manager made checkin very simple and even called day of to let us know we could check in early and out late. All around positive experience.
