Comfortable, quiet, and cozy spot. We hated to leave. Walk two short blocks to the beach, chairs, coolers, beach towels and beach umbrella are there to use. We spent most of our time outdoors on the patio which is like your own private tropical garden with a dining and sitting area. The owners have painstakingly created an interesting interior themed after Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe. I could imagine Marilyn enjoying the space as I had. There is everything you would need in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Including an iron, hair dryer, and other styling appliances in the top drawer of the dresser in the master bedroom. There is nothing the owners haven't thought of and if you think they did...they encourage you to ask. Oh, and did I mention the complimentary bottle of pink champagne in a bucket complete with glasses chilling in the fridge??? Spectacular!

3 minute walk to beach access! Available were beach chairs and umbrella! The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. Paul and Elle are on property and were super nice! There is a great outdoor area to enjoy. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of linens. Small apartment but very quaint! Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again!

Great time getting out of winter Midwest blues! Beach was warm enough to hang out for hours, and we did a day trip to Merritt wildlife refuge too

No attention to detail was missed by this couple. You can't beat the location just a short walk to the beach. I was wanting to go home and google some of the furnishings they were so fun and creative. The hosts were most accommodating during a difficult situation and I am so grateful for their kindness. If coming back next year to watch son play softball and place is available, I’ll be back. Refrigerator had soda and water for me when I arrived. One block away from ocean beach. Perfect size place for me, my son and girlfriend also stayed for 3 nights in the second bedroom.

We so enjoyed our stay at Cara Mia. Paul was there to greet us and explain where everything was located. They provide a lovely book with personal recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The location is perfect, away from the main hustle and bustle but just across from beach access. It was also a plus to have beach towels and chairs available for us.

The check in process was great! We were greeted with a bottle of champagne. Later that night I had a knock on the door and was greeted with a birthday cake! During the checkin process I mentioned it was my birthday! What a wonderful surprise. We were in between selling and buying a home so this was a stay-ca-tion as we are Floridians. I appreciated the quietness of the area and yet it was only a block from the beach. Paul left us to ourselves which was appreciated but was there if we needed anything. Wonderful hosts.

Nice host and available for any questions. Comfortable beds. House well supplied with towels, cooking things, etc. There were lots of beach things available to borrow- including towels. Beach is really close and lots of fun beach vibe activities not far away. The deck area was great for breakfast.

Great place to sleep after long days enjoying the beach and local small businesses. Perfect place for a couple friends to chat over morning coffee and discuss the next “plan”. We enjoyed the retro decor dedicated to the 50’s. Hosts are kind, courteous and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would return if we find ourselves in Cocoa Beach again.

Quiet & comfortable for 2 or 3 people. Walkable beach access excellent. Queen bed very comfortable with high end linens. Bedroom dressers & closets quite ample. On the negative side: carpeting needs to be replaced, upholstery on a bedroom chair was worn & torn. Little kitchen storage for groceries if planning to stay longer than a few days. One TV in living room, an additional smaller TV in master bedroom would certainly be nice.

My daughter turned 21 and wanted to spend a few days of her spring break tanning in sunny Cocoa Beach. We were on a budget and found Paul and Elle’s listing and it fit the bill! Their lovely 2 bedroom bungalow is a few minute walk to the beach. The bungalow is decorated in a lovely movie star theme and they provided many of the little things that made us feel like we were at home. From the chilled bottle of champagne in the fridge, to the sunscreen in the medicine cabinet- we had everything we could ask for, and more! Paul even cut fresh aloe from his plant when my daughter got burned the first day. We loved the book they provided that had write ups about many of the local restaurants. We loved watching the sunset at Squid Lips, and we had the best mango margarita at Azteca II. Paul was so accommodating. The outdoor area was lush with tropical plants and it felt like our own little oasis. The beds were extremely comfortable and we just loved our stay at Cara Mia’s Blue Rose!

Paul was a fabulous host. He was very responsive to all our needs. The beautiful bottle of 🍾 was a wonderful touch. Our flight itinerary changed many times and Paul always eased our minds with the stay. The back pack chairs and cooler we were able to use was amazing at the beach. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

This was a surprise trip for my partner's birthday. Neither of us had ever been to the Cocoa Beach area before. Upon arrival, Paul welcomed us and gave us a tour. Paul even went as far as surprising us with a cake for my partner's birthday! There was also a complimentary bottle of champaigne, which was perfect for the birthday celebration. It was a wonderful stay, especially with the easy access to the beach.

Loved everything about this place especially the way it was themed. Very private and clean. Close to the beach and everything you could need. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Overall great experience at the Cara Mia Blue Rose house. The owner, Paul, is also very nice to talk to. We enjoyed our stay and the short distance it is from the beach.

Paul was absolutely accommodating and friendly. The property was relaxing and fun. It was great to have games there like chess and tiki toss to entertain the kids, and the use of body boards, towels, chairs, etc...was so helpful!

If anyone is looking for a great vacation with an easy budget. Stay here. You won’t regret it. Close to the beach with all the amenities needed for sunning and watching surfers. Close to Orlando, which has the lowest flight rates. I would stay here again.

The place is clean and Paul is super nice and attentive.The place is one of two apartments in a back house on the property where the owner lives. On the bottom floor, you can hear the guests in the apartment above walking around and talking. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off sand and a cute patio with a place to hang out and a hammock and some beautiful greenery on the property shielding the apartment from all neighbors and the street.The air conditioner works well and the beds are comfortable. There is a small loveseat in the living room along with a chair and a tall table with chairs. Plenty of closet space and drawers and there are nice touches that made the stay pleasant.There were plenty of towels and linens. There is also wifi. It would be nice to have a wifi-capable smart tv, but the TV does have cable. There is no laundry available but Paul offered to wash anything we needed washed.Overall our stay was nice. We had a good time and we were happy it was so near the beach at such and affordable price.
